      The dark side of Paraguay chapter III

Part 1 / Part II

same date as part 2

Location: The Payra seaport

 The Ananda group merchant vessel had just arrived in the sea port of Payra, construction of the seaport finished in December of 2021, it was a large port but Reza was there to guide Ferdous, she had been very quiet through out the day and she was most likely going to stay quiet until the broadcast, very understandable after what she had been through in the past week.

Ferdous didn't have any choice but to follow Reza, there were three black Tata Hexa SUVs waiting for them at the Payra seaport in Lalua, there were 16 men wearing matching black suits waiting for them both, they were armed with type 92 pistols and each SUV had at least two Type 56 assault rifles, chinese copies of the Soviet Kalashnikov assault rifle, of course Ferdous didn't notice the pistols concealed within their suits but she did know that they were obviously armed, many companies in Bangladesh and even many politicians are involved in criminal activities, anyone who speaks out will simply vanish from the face of the Earth but this time it was different, many companies in criminal activities have worked with the government but this time two corporations have banded together against the interests of the government, this means that the government is losing its authority thanks to unchecked corruption in the country.

Ferdous had just gotten in the car and Reza finally spoke up after three hours

Reza: Don't try anything, we'll have leverage over you as long as you have any loved ones, it would be a shame if your sick mother never got to see you make such an important broadcast or do anything after that because of your disobedience

Reza had grinned while Ferdous was furious but managed to keep her anger in check, she kept reminding herself that she was a woman of logic, emotions will only put her and her family in danger in this type of situation, she had to go with what Reza said.

Reza got in the front seat of the black Tata Hexa SUV Ferdous was in, he started to explain the plan as the car started to move

Reza: so the plan is for us to move from here and stop at the town of Kalapara then onto the town of Barguna where we have the equipment to broadcast everything in a safe location with additional armed guards, if things go south which they probably will we will need to fight our way to a boat we have from then on we will go from the nearby river to the Bishkhali one then from there go to the city of Khulna.

Location: The town of Barguna
Inside the safehouse

The broadcasting room had everything an actual newsroom needed, it even looked like an actual independent TV newsroom, there were men on the cameras who were going to reveal the truth about Paraguay, they had an editor who had to censor the killing of Jose Piatza by the Platino Sergeant who arrived in the Gaucho 4x4, Ferdous sat on the center of the desk where she was going to tell the untold story of Paraguay to the entire world, she thought to herself, how many people had to before she got to this point and how many more will die after this, she thought of San Rafael, Jose Piatza, Maria Piatza, Marco Castello… Farhan, she was just there to report about the new strategies locals used to get water, she had to report about fvcking water! But she had gotten involved in something much more sinister which caused the deaths of Farhan, Jose Piatza, Marco Castello, she knew that there was a possibility that the entire village of San Rafael was massacred, she did not know if anything more was happening in Bangladesh or Dhaka, she was kept under dark while she was at the safehouse, it looked like the broadcast was about to start soon then it started... Ferdous introduced herself to the camera and started to explain...

Ferdous Mirza Haque: There have been shocking video evidence of a genocide in the former Paraguay currently occupied by the southern cone union of Rio de la Plata captured by an independent TV news team which I was a part of, We will now play the footage we got in the town of san Rafael.

As the footage played the memories flooded in for Ferdous, it started off as it was supposed to go then Maria and Jose appeared, they told the story of the "soldado de la muerte" they told the story of how Jose lost his tongue, the interview continued until Platino soldiers arrived in the town, the soldiers interrogating the villagers were shown, Jose Piatza was then beaten with a baton and shot, the blood was censored.... The footage stopped playing, Ferdous spoke in a professional manner.

Ferdous Mirza Haque: the footage was filmed on September 4th 2022 and as one can see there were major human rights violations committed by Platino soldiers or in other words "Lionel Mandrake's Private army" this may be the worst genocide in Paraguay since the 1970s when the nation was under the rule of the dictator Alfredo Stroessner, the dreams of a free Paraguay will always be a dream if this genocide goes unnoticed, this has been Ferdous Mirza Haque from Independent television.

And with that the broadcast was finished, Ferdous breathed a sigh of relief but still was somewhat scared, she had revealed a hidden genocide to the world, in two hours the video of the broadcast will be posted on YouTube gaining 3 million views in a day, it will be number 1 trending on twitter, this was poised to spread like wildfire...

THE ICJ CASE DEFENCE
_______________

        MEMORANDUM
        _______________

            — The Ministry of Justice of Japan has released a memorandum that will be used for defense at at the ICJ for the case relating to the Liancourt Rocks dispute.

