all this is robbery and chaos.
It is not in keeping with the Tao.
i routinely vote against repeals. they typically pop up a week after the resolution that they want to repeal. i'm certain that the vast majority who voted for the original will also vote for its repeal. i think if it's really such a bad thing, then the original should not have passed. let the morons who voted for it suffer. perhaps they'll put forth more effort in future considerations.

Inspired by Destructive Government Economic System (DGES)’s unprecedented suggestion in the early International Art Trade to collect artifacts from nations which had ceased to exist to preserve each nations’ history,
Convinced by its persuasive argument that collecting these artifacts should be pursued before it’s too late, as we already see the effects of time degrading these artifacts as they disappear,
Observing the sheer and unparalleled amount of ancient artifacts from nations that no longer exist preserved by DGES;
Admiring DGES’ enthusiastic collecting and maintaining of these artifacts to fight for their dwindling preservation, which has amassed a spectacular collection of:
Tens of thousands of artifacts from a diverse range of nations and cultures, which have been carefully and indiscriminately displayed in DGES’ museums,

Seldom have I ever supported a Commend Resolution in the Security Council. I find that the vast majority are popularity contests and a mechanism for the authors to gain Badges in the game.
However, on occasion, the true spirit of the idea of a Commendation, a contribution in some manner to the community over and beyond the natural course of game play is merited.
The Security Council Resolution, Commend Destructive Government Economic System, has met such a criteria in my opinion.
