The Ebony Republic wrote:The soldiers kept their composure, one of them speaking into comms: "Gaia world. Citadel structure located." One of them swung binoculars over from their utility belt and peered at it for a time, then peered at the sky, taking out what appeared to be a spyglass to do so. "Buoys are online." He said after a bit, then listened into his comms. "Copy that Captain, standby." Commander Valshan then ordered a makeshift perimiter defense set up under the corvette's energy shielding. Metallic barriers interwoven with miniature shield generators and trenches dug rapidly, with overwatch teams looking around the area.

The Vok team under Aithanar rotated on occasion, waiting for the natives to arrive, as Commander Valshan oversaw security, and the captain oversaw repairs. The emergency buoys began to transmit towards Delmah space, sending off an emergency code: zero.

Sister 14;1, walked across the halls of light, their glow blazing across her bronze armor. Ordained Tapestries covered these walls depicting raging storms of creation, the formation of worlds and stars being birthed, these which glowed like Gemstones. Sister 14;1 Turned her head as she felt a tap on her armored rear, her marble like skin reflecting the glowing light. Brother 3;16 stood, adorned in radiant golden armor with dozens of little gems dotting it. His face, the color of chiseled obsidian was covered in a mask of Gold, its expression was calm, the mask lips flattened into one of a dull stare, its golden brow furled in an apathetic expression. She stared at him blinking once before he spoke. "Sister hurry up now." He said as he dashed by.

She couldn't see his face, but she knew he was smiling under that mask. As he turned around, she brought up her bronzed color armored boot and kicked him in his golden rear before letting out a little chuckle and walking by him. "Be hasteful brother." She said as she moved forward. 3:16 following shortly behind.

The pure white of the hall slowly morphed into the massive golden towers, its design covered in ornate angels and robed men looking down upon them, an almost judging glare. They swiftly walked across the bridge, its golden frame hovering over an abyss, which reached down thousands feet into the ground.

As they continued to walk the seemingly endless bridge they eventually stopped. There in front of them stood a statue of Gabriel, carved from the most rare of rubies. Its red glow tinted and reflected the golden surface of the bridge. Its light curving and bending across its structure. The statue itself was of Gabriel, standing tall, his staff in left hand and in his right, three children, each of a separate race, each a child of. Cypherians, Dynas and Krys. They were reaching out and gripping, his thumb, ring finger and middle finger.

The two stopped and slowly kneeled down. "Oh creator Gabriel, speaker of Alohai, wisest of Alohais creations. Please bless us on this mission, I pray that our weapons may not find themselves in use. But foremost I pray for your Children to fall under no harm." Muttered 14;1 as she stood, 3;16 following her lead. They then bowed to statue of Ruby and continued walking, finally approaching the titanic archway of silver which led to a city sized viewing balcony, made of emerald and gold, which drank in the diamond blue light of the sun.

14;1 looked out. Her gem-like eyes glittering in the sun as they gazed upon the horizons. She could touch the clouds as she stepped onto the edge of the balcony and glared out. Her eyes in micro seconds had analyzed the surroundings, the forest and bushes. She analyzed the shadows of mountains and even the smallest glitters of metal. The normal eye could not spot the landing ship as it was mountains away. But her eyes, finely crafted from divine forges, could spot the xeno craft and she spoke. "Brother 3;16 they are over there, we must make our presence known, but do not try to seem hostile." She said as she stood fully on the edge, 3;16 stepping forward as well. She then leaped, with 3;16 following. Wings bursting from their backs as they flew forwards wind dashing through their white wings, and the light circling around them.

At the landing site

One of the soldiers in the trenches would spot something across upon the citadel structure, very faintly he could see through the mountains what looked to be two blurred figures, stepping onto a balcony rail. They then leaped. The soldier then noticed something a bit more alarming, the figures had spouted out wings and seemed to be coming to there position rapidly, hundreds of miles in several seconds.

Before he and anyone else knew it, the two figures had reached their position. With the massive crack of a sonic boom ringing their ears, as the figures landed. In front of the crew, stood two giants. Each at least nine feet tall. The first was a truly elegant looking, beautiful woman. With pristine marble like skin, with not a single blemish or cut. She had blazing red hair, which flowed in the wind gently as she landed. Her body though massive lacked any signs of gigantism, as she stood tall and proud. Bronze looking armor, with streaks of silver going through her midriff, covered her body as she looked down at the crew, her eyes dilating to look at them.

