Deployment of Troops in Zamorika

After the open rebellion that has taken place in the Kingdom of Zamorika after inaction by their government it has been seen that the situation has escalated into a battle unlikely to be won by allied forces currently located in the country and the RANF likely will see victory in their efforts, Transvaall has decided to intervene in the rebellion and for the first time since the 27 Day War military units have begun getting ready to deploy into the country and stabilize the frontlines,

The following equipment's and forces will begin organizing and getting ready to be sent into Zamorika:

Infantry (Equipped with M224 60mm mortars): 18,000

Ratel IFV: 100

Boxer APC: 80

GV6 Renoster (Artillery): 40

PzH 2000 (Artillery): 20

PA91 (Aircraft): 20

Denel Rooivalk (Attack Helicopter): 6

MBB/Kawasaki BK 117 (Utility/Transport Helicopter): 6

Forces are swiftly organizing and preparing to deploying into extremely unstable territory, luckily all men selected currently are well equipped with body armor, AK-103's (Standard Infantry Rifle) and are well trained. Forces will all be deployed along the frontlines and as of now this initial expeditionary force will be further bolstered if they prove inefficient due to the ever enlarging RANF forces in Zamorika. The Zamorikan Expeditionary force shall be arriving into the kingdom in 1 week (IRL) which is on the 22nd May 2024 .

RANF Advances in Zamorika

As the rebellion continues, allied forces continue to be overwhelmed and are struggling to fully entrench and organize due to continued small probes by enemy forces, small advances have been gained as allied forces have been pushed by the Benue River and RANF forces as they launched a somewhat surprise offensive early in the morning where using T72 tanks, PT76's and an estimate of 4,200 troops began aggressively advancing against allied troops, smashing into their defenses and overwhelming the allied forces with ferocity they captured Gwer along the river as well as other gains in land with the PT76's amphibious abilities being able to push through the river decently effectively with defenses being put to the limits and rapidly decreasing supplies due to behind the lines sabotage it was decided that a more effective defense will need to be put up behind the river and a slow retreat began with units leaving the local towns and organizing a stronger defense behind the river leaving the RANF to capture the towns of Abogbe, Adana, Olegogbeche and Ocholonyan.

This offensive was deadly with estimates being that 3 PT76's were destroyed, 1 T72 and 443 infantry died in the offensive, although it was a hard fought victory for the RANF it has put the allied forces in a better defensive position which could be exceedingly difficult for them to breakthrough and although they continue to make small offensives to try get over the river they have been unsuccessful as of now. The only other notable captures the RANF made was the town of Ayila after they threatened to encircle the local forces defending it.

One of the other critical reasons the defending forces have had trouble against the RANF offensives have been the tactic of small groups of disguised RANF troops going behind the lines and causing mayhem among supply lines and these groups are often equipped with RPG-7's that either lead to the destruction of supply units or the capture of them, the main reasons these groups are able to get behind allied forces lines is because of the lack of checkpoints where RANF forces disguised as civilians often are able to get through and begin hostile operations to disrupt or destroy supply lines, as of now it can be estimated that roughly 4,000 RANF groups have infiltrated the lines and have been majorly disrupting supply among allied forces and is proving to be one of the biggest problems currently.

Indiaxxx losses: 112 Casualties, 2 MRAP's destroyed

Zamorika: 200 casualties

(This isnt too detailed due to the fact that this was a relatively minor offensive)

RANF Protection

In response to an increasingly alarming RANF fighters around the world, the government of Alpia has passed an order in parliament in which immigration and travel into Alpia will be more tightly monitored. This new order will be imposed on citizens belonging to a nation in which RANF activity is high.

Farmer's Protest

Farmers stormed the capital city from all over the country in response to the high taxes they had to pay without much government support. As a response, 2 days into the protest, the PM decided to reduce taxes on farmers by 50% and introduce government incentives, rebates, and support for farmers which would lower their overall costs by as much as 50%. This has sparked renewed confidence in the Alpian agriculture industry which is one of the strongest and most profitable in the world. More domestic investment is being put into the industry as a result.

BEGINNING OF RESEARCH OF FUTURE TANKS

Arabia is currently designing a new future tank that has heavy armor, better weapon, better engine, better camouflage than the latest tanks, it will have a better reload system that will reload less than 3 seconds (researching), a faster engine that will go up to 45 MPH (researching), a new armor type that is still being researching the FERA (future, better, more camouflage ERA armor), better driving system (researching), better crew safety, better night vision equipment (researching), better turret rotator (reserching), better tank tracks (researching), better sighting (reserching), etc.

IAC-2 Class is a massive jump from the IAC-1 (INS Vikrant) in terms of both size and capability. These Nuclear powered Aircraft Carriers are envisioned to secure Indian interests in the Indian Ocean and beyond, having 80 aircrafts of various types to basically act as a full fledged airbase in the sea.

IAC-2 has a Electromagnetic Aircraft Launch System to catapult aircrafts when taking off, giving the Indian Navy its old capabilities back as it's current carriers (INS Vikramaditya and INS Vikrant) are short take off and arrested wire recovery landing. Overall 4 such systems are placed, allowing rapid launch of aircrafts.

