Faction up, figure out which nations got which specialties, have the military specialists shove all production into nukes, have the strategic specialists shove all production into shields, and have the economic specialists accumulate production and funnel it towards other specialists if that's possible. If production can't be given to other nations, the economic specialists should just build whatever they can (leaning towards shields, as they cost more and are definitely necessary for defense). All of this would be best facilitated through the Discord server, as messaging is quick and less open to any enemies.
