Kaiser's Office, 1:00pm, June 17, 1940
"Sir, sir! The Sakirians has imposed a naval blockade on us! Our economy is beginning to suffer, sir!" A distressed Minister of Economics shouts. "A naval blockade? Where is Admiral Hans Schützel? Call his attention here." The Kaiser replies calmly. The Minister of Economics escorts Admiral Hans Schützel to the Kaiser's office. "What have you called my attention for?" The admiral asked. "We need your help, a Sakirian naval blockade is on us. Our economy is beginning to plummet because of it, without our economy's strength, our military efforts will stop dead!" The Kaiser replies, becoming distressed. A map is slammed like thunder onto the desk. "I will place a squadron of Type 1934 destroyers here, their armaments specialize in anti-submarine warfare." Admiral Hans declared, pointing near the coast of Finland. "Didn't you complain about their lack of experience to me at a previous naval battle?" The Kaiser questioned. "Well, they were newbie conscripts back then. They're a bit more expreienced now." Admiral Hans replied. "a bit?!" the Kaiser thought to himself; gritting his teeth a bit. "Alright, let's go ahead with your plan." The Kaiser said. By the very next day, a squadron of Type 1934 destroyers was sent out onto the Baltic Sea, heading north. Allouxia is getting worried, this war is not going for them anymore. But will tides of war change for them soon?

I like this but I haven't reformed the kriegsmarine yet, I sent you a telegram suggesting a trade deal of sorts as to keep relations "stable" before the eventual outbreak of hostilities. For now I'll accept the naval blockade around Finland which will give me the perfect excuse to invade Norway and Denmark which my govement will simpily say are military objectives but a secondary reason behind the scenes is me to continue to supply weapons to the Fins.

The relation I would want for this RP at the moment will be that we view eardhother with suspicion but don't want to do anything too drastic to provoke an attack, yet.
