I have not yet outlined it extensively, but I imagine it would follow the laws of cause and effect with specific intent or action preceding an outcome influenced or caused by the manipulation of forces outside of the material dimension. For instance, a Greater Vampire or other sufficiently capable magician could decapitate another being in their line of sight or the immediate area, or something could be set ablaze (if it is flammable enough and such) by the user at a distance.

I also thought about it influencing chance and probability for a desired outcome, though only a minuscular amount. A prayer of good luck would take affect but it wouldn’t be some ward of protection or anything, just a very minor chance boost for something I suppose.

The power of a magical feat is directly influenced by how many persons are involved in it and their individual capabilities. However with the more people, the less stable the forces, which could end up backfiring or succeeding with great results for the users’ side in the case of the forces being used as a weapon.

Those are my current thoughts on what it’s capable of. It can very likely heal wounds to an extent or speed up recovery from injury, be used as a weapon or form of attack (resembling telekinesis by using force to fling a target or haemomancy by boiling the blood), and be used to produce slight boons, perhaps.
