Also, I added some stuff to the Hunger Games dispatch explaining things that you might have questions about such as why we wont be seen with wings and such and why those who normally did well in combat were so suddenly horrible

A cheer from the audience. Seren winks and smiles, a move so well known for this person, the smile too frequently worn to be genuine.
“That’s right! Two rounds, so tributes, don’t have too much fun with each other. Otherwise we might have to re-tie some freshly-cut strings, puppets, and that will be painful!”
A disgusted look from Golau that immediately melts back into a smile. Re-tying strings, especially for tributes or puppets as they are sometimes called, usually means a process of bringing back the dead. Pain is most definitely associated with it.
“Also, tributes, we had to remove a few things before the games start. So if you’re missing a wing, survival skill, tail or two, fret not, you’ll be able to reclaim them again after the games! Please be grateful that we allowed a one-day delay of the games for you to recover from the surgeries, we almost had our heads chopped off for it!”
A laugh from the crowd.
“So if your balance is messed up or you cannot recover in one day instead of the two-weeks minimum, sorry. But you’ll have so much fun in the games you’ll hardly notice it!”
Golau smiles again, leaning over his papers that seemed to have been forgotten.
“Those of you watching the games, we apologize for not being able to feature the legendary Zoygarian fighting technique with their majestic golden wings, or the swift movements of a Southern Sulterian with their bat-like ones. Even the classic golden eyes of the Reborn Empire of Ulm! It was a painful decision to make for the sake of a fair game, for all of us.”
A fake look of sympathy enters the crowd and the stage. Seren pouts with the audience, and awwww’s of disappointment, sympathy, or affection echo throughout the congested room with people fighting for the same oxygen. These people were really confusing, with their fake, pathetic ways.
“Thank you for tuning in, have a wonderful Hunger Games everyone. And may the odds be EVER. in your favor.”
(So in conclusion we had our beautiful wings, tails, and probably chances of survival surgically removed. The huge and painful surgery wounds will no doubt throw is off and hamper us during pursuit, combat, and just in general. Just to add a touch of cruelty and why we won’t see them drawn/featured. I also added a way for us to participate in the second round after being killed that makes no sense whatsoever. )
