Sadly, regions can't be completely anarchic, so if a party was made, I would guess their goal would to as little rules in the region as possible, and have as little government as possible.

There are 'Warzone' regions in which the WA delegate is the executive, there is no govt. Or founder. The only rules are: bans are temporary.

Not entirely anarchic but close enough.

But the region is an easy prey to raid. And our region could not become an anrchy because there is a Constitution, and the Constitution can't be abolished, or it is a coup.

When the Ancap party becomes a reality, that will be the time to discuss the virtues of its policies.

But I will say this: Anarcho-capitalism often advocates for a 'survival of the fittest' scenario

The problem with it is that it ends up early or late with a dictatorship.

The Prime Minister

The Government would like to introduce a new bill to Parliament: Amendment of Article 4: Je Judiciary Branch. This amendment will consist in replacing the Officer of Constitution and adding the following:

The Supreme Court

1. The Supreme Court is the Judicial Branch of Liberty Democratic Alliance. It is completely independent of the executive branch and must remain so, whatever the circumstances.
2. The role of the Supreme Court is to punish appropriately and reasonably those who violate the laws of Liberty Democratic Alliance.
3. The regional laws are divided into two documents: this Constitution and the Civil Code. The Constitution determines the distribution of powers in the region, and the Civil Code indicates all the laws passed by Parliament.
4. The Supreme Court will have an Executive Branch. Indeed, the Prime Minister must appoint a Minister of Justice. The Minister of Justice must supervise the Judiciary Branch and must represent the Judiciary in the Council of Ministers.
5. No nations of the Region can be punished without a trial, unless in conditions indicated in Article 6 of this Constitution.

The Chief Justice
1. The Chief Justice is the Head of the Supreme Court and should be the Head Judge in trials. He must appoint members of the jury for each trial. He must appoint a jury of one nation per five residents. The Chief Justice must appoint people with different beliefs and opinions to avoid conflicts of interest.
2. The Supreme Court, and thus the Chief Justice will be the institution in charge of controlling and acting as a counterpower to the government. The Chief Justice must validate or reject any law passed by parliament and any decree signed, according to constitutional criteria.
3. The Chief Justice must remain politically neutral and honest in the performance of his duties.
4. The Prime Minister is in charge of appointing the Chief Justice. The Parliament must validate or reject the choice of the Chief Justice. If more than a third of the members of Parliament take a vote of non-confidence in the choice of the Prime Minister, new proposals must be made by the latter until the Parliament approves the proposal.
5. The Chief Justice must have "polls" and "communication" authority.
4. The Chief Justice organises the Prime Minister elections, plublishes and validates the result on behalf of the Constitution.
5. The Chief Justice must validate or veto any law passed by Parliament. The Chief Justice has the right to veto a bill in case they think it is unconstitutional. They must not veto a law according to their ideas or political ideologies.
6. The Parliament can demand an investigation by the Supreme Court by a more than fifty percent vote if it believes that the Chief Justice vetoes the law for political or personal reasons.
7. The Chief Justice must check the legality of the referendums (organised by the Government) and prohibit a referendum that happens to be unconstitutional.
8. If the Chief Justice is brought to court, the Prime Minister must temporarily appoint a new Chief Justice. If the accused Chief Justice is guilty, the interim Chief Justice will stay in office, if he is not guilty, he will have the right to be Chief Justice again and the interim one will have to leave office.

Trials
1. Trials are made of the Head Judge (Chief Justice), the appointed jury, the prosecutor (Minister of Justice), the accused nation, their defendant lawyer, and potential witnesses.
2. The Accused nation has the right to have a defendant lawyer. They can choose the nation they want for this role (providing that the nominee agrees).
3. For each trial, the Minister of Justice will be the Regional Prosecutor, so his aim will be to describe the crime and tell the appropriate sanction according to Regional Law. He has no decision-making power, its only role is to dictate the law. It is the role of the judges (Chief Justice and Jury) to then decide.
4. Every citizen of the region is presumed innocent until proven guilty (judged in a trial).
5. The prosecutor and the accuser will debate with the defendant and the accused during a certain amount of time chosen by the Chief Justice, but it must be resonable so that both sides have enough time to express their ideas. Then the Jury will decide. The Chief Justice will propose punishments, and the entire jury (with the Chief Justice) will vote for the punishment. Each member of the Jury carries one vote, and the Chief Justice casts two votes.
6. The sanctions decided upon must correspond to those dictated in the regional laws, and no abuse of power or arbitrary trials will be tolerated.
7. The punishment enacted in the trial must be applied.
8. The Jury, espescially the Chief Justice must keep full integrity during the trial. If either the government or five members of Parliament think the Chief Justice was not honest, acted in a Conflict of Interests, or abused his power, there must be a vote in Parliament on wether to impeach him.

France Europe for a Second Term!