Next to her stood a man. His face covered, by a golden. Its lips unwavering and eyes with a sense of apathy. Tear lines rolled down his mask, these lines ended with two small little diamonds embedded at the end. His hair was a streaming gold, fluttering in the wind. His armor itself was similarly Golden, this golden reflected the light of the diamond blue sun. Underneath his chest plate a light red robe being fluttering, underneath that was a white robe, which draped across the bottom half of his body, but still hovered about an inch above the ground as he stood next to the woman in bronze.

The woman was the first to speak. “Greetings Xeno, I am Chaplin 14;1 of the Order of the Seraphs, grand protectors of Gabriel's children, protector of the faith and proselytizer of his name.” she spoke as she approached them a little more. “We come here seeking your purpose for landing on our world.” she spoke calmly, but her eyes gave off a stern presence, an almost demanding presence as she looked down at the crew.

The soldier relayed it to Commander Valshan, and the soldiers reacted only a few seconds after the figures had reached their position, bringing their guns to a ready, but not aiming position. "Breaker!" was shouted the Commander, leading to the energy barrier separating the two to become plainly visible as the Captain and Aithanar exited the ship, the two Vok soldiers flanking alongside two RAU drones, their heavy cannons and grey-steel coloring making them stand out plainly. The Captain approached the shield infront of the trench by a few feet, stopping at the edge alongside Aithanar, keeping her hands behind her back and looking at the xenos' faces.

"I am Captain Alixandra Lexuius of the Delmah Confederacy, of the D.C.S. River Breaker. An engine failure forced landing to this world and near to your citadel." Aithanar remained silent, his glowing hot blade giving off strange magical energy as he held it pointed towards the ground, the Vok more on level height with the Seraphs. The Captain paused to let her information sink in for a few seconds, and then spoke. "Are you a monastic order or do you possess connections to a nation?"

As weapons were drawn, 3;16 dashed forward in a fraction of a second he was infront of 14;1, a shield of pure light the size of the captain herself in his hand and had it raised. But as quick as 3;16 had jumped forward, 14'1 had gropped shield and lowered it. "Brother...we startled them...lower the shield." She said calmly to 3;16. 3;16 nodded and dropped his shield, it dissipating as he stepped back.

14;1 step forward and looked down upon Captain Alixandra. Her brain processing all her features, blemishes, height and even guessing her weight as it looked over her entire frame in but a microsecond. 14;1 was a bit bemused and curious, this xeno possessed many features similar to her own, the facial features, the eyes, the nose, the mouth. Her hair, a deep red like hers. It all bemused her, as she analyzed the Captain, she pondered...how were they similar but different.

Her mind then began processing and analyzing the information which she had been told. An engine failure and an emergency landing, she pondered for a second considering if the failure was natural or caused by Alohai...and that they were destined to meet these xenos?, was this Alohais way of telling them to end the seclusive isolation they had put upon themselves and the Children, more importantly was this Alohais way of saying to spread his message, like there creator Gabriel long ago. Her brain pondered rushing with thousands of thoughts, then the word Confederacy was brought up and now she was more intrigued.

She was a protector of Children, a Paladin of the Confederation of the Sanctus Edenis. Did these xenos operate like them, or did that word mean something different in there language. These Delmahians...were already incredibly intriguing she wanted to know more.

14;1 looked down at the Captain again, enwrapped in a blanket of thoughts responded. "I am a Paladin of the Confederation of Sanctus Edenis, me and my fellow brothers and sisters watch over and protect our creator Gabriels Children. The Krys, Cypherions and Dynas. We have watched over them for tens of thousands of years...when all three eventually reached space, our master Lord Knight 1;1, the first among us. Raised by Gabriel himself, he created the Confederation. To closely watch over Children, while granting them near limitless autonomy. Mam...I've answered your question. I am curious what is your confederations origin and what is it like." She asked, curiousity and slight wonder coming from her voice.

