- If the nation in question refuses these claims, one should (remaining calm) clearly describe how said nation is not following regulation and that it should be henceforth declared void.
- If refusal of claims continues then please refer to section two.
SECTION TWO: DENIAL OF BEING IN BREACH OF REGULATION:
- Require the assistance of a neutral party to give a non biased description of how the nation is not within guidelines.
- Do not continue to converse with the apparently offending nation, as it is likely to lead to harsh conversation.
- If the nation remains with their opinion, which has now obviously been declared as wrong, please refer to section three.
SECTION THREE: FURTHER ACTION
- If the neutral party cannot explain the situation, or is out of their understanding they will call for (if not already called for assistance) a Nation of Significance on what should commence.

Folina This is the second time you've breached RP Rules that are not only voted and approved regional laws but Nation States tradition and standard. I would strongly advise you familiarized yourself with the RP rules that I wrote and UE simplified. I'd also advise you take to the NS forms and TG some people about how to roleplay. This region has yet to formally discipline someone for breaking RP Rules, please don't be the first.

Hey guys need a hand with theses new enters of nations history. The two that state pending.
Our story begins in 1456 with the rigen of Vlad III after his slaughtering of the Sultan's men sent to gather tribute and to inquire about the missing of patrols within Romania. Knowing that war would soon follow he begged aid from near and far. While finding few sympathetic ears he did find those willing to fight with him and, these Mercenaries asked only for one thing for him to lead them right into the teeth of the Ottomans army. When Vlad asked for why theses men why they said that they would put a terror on the enemy that they would sooner run all the way back to the sultan then fight them with the son of the dragon and his father's knights with them. So during the siege of Târgoviște Vlad lead them in a charge as the Ottomans bombarded the city with cannons. No more than a few hundred against thousands. It was a slaughter, and when the sultan and his army come to Târgoviște he had found the gift left. A forest of pikes topped with the bodies of the men he sent to take the city. The war as it drew out would follow this pattern wherever Vlad and his army meet the Ottomans. It wasn't till 1462 when Vlad had reportedly died in battle did the war come to an unofficial end. It would be some years before Romania would again rise in challenge to the Ottoman empire.

A group of Kith who believe that Cain and the first generation will return and they will shackle all life under their shared banner. Now a days the group has less then noble goals more seeing Kith as the natural inheritors of the known and unknown world with mortals seen as less than cattle. The Kingdoms of Romania would lay siege to the town holding the fledgling Sabbat. In the coming days the city was brought down to rubble and burned to near ashes. It was believed that the Sabbat had burned with their heaven.
