The Worker's Council decided that Noladeas should be WA delegate. Since I'm the region founder and Krypton Nova is president. We felt that Noladeas was the best candidate. Because our delegate is not executive the delegate has little power over the region. The delegate is just an ambassador to the WA appointed by the Worker's Council.
