Policy:

This would require obtaining a not yet added policy "Black Market" which would fall under the Economy tab and
replace capitalism or communism. The description of this policy would be "Market Based industry is permitted under an underground free market."
due to how capitalism and citizen owned industry falls under free market, while state owned industry usually does not. This policy can be gained by
Allowing 50% of your economy to reach Black Market, while keeping Economic Freedom at high and Corruption at low.

Requirements:

• Obtain a Black Market of over 50%

• Maintain very low Corruption while maintaining very high Economic Freedom

• Obtain the policy: "Black Market"

These are rules from Europeia's administrative team:

1. All posts and linked content will be PG-13.

2. Personally identifiable information of other members may not be shared without their consent. This includes real names, ages, addresses, jobs, schools, or any other information that may be used either alone or in combination with other information to identify an individual.

3. Content that is racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, or otherwise discriminates against a group of individuals on the basis of a characteristic they cannot or should not be expected to change is prohibited.

4. Any posts that make another member reasonably feel unsafe or harassed or that unreasonably interfere with the other members' use and enjoyment of the RMB are prohibited.

5. All conversation, within reason, should be conducted in English, the working language of Europeia.

   The remaining rules will be governmental RMB rules:

6. Posts made to flame or bait another player into a response that do not reasonably advance a topic of conversation are prohibited.

7. Multi-posting, without clear justification for doing so (e.g. when answering a direct question, or responding to a new post that has been made while you were typing your previous post), is prohibited when excessive, but permitted in limited frequency.

8. Spamming is not allowed on the RMB.

9. Advertising and recruiting for other regions is prohibited.

10. As a note, all rules will also apply to nation names/flags (particularly rule A-3).
    

Moderation Escalation Tree

Steps may be skipped depending on the severity of the violation.

1. Verbal warning. This may be done either via the RMB or a telegram from a moderator.

2. Post suppression. You may receive an explanation either via the RMB or a telegram from a moderator.

3. Ejection from Europeia. Your nation will be ejected, but not banned, from the region. This ejection may be appealed by sending a telegram to a moderator acknowledging the rule you violated and explaining the efforts you will take to heed the rule in the future.

4. Banjection from Europeia. Your nation will be ejected and banned from Europeia. This banjection may be appealed by sending a telegram to a moderator acknowledging the rule you violated and explaining the efforts you will take to heed the rule in the future.

Honestly the expanding term in stupid. If there is free land, then somebody would not say "eh I've expanded too much"

Maybe 1 expansion a month if we have used all 3. But limiting it is kind of weird