The soldiers kept their composure, and Aithanar silently let his gaze fall upon the one called 3:16. He firmly planted the sword he wielded into the ground, the tip piercing into the dirt underneath with ease, remaining silent. The Vok guards stepped forwards at 3:16's reaction, to the edge of the shield and with a firmly practiced precision, wielding no visible weapons and going still once more. The Captain then began to speak: "The Delmah Confederation was formed when the Empire of Itrypso and Edainian Cyberocracy discovered eachother in the space age of the Delmah system. Emperor Itran the First and the Representative Vrion'lyr. From this point, the Delmah system grew as did the discovery of the other races. Now the High Council rules from Esantaesi." She paused for a few moments. "It is worth mentioning the AI on our ship set off emergency buoys. It is likely another ship will be arriving soon if the transmission is picked up."

14;1 began to absorb the information as she gazed at the sword in the ground, her eyes darting to look at Aithanar, taking in his form as the Captain spoke. She noted his grizzled expression, wavy white hair and the magnificent multiplated knight like...power armor, a race which has unlocked the mystery of power armor...quite interesting. She then noted the sword, she felt weird...when looking at it, something foreboding about it she couldn’t exactly explain. This analyzing was done in a fraction of a second as she returned to listen to the Captains story taking in some quick thoughts as she explained it.

A cyberocracy and Empire...sounding much like the Krys and Cypherians. This caused her to ponder more, did the Childrens government systems non unique, were there similar systems of governance across the stars. All of this intrigued her, she then noted the arrival of a second ship. She pondered about what to do, after a few seconds, calculating situations. She decided upon what she saw as the best answer to both secure safety and improve the Confederations position. “I see, i have several more questions...what was this Empire and Cybeorcracy like...how did they decide their leaders...also on the second ship, I believe this is becoming a more formal diplomatic encounter, so would you like us to take you to our Master, Lord Knight 1;1.” she asked, curiosity exuding from her as she seemed more and more interested in the Confederacy's history.

The Captain seemed to consider this for a few moments, looking at Aithanar who returned a passive look. "Very well, though I'm afraid Aithanar's guards and the DSTF will likely have to accompany us." She said, as Commander Valshan and another soldier walked up, holding their rifles in a ready position, pointed to the ground with the safeties off. The transmission itself, using the same tachyon bursters that ICARUS teams used finally reached the transmission range of a Delmah vessel, The Adjudicator and its patrol group, consisting of the main ship. a Phantom-class Destroyer and two Ghourn cruisers and two Eanisk corvettes. The Adjudicator and a Ghourn-class ship. the Red Star deployed their sails and entered the Ether Lanes towards Thomane, following the buoy signals.

She nodded for and then quickly scanned the DSTF, Aithanar, his guards and the Captain herself. Her eyes calculating there body mass, muscles, body fat and height. Her eyes noting that each one stood around six foot to six foot five, definitely large enough to grip onto her eighteen foot wing span. Their power armor could strengthen their grip and ability to hold onto her wings, though her eyes fell upon the Captain. Her form lacking power armor and had far less muscle mass, she frowned. How did such a scrawny figure become Captain...she probably not be able to hold onto her wings at full velocity. Then she analyzed again and a smirk grew across her face. She be strong enough to carry the meek figure to the balcony.

The Captain noticed the giant of a redhead had gone silent in front of her for a few seconds and then like lighting she turned around and crashed her knee into the ground as she kneeled down and looked up, before speaking as her massive wings spread out. "Aithamar, Guards, DSTF and Captain it take days at this rate to reach the Sanctuary Fortress walking, I am much quicker than you, thus have concluded the quickest way to reach Sanctuary Fortress in a quick measure, is for you all except the captain to ride on my wings. Captain I will personally carry you in my arms, my strength is more then capable of holding you tightly, while also keeping you safe." She said in a stern and authorative voice, as she waited for the men to get onto her wings.

The Captain simply inclined her head, and looked to the Commander. "Commander Valshan, please try not to damage their citadel." The soldier nodded, slinging his rifle over his shoulder, as did his companion. He turned, and the other soldier quickly checked his pack, opening up a panel and examining it before closing it, then patting the Commander's back. The Commander then turned and repeated the process, checking the other soldier's pack before patting it in turn. Both likely did something internally with the suit, for then some thrusters slid out of some opening panels on these packs. The jetpacks lifted them up, and they waited to follow the Seraph.

