As for a new map, this is my ranking for best to worst

(1) Fantasy map of original design
(2) Fantasy map from someone else's design
(3) Altered Earth Map
(4) Earth Map

(2) in reference to someone wanting to use an Elder Scrolls map, (3) in reference to where I've seen regions take parts of Earth and throw them onto a fantasy map and that's just lazy
