A NEW REGIONAL POLL: page=poll/p=161919

Do you watch anime (aka Japanese animation)? Please also indicate here on the RMB the anime you... think is the GOAT, recently watched, getting into right now, etc. Basically share the anime you've seen or are interested in! And if you have another opinion besides the available voting options, please do not hesitate to elaborate here on the RMB.

As nations like Azulakas, Monsone, Deuschmailt, Sparanoda, and Uno oscuro has recently done, if you have a poll idea please post it on here at the RMB or telegram me as it's almost assured to be made into an official poll.

Deuschmailt, Lawithon, and Pogzdan

In regards to page=poll/p=161919,

My all time favorite anime are Neon Genesis Evangelion, Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, Akira, and Kill La Kill.

As for anime I've really gotten into, there's JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Fire Force, Sword Art Online, My Hero Academia, and Black Clover.

WonGya and Deuschmailt

It may sound a bit childish, but i am really into Pokemon! I don't really watch any other anime, but i have seen a few that i'd like to check out, especially WonGya's frequently used Gundam.

Roxium, Azulakas, WonGya, and Lawithon

My favorite would have to be Code Geass. The plot is really good and combined with some cool mechs, I loved it.

As far as Japanese animation goes, I've only watched a couple of short series on Netflix - Aggretsuko and Beastars from memory. But I prefer watching shows in English because it's easier to multi-task to.

The Tyramonian superfortress-class naval cruiser 'Bloodwave' joins up with the rest of the fleet. The Bloodwave, approximately the size of 5 standard aircraft carriers, is currently the only ship of its class, although another is currently under construction. It is fully equipped as a mobile base of operations for longer-term military actions abroad.

Tyramon continues to deny having any part in the anti-coordinator conspiracy and states that it would not allow any foreign investigative team within its borders. (Disregard the previous sentence if the summit discussions are kept secret.)

Lol, as mentioned, I am a big Gundam fan, particularly the Gundam Seed / GSD series. I do however recommend anyone who whats to get into a really good Gundam series to watch Iron Blood Orphans. Although I like mecha anime, I have yet to watch Neon Genesis and Code Geass but intend to get to them one day.

Current animes, I too am a fan of SAO and My Hero Academia. Also liking Attack on Titan. Have heard good things about JoJo. I have been trying to find a Netflix anime I can get into, I heard good things about Castlevania.

In terms of classics, you can't beat DBz :) I also grew up on Saint Seiya, Captain Tsubasa, and of course Pokemon! But can't say I have seen many of the other classics mentioned.

I put I watched some anime.... I feel like maybe I should change my answer lol.

You've been a major catalyst for me to look into gundam. I wasn't really interested before this but I'll certainly give it a watch since you recommended it.

Observing that the current round of proposals has wrapped up, with the understanding that the next round continues, with nations like Pogzdan on the schedule, Virtue takes the opportunity to retake the podium, his projection enlarges so that his image looks like flowing giant in the middle of the room, Virtue's giant gaze turns towards Sparanoda's Overseer and President Aquiaare of Azulakas, "I thank all of the nations who have completed the scans. You have shown compassion towards this cause and trusted WonGya. Nations like Roxium, Lawithon, I want to express my greatest appreciation for your cooperation. President Aquiaare and Overseer of Sparanoda, although I can fully understand your concerns, I assure you these scans have no intention of stealing secrets or intruding on any nation's sovereignty. Their purpose allows me to root out who among us threatens us all. For that reason, I implore you to reconsider completing the scan. It is no optimal to analyze the data until I have scans of representatives from all nations. So as you reconsider, I like to vote for international support of Operation Cosmos Dawn.

To reiterate, Operation Cosmos Dawn is the mission that WonGyan military forces will be embarking on shortly, where they will be engaging with the Tyramon fleet to investigate one of the sources of the Blue Cosmo threat. To help reduce the likelihood of violence, WonGya is calling on all nations in this summit to provide an official endorsement of this investigation and provide an immediately military presence at the location of this investigation to encourage cooperation and prevent any possible violent reaction from the Tyramon navy and their substantially armed fleet.

