Greetings Saarlandians.. my name is Richardo vaslov El-Nix, the Crown Prince of the Kingdom of Grand Avalon. maybe its a bit rude to start that i came as invader. but, i also came to bring something.

I see this region for a long time have been innactive. so i want to refounded this region and grow it again, i know this is not easy. but i want to work together with the natives here. if you people agree to receive me, we can wait till i can refound this region and contact who is currently in charge. after refound, i will help the region with stuffs like Forums, Discord and writting new constitution and new laws. but of course its mean become a Vassal state or a Dominion for the Kingdom of Grand Avalon.