LDA Prime Minister Elections - Third Term

For a democracy that makes its values a strength
Together, LDA even further

Our region has a history, values, and members loyal to them. I propose to make democracy a force for our region. Let us change what needs to be changed and keep what we hold dear.
I therefore propose that you take cognizance of all the changes and actions that my government has made during this memorable mandate that has changed the destiny of our region, before determining with you our objectives for the future, which we will hold on to.
I am running on behalf of the LLP, the regional party with the most members. I don't make unilateral decisions, we develop ideas together, which is our strength.
My Projects for the next term

    • Introduce a major growth policy for the region, while at the same time ensuring consistent security measures. We will use the sending of telegrams and the use of API, and we will make ourselves attractive with our tags and our RP. However, the Ministry of the Interior will be given substantial means to control new arrivals and ensure regional security.
    • To maintain the integrity of democracy, it will be necessary to ensure the authenticity of parliamentary acts and votes. To this end, we do not believe that the solution is to make membership of the WA compulsory, but we support the creation of a second Parliament. This would be a higher house of Parliament, the Regional Senate. Members would be elected in parliamentary elections, WA membership would be compulsory and restrictions on candidacy such as length of residency would be put in place. This parliament would have more power than the lower one, especially in matters of security, and would have the last word on laws when the two assemblies disagree. This Parliament would have a Chairman who would act as spokesperson.
    • Creation of a spokesperson ( Chairman) of the lower parliament so that the parliament is smoothly represented to the government if the region grows.
    • Become even more active on the international scene and have our say in international affairs, especially in the World Assembly.

My Achievements during this term

Politics

    • Creating a stable regional government and ensuring the respect of the power-sharing rule for this term and for the future by making it mandatory in the Constitution. Ministers have been added to the Constitution, with their role precisely defined.
    • Creation of an institution of checks and balances towards the government in order to limit abuses of power. Indeed, the position of Constitution Officer has been established in the Constitution, along with protections such as the impossibility for the government to dismiss this officer.
    • Allowing the creation of political parties in the Constitution. I wanted it to be a fundamental right, in order for any citizen to be able to join a party or create one. The government has absolutely no control on political parties. I managed to make parties an essential part of regional politics.
    • I reformed the executive branch in order to better define and limit the powers of each officer in the region. I also removed despotic offices like the Regional Administrator from the Constitution.
    • I created a document ensuring the transparency between government and parliament: the "Government policies and bills being analysed and discuss", showing the actions of the government in public, and allowing any member of parliament to make suggestions that can become bills.
    • I created the Council of Ministers, a place for the government to debate, vote, and discuss on how to rule the country. This has allowed ministers to better consult with each other before making decisions; as well as allowing ministers to vote among themselves on decisions, which makes government more democratic.
    • During my term, I used decrees very rarely, and I only used them for the strict possibilities indicated in the Constitution, inter alia closing and opening borders during the States of Emergency.
    • I created a democratic party that is now the biggest party in Liberty Democratic Alliance.

International and diplomacy

    • I was one of the main actors in the development of the relationship with International Assembly, fully understanding that the stories of the past were not our own. I have made the effort to negotiate tediously with narrow-minded heads of state, trying to favour dialogue to put an end to rivalries. In this way, I put an end to dictatorship and ensured that the opponents of the regime were our allies. The proof is that the Union of Normal Nations are among our best friends now.
    • After the raid, I rebuilt all the embassies, and on top of that I established bilateral ties with most of the regions, making all our relations deeper and more sincere. In particular, I have negotiated Alliance treaties with other regions, and one of them has already been ratified, the one with the United Nations of Rhine. This treaty allowed us to exchange important information on security and to organize the reconquest of LNA.
    • Since the beginning of my mandate, our region has been more active on the international scene, particularly in the World Assembly, where I was an active member, and helped in the drafting of proposals. I voted for all the resolutions and analysed each proposal, approving those that supported our regional values. I listened to you and sought your advice for my actions as a Delegate, also indicating that everyone had the right to make requests or suggestions to me for the World Assembly.

Security

    • I created an intelligence agency, TESA: The External Safety Agency. Under the command of the PM, this agency has helped pur region a lot without you to know it. For example, thanks to it, I knew all actions undertaken or planned by the International Assembly at the time when they were still our ennemies. Also, for example, it precisely allowed me to exactly know who was a puppet in Liberty Nations Alliance (even if I din't contact them to tell them). Also, it allowed me to collect sensible information for the security of our region or other regions which I transmitted to several of our allies. Also, it allowed me to collect information about raiders.
    • I passed the Constitutional Law called "State of Emergency" (Article 6) that ensures the security of the region by giving more power to the government for a certain amount of time, without hampering democracy. This law furthered democracy as it also showed what the government is NOT allowed to do outside the State of Emergency.
    • We successfully resisted the first raid of LNA. After the second raid, the government had a quick and appropriate response and created the new region straight away, keeping it secure by imposing strict restrictions to join. Thanks to this appropriate reaction, there are now less restrictions and the LDA is peaceful.

Other

    • I introduced role-play (RP) in the region. I built a very interesting role-play with very realistic features, and I wrote rules in Parliament in order to make it more enjoyable. Also, I wanted to make sure that RP does not interfere in other regional affairs, which is why I made it in a separate region.

Well I don't have a dispatch but, I can tell you this:

If elected, our region will see steady growth. No radical changes, we will open borders and keep them open.

We will further develop freedom of the press.

We will keep the power of border control in the hands of the founder, meaning the region will remain safe and free

We will foster a reason to be proud to hail from the LDA!
