Well given how small our region is I think it would be a mistake to break up a ton of different positions for different officer powers, it would just lead to certain individuals being inactive and only half the work getting done. That said, I think positions would then have to be for a few major positions and then that being it. That way, if someone is inactive you can just replace them with an active member for that role instead of not having enough members to fill a ton of small roles that could just be consolidated into a one or two. You could probably just appoint a one or two extra regional moderators to make sure that rmb is clean and whatnot at most.

hm, I actually haven't had a proper game of D&D cause in the past, me mates tend to kinda have fun with it lol. Not saying I haven't done it, but in the end our keeper is just annoyed on what everyone is saying lol. I ended up punching a wall at some point to escape the first part, while everyone was over analyzing everything....

Just bit hard to play with me mates XD
