The last camp of the incursion was captured today by a local regiment, they've discovered that the leaders of the incursion have indeed fled to China. Lord Kitchener announced on a radio speech today that the peacekeeping task given to him by the late President Quezon is a success. However, in order to prevent a power vacuum once he leaves office, Lord Kitchener introduced the people of the Commonwealth to their new sovereign, His Majesty, the King George V.

The people of the Commonwealth welcomed this new change in the government with a small hesitation, fearing that he would oppress the people the same way the Spaniards did. The King rode a Ford Model T, one of the first automobiles in the Philippines, into the Malacanan Palace, where he will be residing until the Crown has returned to London.

Upon the King's arrival in the Palace, Lord Kitchener insisted that he should be dismissed as the Prime Minister of the Commonwealth, and replace him with someone who have enough experience to run a country democratically. The King allowed Lord Kitchener's dismissal and appointed David Lloyd George, former Chancellor of the Exchequer.

The banner of the Crown flies over the Palace mightily, signifying the King's presence. May his prolonged presence in the Pacific help unite the Imperial Commonwealth.
