Doctor X is my other nation. I created in the beginning of 2003 and only earlier this year revived. I don't know anyone from Empire of Rome. They look to be a small region like mine, but have a few allies. Mine I just kinda did for giggles.
Very well. I hereby vote in favor of setting up an embassy with the Empire of Doctor X. If the members would approve, this vote I would like to run for four days starting now.

Also, these embassies must be pretty elaborate (and thus quite awesome) for the embassies to take that amount of time for us all to complete. (Me, I tend to think of each real world day as a year in NationStates.)
