[ BREAKING : ] Executive Order 748 Passed, Republic Armed Forces in Full Mobilization
After a lengthy vote last night in the Ancobristani Parliament House, Executive Order 748 has been passed and is in full swing.
Executive Order 748 (or XO-748) is an order drafted by the First Party elites while the Chairmen of all ten parties were at a festival in San Sierra last week. It was passed last night, the next day after the Chairmen had gotten back.
XO-748 targets dictatorial nations across Valsora as well as maintain stronger protection of the Republic's borders and Economic Exclusion Zone. There are two orders to be made in XO-748.
This order has three sub-orders. All three sub-orders are underway.
- 1.1: EEZ Security. The Navy will patrol the Republic EEZ to maintain state security. All ships must be boarded to confirm no contriban or harmful agents are being smuggled into Ancobristan before being able to pass through. Ships from a blacklisted nation are forced to turn around. If the ship refuses to do so, it will be boarded, liberated and searched.
1.2: Island Citadels. Military defensive sites, or 'Citadels', will be built on all five major islands close to the Ancobristani mainland. All five islands will be home to military runways, naval docks, SAM/missile sites and defensive weapons against enemy aircraft and ships.
1.3: Coastal Security. Undefended coastlines are defined, by this Executive Order, as stretches of coastline that cannot be defended by a naval task force or is not close enough to an Island Citadel. Stronger defenses will be permanently built in place at coastlines that are at risk.

The Blacklist is a list of nations that are strictly banned from trade and politics with Ancobristan. These nations may not have any sort of relations with the Republic beforehand. It must be noted that all nations on this list are either dictatorships and/or possible threats to the Republic.

The Drones are barely able to complete their missions of getting info on Hydran positions with only a sliver of communications. Technicians are trying to fix it.
While that is happening, Tanks and Infantry continues their assault around the whole city. The area that has gotten the farthest into the city is the group who took out the sniper. The group using Close Air support clears the area of destroyed Humvees and they fill in the ditch left with things to allow the Tanks to pass.
All the while the Scandinavian Air Force is maintaining aerial superiority and the High Command of the mission celebrates the men who captured the Hydran General.
