Another tiny change in/for expanded Toast: The toastian word "Kaisja" (Emperor) and similar words in old toastian and other languages that were previously spoken in Toast will be changed because they are based on the German "Kaiser" (also Emperor). The problem is that Kaiser (like the Russian Tsar) is based on the name of Julius Caesar. So I will change those words to be based on the german "König" (King)

Words based on "Reich" are also being changed since the germans "copied" the word from the celts. Since nothing similar happened before the Austontan shipwrecks landed on toast, I will replace it with words based on "Land".

"Better learn quick then my friend. Santec are easily offended. Just let me do the talking." Barek put his hands up in a surrender motion. "Whatever you say boss." The two friends entered the canoe. Soldiers on the beach checked their cargo then waved them through. It would be a while before they made it to Santec shores. Longer than they anticipated.

True.

Attacks from the East
The barbaric tribes to the east of Til-Gur have recently been harassing the Hal-iv on the fringes of the kingdom

I have refounded the Sparkhill account due to the presence of a raider in the region that I caught.

The Return of the King

Ferneus wrote:In a small Fernusi village, a man wakes up in his wooden lodge. He was a fisher and trader, contributing his catch to the village's food stockpiles and selling the rest to Santec traders. He gets dressed in his daily garments, robes that adequately covered him but was not nearly as extravagant as those worn by veterans and politicians. On his right wrist was a bracelet made of blue pearls mixed with the occasional yellow to mark his profession and status. He walks outside to meet his friend, who would be joining him in order to sell off several gems he had found. "Vadesh, i was wondering when you would get up!" Vadesh chuckled. "You know me Barek, always the late sleeper." The two friends walked out to the river, passing by Fernusi soldiers stationed there along the way. The glimmering steel and fluttering feathers of their armor starkly contrasted with the humble cloth robes and wooden houses of the village. "I'd found some of these gems while i was out hunting. They were lying along the road, along with a cart that had looked destroyed and ravaged. These were the only things left, so i figured i'd sell them off for profit to those Santec traders that come up here." Vadesh chuckled as he readied their canoe "Do you even know Santec?" Barek shrugged.

The two men had been riding in their canoe for hours now. Vadesh had been rowing while Barek was keeping lookout for the many Vilker (Korintheyan raiders, called this to make connections to Vikings) raiding parties that had been patrolling the waters. "See anything Barek?" Vadesh asked as he was too busy rowing to help. "Nothing yet. Its been quiet." The man said with a hint of wariness. "I've heard stories of the Vilker raiding parties around here. It seems too quiet for them to not be here..." Vadesh thought he was just being paranoid and kept rowing.

Hours had passed. It was now night time. Barek was resting while Vadesh kept rowing. The day had been uneventful for the most part. Not long before they entered the lake, Vadesh saw small ships downriver. Thinking they were the Santec traders they were looking for, he tried to flag them down. When they got closer however, Vadesh realized they were Korintheyan raiding parties. "Oh, bugger me..." He frantically tried to turn the boat around, only for it to crash and beach itself on the bank of the river. "Barek, get up! Its Vilkers!" Barek got up and ran off, but Vadesh's leg was pinned under the crashed boat, rendering him unable to move. The Korintheyan raiders tore up the boat searching for anything worth taking and took Vadesh hostage. He was taken to a raiding camp near the border in order to be ransomed off for his weight in gold and silver.

Gentlemen, we have something to discuss.

It has been proposed we merge with the region of Heart, and I am currently talking to a rep of their's about it. What are your thoughts?

Eh, i'm not really sure how i feel about it... We could use the boost in numbers, but they don't seem to be an rp region. Just more of a 'sit and chill' region.

I'm pushing for the formation, if a merger goes through, for a RP, headed by us, and a branch of government headed by us for at least 1 month.

eh...no

At the moment I'll give you the demands I've listed.
Representation. Past merger proposals have proposed a branch of government dedicated specifically to us. I'd say we have that for a month, maybe month and a half, then sorta become one with your people
We'd also want to establish a Roleplay
Preferably with a council running it, headed by a Lezran

I agree. They don't seem like the most rp-centric guys around. They don't even have a map.

Well, they already seem to have been told "No" by Force... so...
