I have problems with this bill.
1. what is an "agent"?
2. Why do we need a whole new border control thing? i think the department should have the oversight of the minister of defense, as this bill would give the minister of border defense rights that the minister of defense does not have, such as the ability to banject without approval.
So this should be a sub-ministry.
I would like to keep the part where the minister of border defense can banject, but that it can be reversed by parliament, i feel as this should also apply to the minister of defense as well though.
if these changes were made i would vote aye.

yes, and that is good, but the minister of border defense would have more leeway in terms of banjecting then the actual minister of defense, which should supervise the ministry of border defense, which would make a sub-ministry stronger than an actual ministry, which makes no sense.

Then write a bill outlining the powers you think your ministry should have, and get it passed. It’s my responsibility to legislate and deal with my ministry, and yours to deal with yours. If there’s no issue with the actual powers the department has, then the bill should pass. If you want more powers for your ministry, put a bill to vote about it.