A yes votes commit your nation to both provisions of the operation.

1) official endorsement of this investigation by WonGya military authorities to enter Tyramonian waters and vessels
2) providing military support to encourage cooperation and prevent any possible violence with Tyramon

There is a voting system in front of each of you, I hope for your vote in getting to the root of where and how Blue Cosmos is threatening all our nations, by supporting Operation Cosmos Dawn!

Meanwhile off the coast of Tyramon

The alert sirens on the Minerva go off as Cpt. Lunamaria's voice is heard, "First level battle stations! First level battle stations! A massive naval battle cruiser has joined the Tyramon fleet and intelligence indicates it's... 5 times the size of a standard carrier, a superfortress-class ship. Shinn and Meyrin please report to the bridge."

On the bridge, Lunamaria informs Shinn and Meyrin of their new directives, "We have just been ordered to investigate the source of the suspected Blue Cosmos signal, by any means necessary. We've been authorized to engage in combat with the Tyramon fleet if necessary. Given the size of that fleet, this isn't a fight we want to pick. Why would they be so reckless? Nonetheless, orders are orders, Meyrin, please signal the Tyramon fleet and explain the situation to them, and inform them that we must investigate this signal from one of their ships and that we have orders to do so by any means necessary. Please do it as ....diplomacy as possible. And Shinn.... Shinn?"

Shinn had already left the bridge, suited up and boarded the YFX-M56S Core Splendor (https://gundam.fandom.com/wiki/YFX-M56S_Core_Splendor), Shinn's voice comes onto the bridge, "Meyrin, please launch the β Sword Silhouette pack (https://gundam.fandom.com/wiki/Striker_Packs?file=Zgmf-x56sb-ss.jpg#Silhouette_Packs), the Impulse (https://gundam.fandom.com/wiki/ZGMF-X56S_Impulse_Gundam) is most effective against carriers using that armament."

"Hey the Impulse is not yours anymore Shinn, that's my suit" Luna barks back, "But it with the sword armament is probably best for this situation... Authorized. Launch and standby Shinn."

While Meyrin radios the Tyramon fleet on the international distress frequency to request that Tyramon authorities to allow them to proceed with their mission. Shinn recalls the first time he fought in navy warfare on Earth, during the Second Alliance-PLANT War (https://gundam.fandom.com/wiki/Second_Alliance-PLANT_War), and as the various parts of the Impulse are launched and begin its combination sequence, Shinn recalls the rage he felt as a young pilot back then. For just a moment, he lost himself in his memories again...(https://youtu.be/gzn8M8JJyZI?t=89 - hopefully, the timestamp works again. This memory is pretty contextual to the situation, so worth the 40-second watch, again assuming the timestamp on the link works and takes you to the last 1m28s point of the video).

Cool. Yes Gundam is great. And personally, I feel if anyone is familiar with Gundam Seed and GSD, my RP posts take on a whole extra dimension of fun because it imagines a time years after the series and where the characters have landed and what they could be doing, were preserving their personalities to a degree. I enjoy it myself I must say lol.

For rp when will the next rounds of proposals start

Lawithon wrote:For rp when will the next rounds of proposals start

No idea. I'm not even sure if anyone else wants to do proposals. I just put that in there as a placeholder just in case.

I do so when should i do that

Lawithon wrote:I do so when should i do that

You can do yours after the vote, that'll kick off the second round of proposals

WonGya wrote:You can do yours after the vote, that'll kick off the second round of proposals

Ok thanks, I just want to propose a NAFTA or BRICS style trade pact in the cape

Oh ya! Speaking of proposals.

WonGya supports Sparanoda's proposal for an international rail system and would be happy to play host to the starting point as indicated by the plan.

A committee will need to be established to determine standards such as what has already been mentioned. But WonGya would be happy to support based on the initial core principles.