To improve logistics, pipes have been given to refuel aircrafts on the flight deck and weapons and munitions have their own dedicated elevators. Dedicated corridors are provided for the munitions with very sensative fire detection sensors. High amounts of automation has been provided to decrease the crew size.

The Arresting Landing Wire have been modernized, which would allow UAVs to use them.

For convince, the 3 elevators for aircraft, which forces a hole to be left on the hull, will now have a two sideways armoured doors which can be closed for safety for the crew and equipment inside.

Inside the carrier, a dedicated room is provided to test engines, a medical facility with 60 beds is also available. A big breifing room, a grocery shop, a barber shop and even a sauna are provided for the crew, a Fast food restaurant and a cafe might also added if the MoD agrees. Common rooms are also present. Crew accommodations are kept in line with the P-15 and P-18 Class destroyers.

Like the P-18, moving parts have been reduced with sail by wire (new term lol) systems to reduce noise levels, both for comfort and to make it difficult for sonars to detect it.

Some stealth features are present which is basically the shaping of the ship to reduce radar wave returns.

Assault on Radical African National Front (RANF) Positions and Headquarters in the Halai'b Desert, 16th May, 2024

Statement by the Nubian Joint Forces Command to the Anti-RANF Coalition Region of Operations Command

"Operation Desert Warfare has officially come to a close with phases 1, 2, 3 and 4 completed. With these operations we can now make public the outcomes of the second and third phase of Operation Desert Warfare in terms of casualties and objectives, which will be included at the end. Combined forces of the Republic, Federation, and Kingdom, had between the 12th and 13th May reorganised in preparation for hitting several locations around the Jebel Direib RANF positions, specifically with the Nebraskan 1st Expeditionary Force positioned north-west at the Wadi Diqdib, the 2nd Mechanised Rifle Brigade of the Republic positioned south-west of Jebel Moderai, and the Arabian Death Guard stationed between Jebel Wadhait and Jebel Gerf.

The primary concern with the mountains (jebel) of Halai'b is the sietch's, these are natural or man made cave formations within the jebel created after centuries of use by the local nomadic peoples. These sietch's are designed to house communities while grazing their cattle, and often include housing, storage, or places of worship. These sietch's have been repurposed by RANF regrouping after the setback in March and used to stage hits in the Republic. In addition to this, RANF were regularly travelling the border into the formal territories of the Arab Socialist Jamahiriya of Cobra Sahara, but now under the control of The Cobra Sahara Liberation Rebel Forces. The RANF were using the hesitation of the Republic to directly intervene against insurgent forces in Cobra Sahara to establish supply lines and get material support from Cobra Sahara insurgent forces. The RANF were also using the entrance into territory occupied by the Cobra Sahara Insurgents to gain access to the Republic anywhere along it's northern border. The combination of using sietch's and having neutral territory to retreat and resupply in complicated the attack plan of Anti-RANF Coalitions members in hitting both Jebel Heiana and Jebel Direib.

In terms of Operation Desert Warfare, the RANF forces used this neutral party to reposition significant portions of equipment and personnel to new operations in the Eastern Desert regions of Cobra Sahara, between Aswan City and the Republic. ARC Region of Operations Command anticipated larger forces at Jebel Direib but it was clear only a smaller contingency of the RANF's forces remained behind as part of a possible feint, while the bulk of the RANF equipment and personnel had actually relocated north into Cobra Sahara prior to the 8th May. This was not the case at Jebel Heiana, where the anticipated forces were found and neutralised as part of Phase 2 of Operation Desert Warfare.

With this in mind, however, the Anti-RANF Coalition members will need to open discussions with Arab Socialist Jamahiriya of Cobra Sahara on a new operation involving the Republic, Kingdom, and Federation armed forces in continuing to hit the RANF insurgents which escaped.

As members of the United Arab Federation (UAF), the Republic and Akzvoria will also begin a new Operation separate from the Anti-RANF coalition to remove the The Cobra Sahara Liberation Rebel Forces from the Eastern Desert and up to the city of Aswan, and restore UAF governance to the area. Seeing as both Cobra Saharan rebels and the Nubian attachment of RANF were likely supplying each other, the need to put more force against Cobra Sahara rebels is seen as a necessary part of protecting the country. We believe the armed forces of Akzvoria will support this new objective.

The assault on the sietch's of Jebel Direib required detachments of infantry from all the main forces to secure rooms and corridors of the sietch networks, which resulted in large casualties and delays - fortunately the Sietch's are not extensive but superficial networks on the mountain surface and RANF lacked the equipment and time to expand the network deeper into the mountain. The largest network, the Sietch Tabr, housed the primary command operations for the RANF in the Jebel Direib area but it was clear that it had been emptied of important equipment and personnel. Only 8 vehicles were destroyed in the assault, of an anticipated 40, further suggesting much of the force had relocated some time prior.

With this the mountain has been secured and searched, the Ministry of Defence will now work to clear the area of ordinance and make the desert area safe for nomadic communities and other travellers."

- General Gabriel Malek, Commander of the Nubian Joint Forces Command.

The Republic's armed forces will begin reorganisation, repair, and resupply given the completion of Operation Desert Warfare, and will begin rotating active and reserve forces for future operations."
