After the successful main-line Habsburg dethroning within the Austro-Hungarian Kingdom, Kaiserin Emilia Victoria I von Glaßer, with the aid of the newly formed Associate's Council of Austro-Hungary, began the process of cementing herself as rightful Kaiserin of the Kingdom. This process, of course, meant that a gobernment-voted bill that made several batallions of the People's Army of Austro-Hungary would work as a pseudo-military police, aiding with quelling possible rebellions from loyalists to the Habsburg rule.

On the first weeks of April, 1840, Victoria I went to the cities of Teslic, Sarajevo, Banja-Luka, Növi-Sac and Rüma in a series of short conferences, culminating in the Second Conference of Növi-Sac (April 22nd-28th, 1840), to reach an agreement with the people of Bosnia on the terms of them gaining a nation with suficient independence from the Austro-Hungarian Kingdom. The conferences were attended by upwards of 100 people, all of high ranking social status within the area, and generally brung forth positive results. A document was created after the Second Conference of Növi-Sac which details the plans for the future of the region as agreed upon, and said document was delivered to the Royal Palace of Vienna.

However, Victoria I continued her tour of the nation, going north to Budapest, then to Miskolc and Debrecen, passing by Oradea and Deva before turning north once more heading for the small town of Túrda, which is where the Westgalicien part of the national tour began. Entering June, herr Kaiserin spent a week in the mainly Rhodesian town of Chernivstov, before continuing on west towards Kolomnyia and Ivanovsgorod. The town of Ternópil received her in primarely good light, and she enjoyed her time there, though during her short stay in the border city of Stryia, a small amount of tension filled the air. Taking the decision to continue the trip west, she took another stay in the city of Kraköv.

From Kraköv, she began the last leg of her trip around her nation, with August being around half way done. It was in the Austrian sub-state of Bohemia that she received by far the most support, and where she was welcomed the warmest. She stayed in Prague for the most part, as she had to tend to official matters of the Crown, however, she took her time to visit Liberec and Pilsen, as well as the small city of Czescka.

All of this was done in completely good faith, with the Kaiserin hoping to be able to aid in a more direct way with the matters of her lands. And yes, a few confereces were had during the time that she spent away from Vienna, such as the Budapest Reunion and the Formal Conference of Kraköv, which addressed very regional matters such as the rebuilding costs and further upgrading costs of several areas affected by the civil war.

By the 11th of October, 1840, Her Kaiserin was once again in Vienna, tending to the usual amounts of paperwork she usually tended to. The Associates Council would have several conferences with her in mere days time, and she had to be prepared to bring up everything that she had learnt from her travels around the nation, for 1841 would be a year of rebuilding and upgrading what the Kingdom of Austro-Hungary has.

However, on the very following day of the 12th of October, she was made aware of some concerning news. The nation to the north-west of her dear Austria-Hungary was embroiled in civil war. At that, it was a democratic civil war. After just having cemented her rule, she felt as though the next year would be a year of proving herself to be more than just a year of rebuilding for the nation, but also a year of making sure that the nation stabilized correctly back into the international sphere, as having a neighbour nation at war with itself was not exactly fantastic news.

Still, she hoped that whatever came out of the civil war in Bayern would be good for the people of Bayern, and nothing else. Thus, she returned to work.
