Nasa sa inyo na ang ating bandera ng bagong rehiyon na aktibong kasapi ng United Regions Alliance (URA) at Partnership for Sovereignty (PFS), ang dalawa sa pinakamalalaking pangkat ng mga bansa sa mundo ng NationStates. Mamanahin ninyo itong minamahal na Pilipinas na nagkakaisa, matatag, at maunlad.

This may well be my last public message to the ones who will be left behind, and we do not know how long this message will remain up, so please take these words to heart. To those who have not yet joined the World Assembly, despite the hapless incident that has befallen myself, the oldest resident of the Philippines to date (I joined in 2010), I am sincerely glad to have had served you in the past decade as your World Assembly Delegate. I call upon everyone to support the new administration as well. As one of the largest founderless regions in the world, we are always a plum target for attacks. There is no time we can ever let our guard down. Faith, hope, love. These three will remain. Hold them fast as you march forward to the future. Do not forget the lessons of the past, and care for those who are with us in the present. Tomorrow is a mystery.

Wise words. Again, thank you for all your years of devoted service to the welfare of our Region.
