Chilokveri defence company Geodynamica Inc. has announced the sale of 60 CAV-10 GI Scorpion main battle tanks to Vlorania in a deal worth over 10.3 million OSU. The Scorpions are to serve with the Vloranian Sultan's personal defence department where they will replace outdated tanks currently in service.

CAV-10 GI Scorpion tanks are an independently refurbished variant of the CAV-10A Scorpion tanks formerly in service with the Supreme Army of Chilokver (SAC) and the Huliean People's Liberation Army Ground Force (HPLAGF). The upgrade increases the CAV-10A’s turret armour and survivability with minimal addition of weight, and replaces all original fire control systems with modern electronics. At a unit cost of under 172,000 OSU per tank however, the CAV-10 GI costs a mere fraction of the third generation tanks its capabilities emulate.

Confederation Chancellor Ariston Kryscynski was standing on the very balcony of the New Arkrough Palace, the palace that would now belong to him until the first of January 2020, unless he was reelected. Beside him was his wife, Confederation First Lady Tailyr Kryscynski. She was a bit shorter than him but she did not really care and neither did the Chancellor. They just stood there on the balcony, with the perfect view of the two rocky towers that was given the name 'The Singing Towers of New Arkrough', because, somehow, the towers sung.

"Those towers have been here for hundreds of years." Said Ariston, inclining his head. "Through storms, floods and wars. Nobody really understands where the singing comes from; it is probably something to do with precise positions, the distance between both towers." He said, pointing at the tower on the left, named Kamburgh and the one on the right, named Arydex. "Even the local populace is not sure. All anyone will ever tell you, Tailyr, when the wind stands fair and the night is perfect, when you least expect it, blows their glorious cry when you need it the most." He paused and heard a small gust of wind make it's way around the area. Seconds later, the towers began to sing. The voice of the towers was glorious and amazing; it was beautiful and utterly mouth-droppingly brilliant, many have said. It lived up to it's expectations. "There is a song." Said Ariston, smiling. He glanced at Tailyr, who had never seen the towers, never mind heard them. Her eyes were flooding with tears.

Little did she know, Ariston was indicating that she was the song and that he needed Tailyr the most. She did not realise this, though. The reason behind this is because before Tailyr married Aristyon, her surname was Risong.

"I did not expect it to be this exceptional." She said, leaning her head upon Ariston's shoulder. "I am so glad you and I now live here together." She said. They locked hands. They listened to the rest of the towers and their glorious cries.
