We should start small by colonizing the moon and mars in a realistic sense. This gives a chance for each of us to develop our own private SpaceX-like companies to develop craft and such. Basically my idea is get some good map images of mars and the moon and just work divide up the planet into small territorial areas. Perhaps just give them names instead of numbers.

This is around the general idea I've had of starting it. I wouldn't throw everything at you at once. We start small and add to the pile.