The Captain moved to the Seraph, and upon closer inspection it was notable that most of the crew was physically fit, but at the speed the Seraphs went, riding them would turn their insides to jelly without the armor's intertial dampeners. Aithanar began to incant something magical, the sword glowing a strange blue color as the Vok remained near him. "Aithanar will...be teleporting closer, I believe." The Captain remarked.

The Adjudicator and Red Star neared the last of the buoys. On the way they had primarily stopped to collect them from space and turn their transmission off. Admiral Nalzirin watched the monitor screen carefully, as it was a delicate situation after all. The twin sister of Admiral Vellae Lexuius' ship had crash landed in unknown space, and his patrol group was the one to get the message. The cybernetic eyes quietly watched the monitors until news came of the next buoy being located, and then the two ships were off.

14;1 quickly stood, the captain noting that a light red hue came across 14;1s cheeks, as she saw her foot slightly rub into dirt out of embarrassment. 14;1 spoke. “My apologies...I did not consider your specie’s delicate frames and my wings' speed.” she said, in a quick and hushed tone as she tried to avoid the Captains eye’s out of embarrassment. “Anyway’s...Jetpackers, follow me I shall lead you to the Sanctuary.” she said, her wings beginning to flap, long and mighty, winds gushed around them, as they shined a radiant gold in the sunlght, causing anyone to look at them with unprotected eye’s to have to turn away.

She prepared to take off, but when the word teleportation was brought up she stopped, her wings ceasing in their action, trembling as they drooped downwards. The Captain noticed something change about 14;1. The feeling of embarrassment was being washed over with both sadness, happiness and a mixture of everything else. How did this race know teleportation, only their masters could teleport. Are they descended from their masters? If so, is it possible Mighty Gabriel still lives. These boiling bubbling emotions and thoughts roiled in her as she began panting. The Captain noticed a slight tear rolling down her cheek.

“Before we go.” she muttered as she approached, solemnly. “How do you know hows to teleport?, as far as we are aware only...our Creator Gabriel and his kin, knew the secret of teleportation…” she said as she looked at Aithanar, a second tear rolling down her cheek. The Captain hear the mighty seraph mutter under her breath, so no one else could hear. “Please I must know.” in a desperate, saddened tone.

3;16 looked over to her, she said nothing to him, but he nodded and spoke. “Jetpackers follow me, Chaplin 14;1 has something to deal with real quick, she’ll catch up with us in no time.” thus 3;16 took to the air his wings fluttering in the wind, waves of air rushing around them as he soared towards the palace ushering the other soldiers to follow.

The Captain was silent, mainly to let 14;1 keep her concentration. Aithanar stopped his spell and regarded the giant woman coolly, his face betraying nothing of his inner emotion. He seemed to think for a moment, and then spoke: "There are many gods across the cosmos as far as we know, and many nations with different views. Perhaps your Gabriel or his kin were their allies in darker times." If the Seraph was satisfied, the Vok continued his spell. The jetpack soldiers followed, the engines of the packs roaring to catch up to the Seraph.

The Adjudicator entered the system Thomane resided in at the edge, its sails disappating as its cloaking activated. Cloaking in space was a bit difficult to manage in a few ways: First, ships had sensors to deal with the void of space and its hazards. So the ship entered a low power mode, carefully distributed so that it would appear as a form of radiation traveling throughout the endless expanse of the void. Secondly, a lot of ships strangely had windows, so it refracted the light around itself with its armored panels, fading from visual sight. it passed Cypherius, surrounded by the orbital shipyards and its patrol groups. Then Dynas, with its small amount of satellites, drifting lazily in space. Opustosheniye, with no ships but multiple satellites and platforms. Finally, after painfully and slowly drifting, it arrived near Thomane and viewed its citadel.

The Admiral considered this and went to the communications room. This was a bit more difficult than he thought, and he wanted to be ready incase something came amiss. He would be there for a fair time, speaking to the High Admiral.

Then it found the Raven craft earlier deployed as the Red Star waited for a clear signal, gathering it and the error logs from the River Breaker. Then, once that was done, it noticed the fortress and waited. The Admiral debated their move silently, watching the citadel as the planet slowly spun.

