Today in a news article the chief of the Patagonian national research institute made an announcement to the public today that he will lead a small research team of 15 scientist and will happily take up to 200 willing volunteers to got to Antarctica to set up a small research and fishing village in hopes to have a permanent settlement on the frozen continent. He also said that he want to prove that humanity can live anywhere with enough determination and the right equipment to do so. They plan on setting out before the end of the month and when or if they are successful im sure people from around the world will visit to be able to see the achievement they made, whether its for just regular tourism or the building of an additional world research institute.
