Fusion.

The Madrinpoor Space Exploration Commission, MSEC, has been granted a budget of 110 billion liberos to commence construction of modules for the space station. They have also begun training astronauts Luis Devarre and Artuo Regine for the first ever mission to the Space Station. As of now, construction has begun on the central command module of the space station, including the cupola, and the scientific research lab. Other nations are encouraged to begin construction on other parts of the space station as well.

Parts/Modules Needed For Construction:

Solar Panels for Power
Docking Bay
Escape Pods (Not very large or difficult)
Defense Coordination Center (I would recommend Potenzia do this since we talked about it, but if he does not want to or he delegates it that is fine, it is his choice)
Sleeping/Living Quarters
Observation Bay (Could be added to the main command center I a building)

Optional Modules (Not necessarily needed for launch but nice to have)

Robot arm (for repairs likely, as well as cargo transfer)
Scientific Research Bay #2 (If the station becomes larger, then we will need this and)
Sleeping quarters #2
Possible Weapons Batteries (Don't focus on this yet because we don't know if we will end up installing it)
Satellites for communication with earth (Extra ones, essentially a GPS satellite but on the space station
Spacewalk tethers
Planetary exploration module (For missions to Mars or the moon, can detach from the space station and head towards the planet, then launching rovers while in orbit. After, they can rejoin the space station again. This would have to be built in the far future, after the space station is already in operation)

That is all I can think of, if there is something I am missing then please let me know.

My economy grew by almost 15%, my information technology by 95% and my scientific advance by 40%, I have already exceeded 600 million inhabitants. I am very proud.

My economy has reached all-time highs and this makes me happy.

The Potenzian government has approved 4.14 trillion (3% of our government expenditure) to help fund the initial costs of the space station.

The overall cost is expected to be around 50 trillion. We have currently raised 12.05 trillion thanks to contributions from Ainland & Madrinpoor.

Our scientists, astronauts, and architects from the Potenzian Space Agency are currently discussing plans and will make an announcement once they are assessed.

The Office of Prime Minister of Poland-Bavaria

As this is being granted to the PSA, we shall not grant the 5 billion Euromarke (6.2 billion liberos) that Federal Member of Parliament Stefan Staphenburg has brought to the Federal Parliament's chamber for the reason that the money will be going to another national space agency instead of a joint international space agency, that and 5 billion Euromarke is a lot.

I'm sorry, we are building a lunar base, and I going to bring more modules to Unity for now. I am also building an inter-planetary ship:). I'm going to have to fund for a bit. Apollo 7 tests are happening right now, I have canceled the whole Gemini program. USS Hermes is now in the building on Earth then launched piece by piece to space and build it there. Unity with now Explorer are now just waiting for the next module that has solar panels.

You want me to launch it? I got some wait........who the hell......ok now I must send a Infred telescope. Apollo 8 will test to orbit the moon while Apollo 9 do things with the LEM and Apollo 10 will be the test if we can land but with limited fuel for the Apollo 11 mission to come

Government Spokesperson (John Aliyán):

To help the government create new jobs, finance projects and social programs, the European Union becomes the first to grant a loan to the country.
The loan is worth more than 7.089 million Nimbles ($ N), or something like 120.5 million dollars.
The Government and representatives of the European Union signed this agreement and pledged to continue working together for the development of the Erimean population.

Representatives of the European Union showed interest in the rapid growth of the national technology industry, which went from being one of the worst to the fastest growing in such a short time.

"The country has potential and we invite other LDU nations to support the government and negotiate agreements now that good rates of economic development are being achieved," said the EU ambassador.

Are in the construction process of modules: Madrinpoor, Potenzia
Will possibly assist with construction or are developing an alternative: Poland-bavaria, Enceladus and mimas

This has nothing to do with developing an LDU-wide space industry versus an individual one. This space station is just the first step towards scientific development, global communication, and space exploration.

Ainland wrote:RP

As a nation with a strong economy, committed to scientific advancement, the Government of Ainland have agreed to commit a very generous 0.5% of GDP annually (approximately 2.3% of government expenditure) to the LDU International Outer Space Programme.

This represents an annual contribution of approximately 7.8 trillion liberos.

In addition, the Ainish Government commit to an additional one-off payment of 6 trillion liberos, to assist in initial costs, and this will be made with the first annual payment promptly.

Both of the above measures have been ratified by the Ainish Parliament.

Ainland has already contributed 13.8 trillion liberos. With a further approx. 7.8 trillion liberos annually.

This should go a substantial way towards upfront costs. Our nation is very scientifically advanced and are able to provide significant resources and personnel, as deemed necessary by the programme. We don't have any specific preference in terms of resources provided, as presumably all activity will be under the LDU Space Programme banner (as opposed to individual nations) in line with this spirit of the treaty.

We would propose that, when it comes to selecting astronauts for missions, this is done in line with a common purpose, with consideration broadly given to contributions by nations' GDP (as opposed to actual cash amount), to ensure fairness for smaller nations.

We will happily help but we are not going to give any more than 10,000 Euromarke to another nations space agency.