14;1 stared at the seemingly emotionless warrior, feeling a sort of kinship in her heart, a kinship of warriors who often suppress the emotions in their heart. She let a couple more tears stream down her face, the sadness slowly retreating from their mind. A sense of melancholy replacing it, as she wiped her tears from her eye’s and let out a small smile, before promptly closing her lips. “Thank you proud warrior...and I am sorry that you had to see that, I should...keep myself resolute...my emotions shouldn’t have taken me over like that.” she said, her hand coming up to wipe the last remaining tears away from her marble like face.

“Anyway’s...Captain we should be going now shouldn’t we.” she said as she in the blink of an eye had picked up the captain in her arms and taken off. The Captain could feel the wind blaring past, as a distant sonic boom went off. She could see hundreds of miles of rivers, tree’s, lakes, bushes...and ruins?, past by in a snap of a second, as the Seraph blazed through, keeping the Captain close to her chest. The Captain could hear the beings heart beating, they assume this would take strain on it, causing its heart to beat faster. But found it beating...slower?, yes slower, like this being wasn’t even being strained as it blazed through the air holding her tight against it. She could feel against her skin, the beings bronze like armor. Instead of cold metal greeting her, it was nice and warm, like a blanket. The beings armor was seemingly warmed by the beings skin. She didn’t know if this was natural, or if the being was trying to comfort her, to make her less scared as the winds blew by.

Finally, after only several seconds of flight the Seraph landed, on a truly immense balcony, the size of at least a city if not a little larger. It’s railing was adorned in thousands, hundreds of thousands, million’s! Of little emerald gemstones. It was of a saturated gold, brighter than any kind of gold she had seen before. At each end of the city sized balcony, she could see flying buttresses, made of purer then white silver...or what she could guess is silver, towering into the clouds, each draped with trumpet blowing angels, and on leaning over each on their own spiral, three statues of men each carved from precious gems. The men were covered in long robes, one was of the purest green, one of a faint dark red and the other a dark blue like the oceans of the mind, mixed in with grayish white. The man in green held a double helix, The man in red held a planet in the process of creation and the man in dark blue and grayish white held a brain. Each towered, as tall as skyscrapers and looked over the horizons, their gazes burrowing deep into the soul.

14;1 stopped. “Captain I hope you have not been permanently wounded by my flight patterns.” she said, as she slowly plopped down the Captain on her feet, like a mother would plop down her infant to help them walk.

Aithanar gave no reply, as he'd teleport to 14;1's position once she had reached it and looked about quietly. The Captain's hair was, more than a bit ruffled during the flight, and she blinked as they landed, steadying herself on the Seraph's body for a moment to gain her balance and sort of straightening out her hair, clearing her throat. "Very impressive place, it reminds me of the Itrypsan Palace." She said, looking around quietly., taking in the details. "This is the legend of Gabriel?" She inquired, gesturing to the statues. "Or your people's heroes?"

The Seraph, stood at her full height, her wings slowly retracting into her back as she stepped forward, staring at the immaculate statues in front of them. “These were our creator Gabriels kin, Druids of Thomane. Servants of Alohai. Masters of Life, Matter and the mind.” she spoke, a slight tint of sadness spreading across her voice as she spoke of them, memories fluttering by her. “Anyway’s,I do believe brother 3;16 with your jump packers shall be here soon.” she said as she began walking through a colossal walkway, its golden pires reaching far above their heads as it loomed over them. “Follow, 3;16 with your jumpackers will catch up.” she said as her bronze armor clattered across the metal of the palace, with each step, beckoning them forward.

The Captain and Aithanar began to follow, the Captain quietly looking around in evident amazement at the abundance of rare and abundant metals. "What're your names based on?" Alixandra asked, looking up at the Seraph. Aithanar for his part was silent and trodded along, watching only straight ahead and nothing more as 3;16 would catch up eventually. The Captain kept some air of professionalism about her, and she kept pace with the Vok and Seraph with graceful strides.

The Adjudicator hung in its orbit, scanning around for the wreck of the corvette before locating it. The Admiral was quiet, receiving a transmission from the High Admiral soon after his thoughts. He entered the communications once more, only to come face to the High Council. Once more, he'd take time before coming out.

As they step through the Arch way, they were met with the true wonder of the citadel. In front of them, stretching endlessly into the horizon of the citadel, was a titanic mile wide bridge, entirely made of gold, spirals of silver at fifty foot intervals with ruby archways connecting each. Each archway was covered in stained glass, depicting bizzare stories with many clashing colors, a whirlwind of creation itself it seemed.

Below them stretched a chasm, thousands upon thousands of feet deep. It's darkness seemingly to be ever consuming if they stared down. Above them a barely visible roof, ribbed vaults stretching across it, as puffy grey clouds formed above them.

"Follow me, there's a grav pod nearby which can take us towards the end of the bridge quickly." Said 14;1 as she began walking. "And our names...there meant as, specific rebukes against the Corruptos and their corruption, each one of our names as a response to theirs, mine was...Zegreus." She said, her voice grim with the slight tones of fear coming from her voice. "I will tell you of the Corruptos in the pod if you're truly curious." She says as she approaches a round white pod, opening a door on its side which hovered above a set of what looked to be rails.

They followed along, and the Captain would speak once in the pod. "Tell me of this Corruptos and the corruption. You implied their names are their power?" Aithanar was silent for now, infact he was studying the area around him with minute movements of his head. The Captain finally fixed her hair to its original state, waiting for the Seraph's reply. "I assume the gemstones and precious metals motif is also a testament against your enemies, these ah, corruptors?"

Admiral Nalzirin exited the room in the time it took them to walk to the bridge, walk the bridge and get into the grav pod to start their movement deeper into Seraph territory. The Admiral folded his hands behindhis back and watched the Citadel from orbit, so tall it ascended, as if it was piercing, no...not piercing, as if it was designed to -be- the Heavens. This gave him an idea, and he was sure the Council was likely on the same page. He moved back to the meeting room.

The Seraph took a hold of the door and slammed it hard, the noise the door made as it sealed, was a mixture of breathing and mechanical sealing, as the door finished its sealing protocols. The inside of the pod was very bare, with a single window to look out of, the window glistened with the light of the bridge and of its surroundings, it looked out into the eternal darkness that was around the bridge The pod also had two rows of seats, obviously made for the seraphs, as it looked like the Captain, Aithanar and another individual could sit in one alone.

The Seraph took a seat and she reached out to something above, and after a few second of clicking, a holographic interface appeared before her, she pressed some buttons and the pod took off, speeding forward across the tracks. “Do not worry, you do not need a seatbelt, you're entirely protected here.” she crossed her legs, and looked down, fear and anxiety seeming to wash over her face. She seemed to ponder over something in her mind, as brief flickers of memories flashed across her eye’s. “To answer your second question, much of the architecture of the sanctuary, like the gemstones, were there far before we ourselves were made. Now we have over millenia improved upon the architecture of the sanctuary, things like the various statues were built to deflect possible mythological invaders, this bridge here was built to drag the World Ender Beelzebub into the Sanctuaries Dungeon of Ancients, the various statues and archway’s seeming to subdue the beast.” she answered, fear again washed over her and she had to take several deep breaths before speaking.
“We are not the natural inhabitants of this world, those were the Druids of Thomane. The Order our Creator Gabriel belonged to.” she had to swallow to not burst out into tears. “These Druids were created by the Lord of Creation, Alohai...so they watch over his creation, they were given mastarage of Life, Reality and the Mind. They were to be like Shepherds...but overtime...many began acting like tyrants, kings and rulers...they had extinguished races they deemed to be unworthy, they began drifting from Alohais plan... then came Gabriel, Kindness beyond all, Patience that could outlive the stars themselves, and wisdom second only to Alohai himself. He was a true master in the crafts of the Druids, first mastering life and once ascended to power after casting out the blasphemers for...massacring, and deflowering Alohais image, he slowly mastered the other arts as well, while reforming and limiting the druids back to their original state, as Shepherds, not rulers.” She let out a little smile, her mind seeming to flicker to things, which then again fell to a grim look on her face.

“Unfortunately...there were those who did not follow this new direction. Led by the First sinner Sehkemet, they desired to unshackle themselves from their corporal form. They wanted to not only rule creation but ascend past not just the Druids, but past Alohai himself. Sehkemet, Coeus, Zegreus, Athena, Baal and many others I can’t mention...these Corruptos, waged a war against the druids over the fate of creation itself. The Druids response was Gabriels creation of us...the Seraphs, to fight the legions of corrupted and the Corruptos themselves, to slay them and protect our Creator.” she as she looked down a small tear dropping from her. “And we failed…” she said as the pod finally came to a stop, and the door slid open, and she stepped out. “I believe Paladin 3;16 shall be arriving with the others in a few seconds.” She said, as she took in a deep breath and slowly approached something off in the distance.

Triporea wrote:Isabella and John noticed the indigenous people, but kept working regardless of their presence. The rest of the crew doing the same, except for Saoirse. Who kept a keen eye on these people, her rifle always at the ready in case. George and Clovis kept close to the ship as they came down, George looking to Isabella, “Alright, have John take Saoirse and start analysing the soil for sulphides. With any luck we’ll have landed on a deposit of something valuable. Clovis and I will set up a camp and the tools. Isabella, take a break.” Everyone nodded and got to work. John grabbed a large bag and Saoirse followed him away from the ship. Isabella found a rock and sat on it. And George and Clovis started pitching a tent near the ship, clearing the wheat and grass. The pair who had set out to test soil did not walk towards any of the indigenous people intentionally, but went to a random location. John squatted down and started sniffing the dirt, lifting a rock and licking it he opened the bag and pulled out a small glass box. He filled it with dirt which he gave a rinse with water and added some chemicals and started shaking. After about a minute of shaking he held the glass box up to the sky to look at if the test was positive for mineral or metals.

As George and Isabella began to calmly set up their tent and begin looking for digging sites, the farmers had begun a mad dash back towards their town. Screaming in absolute panic. In the town itself soldiers were scrambling, putting in telegram codes to try to get in contact with anyone, be it the General Council of Battery Man, the Musie, even members of the U-Okingu and Janguaroo-oria, anything. Local barracks were called up, as they moved in to stop a riot about to break out and also keep watch of the aliens, moving to position artillery in place, to not only keep watch on them, but if they began an attack, to quickly respond, by releasing the Hell of las. After hours of waiting they got a response directly from Musies personal telegram line.

“We’ll be dealing with the situation soon.” it read, obviously not a ensuring response, but the Musie was wise and proved himself in battle to earn his position. So he must have something planned, thought the soldiers as they rushed about, nervous as all hell because of the aliens.

In Musies palace

Kakesane Ieoloko sat, his prayer rug unfurled, drinking some tea, as he was informed of the current situation. “The aliens themselves are not united in one species it seems, they're all completely different, and separate.” said one of the guards. The Musie finished his tea. “I see...leave, I need to ponder over this.” he said as he stood, the two guards bowed as they exited the room. Kakesane walked over to the opened window which looked over the horizons. He pondered what to do, this would almost definitely define how he will be remembered in history. He had to prove the marshal strength of the Dynas, but to not act aggressively. Thus he pondered, for hours. Until the answer came clear to him.

He called in a scribe and looked at them. “I wish you to encircle the aliens at a radius of ten miles, artillery cannons primarily pointed forward, on the inner of the circle contact U-Okingu inform them to send their best lighting warriors to act as inner line defense...contact the Janguruu for scouts, we must know of these aliens capabilitie. And prepare me a chariot I must head there personally.” he said, the scribe bowed as the Musie began packing various books and nicknacks into a bag.

Back at the fields

As the dirt was shaked and rock cracked, the blue sun lightly reflected off it, telling John, that there were some traces of things like silver and iron around the field. But further off behind a cropping of rocks sat Juro’benn. His rifle from his time of service in his hand. He had made a quick dash home when he saw the ship. Part of him knew this was possibly a dumb idea, but another part went to his honor as a former soldier. That it was his honor bound duty as an artillery man, to protect not only his home, but his clan and the Dynas people as a whole...and what ever these aliens were he had to know their purpose, to at least warn the soldiers in the area.

Thus, he went through all the tactics he was taught, and slowly wiggled his way around the crop of rocks, and crawled his way through the golden wheat. Keeping his mouth shut, to not breath and give off his position, he kept at this until he was only about thirty feet away from the aliens. He slowly prepared his weapon and then jumped up raising his rifle at John and shouting. “Alien, put down the tools!” he shouted, trying to smuggle the panic that coursed through him.

John was of course, startled by this sudden shouting, and turned his head. Looking up at the man. The creach slowly put down the tools and fixed his thick glasses. But Juro’Benn remembered seeing two aliens before perching himself on the rock. Which is when he heard the sound of a revolver hammer coming to a full cock. The woman behind him had fair skin and blonde hair. Her eyes were green and she had many freckles, but most prominently were her two elvish ears which came to distinctive points.
He heard a calm voice come from behind him, “Stop pointing your rifle at my colleague. I’m not going to kill you, and I’ll holster my gun when you do the same, lad. You seem to be a somewhat civilised race. Let’s keep it that way. I’m Saoirse. Seer-sha for you non-meascthan. That’s John down there. We’re prospectors, looking for ore and mineral to mine and take home. Not to fight you.”

Back at the camp, George and Clovis had finished setting up the tent and Isabella was napping on the rock. Clovis grabbed a pair of binoculars and stepped out from the tent to watch the horizon and watch the indigenous.

The Captain listened silently. By all accounts it reminded her of past wars, but there wasn't much she could do aside from console the Seraph. "Who is your leader now?" She inquired, once the gravpod had stopped.

The Ebony Republic wrote:The Captain listened silently. By all accounts it reminded her of past wars, but there wasn't much she could do aside from console the Seraph. "Who is your leader now?" She inquired, once the gravpod had stopped.

She turned around briefly and looked at them. “Our well leader now, is Gabriels firstborn, Lord Knight 1;1, he was personally raised by Gabriel and served along side him.” she said as she continued to watch and stopped in front of a statue, and kneeled in front of a statue.

As the Captain and Aithanar approached, she could see a massive statue, molded from precious rubies. It depicted a tall man, red robes fluttering with a golden chest piece covering them. Sat on his head was a regal, large headgear which obscured his face. In his right hand was a staff, swirling burning lights covering it. His left hand she saw three children of some unknown alien species reaching out to cling to his fingers.

First was a blue skinned human looking little girl, her face one of curiosity, she wore what looked to be a sun dress as she grasped his thumb. Next her stood an insectoid-like creature, wearing peasant-like rags grasping his ring finger, next to him stood a rat-like creature, adorned in robes of silky black, grasping his middle finger. 14;1 stood after several seconds. “This is Gabriel...and those are his children, the ones we’ve sworn to protect in his absence.” she said as she bowed to the figure and began walking off. “Come Lord Knight, is just this way.” she said as she approached another Hallway, its light gleaming like the sun.

Triporea wrote:John was of course, startled by this sudden shouting, and turned his head.

The first thing George and clovis spotted, was the Indigeous populations rapid mobilization, they had obviously set some alarm off and could see artillery cannons being positioned in various places. The march of armored warriors coming from towering golden hills. They had definitely spooked them, but they seemed to not want to take any aggressive action towards them, more so just a sort of defensive measure.

A second look would also see an elegant chariot, driven by two cockroach looking beasts trampling across the dirt. It’s wood having elegant carvings of galaxies across it, with wheels of a mahogany like wood. Something important was in there, as the chariot approached closer and closer to the field.

Juro’benn, swallowed hard as he felt the revolver put against his head. His mind went wild. He considered his options, it would be two against one. His old bones likely wouldn’t be able to catch them off guard, and would most likely end up with him dead. He also suspected the fact this woman hadn’t immediately shot him, that must mean they were at least somewhat peaceful, and the news they were prospectors dashed his hope they wouldn’t be arrogant, as he’s heard that word used by Cypherians when they tried to claim a moon of the nearby gas giant. He slowly lowered his rifle and put it on the ground slowly. “I am Juro’benn, retired battery sergeant of the twenty eighth company of the armies of the Pingyuaxani, I also served in the greater armies of the Dynar Host, soldiers of Musie, servants of Father Gabriel, Alohai incarnate. I apologize...for any hastiness.” he said to Saiorsee as he stepped back slightly.