            The 1677 REPORT that was made from the point of view of Japanese researchers, where they say, "Matsushima (the closer island) refers to Liancourt Rocks and Takeshima (the farther island) refers to Ulleungdo";

            In 1692, the conflict between Chosun Korea and Tokugawa Japan over Ulleung-do began when Korean fishermen fought with Japanese fishermen;

            Around 1954, the JAPANESE EMPIRE submitted a proposal to the International Court of Justice about Liancourt Rocks, where Korea opposed it, claiming that the Liancourt Rocks Islands are part of Korean territory and should not be negotiated diplomatically or by judicial means;

            In 2007, KINGDOM OF KOREA sank Japanese fishing boats in Japanese territory and, in retaliation, the EMPIRE OF JAPAN claimed the Liancourt rocks;

            Currently, the EMPIRE OF JAPAN refused to discuss with the Korean Government the issue of islands.

            — The EMPIRE OF JAPAN proclaims its rights over the islands for the simple fact:

            the KINGDOM OF KOREA refused to recognize that the Korean Navy sank Japanese fishing boats;

            the KINGDOM OF KOREA militarized its part of the border with its military boats and later invaded Japanese airspace with 4 aircraft.

Alzarikstan wrote:ARRIVAL OF SGRI PARATROOPERS & LAND SYSTEMS INTO MOUNDOU TO OPEN NEW FLANK AGAINST LURA!!!!

As the smoke clears from the extensive cruise missile precision strikes conducted by SGRI strategic bombers, the first round of 1,400 SGRI personnel deployed to Chad would enter into the airspace above DFP territory. Rather than deploying into DFP territory, new orders would be given to enter LURA territory and open a new flank against LURA extremists. The objective was made to secure the Moundou airport to be captured by the SGRI and utilized for a forward operating base, main communications and logistic facility for SGRI operations in Chad, main supply depot, and a place to coordinate with Ranponian and Metropolitan Francais in future endeavors.

With the assistance of continual burning homes and ravaged infrastructure from the strategic bombers, SGRI Airborne Units (1,400 personnel) would descend slowly upon Moundou in addition to the following land systems:

    5 x VPK-7829 K-17 Bumerang Infantry Fighting Vehicle
    5 x BTR-7829 K-16 Bumerang Armored Personnel Carrier
    5 x Kurganets-25 Armored Personnel Carrier
    6 x 9K51M "Tornado-G" Multiple Launch Rocket Systems
    10 x KamAZ-53949 Typhoon-L MRAP – 4×4 wheeled patrol armored personnel carriers
    10 x K-4386 Typhoon-VDV 4×4 vehicle armed with 30 mm 2A42 auto-cannon
    5 x T-72B3M Main Battle Tanks
    5 x K2 Black Panther Main Battle Tanks

With the Airborne units being relatively dispersed, the rendezvous point has been designated to be the Moundou airport and to engage any enemies where they may arise. With the first deployment, the second group of 1,400 Airborne Units have completed their preparations in Montenegro and have been declared en route to Chad to deploy to the border between DFP and LURA to assist DFP with pushing into LURA territory. Despite Valery Gerasimov heading to Baghdad for a convention regarding this civil war, SGRI President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin has designated loyalist Lieutenant General Yunus-Bek Yevkurov to oversee operations in Chad. Desiring to see SGRI success in its missions in Chad, Lieutenant General Yunus-Bek Yevkurov has declared that the SGRI must secure Chadian energy resources and to construct a 'uniformed southern Chad united by the Christian faith'.

By his command, the SGRI Mediterranean Navy launched 3 x Kalibr-M cruise missiles toward the zone between the Moundou airport and the city of Moundou to thwart LURA rebels away from the airport as well as to increase pandemonium to discombobulate LURA extremists to provide the SGRI to tactical environmental advantage. With GLONASS satellites in position and constant information being turned into intelligence via data-linked software programs that filter through the mass acquiring of real-time information to be delivered to the integrated joint operations and tactical maneuvering of deployed SGRI units. With the launching of the Kalibr-M cruise missiles, 2 x T-60 Golub Strategic bombers would deploy from Montenegro in addition to 2 x Tupolev Tu-95MS16 large, four-engine turboprop-powered strategic bomber and missile platform aircraft. Once the airport has been secured, the SGRI will be deploying its fighter and multirole aircraft to ensure domination of the airspace above DFP and LURA territory for tactical and strategic operations.

|SGRI angers the people|
    The SGRI campaign of bombing did nothing to pacify the area of Moundou and the rest of LURA territory. The Russians could drop as man troops and weapons as possible, but nothing would bring them in control of the mind of the local Chadian. The bombs did nothing, but create more LURA fighters ready to defend their land and people from the white devil as ever person killed created 10 more fighters. The second biggest city of Chad has been filled with rubble and smoke and now the anger was palpable in the air as the Russians would try to enter. Streets would be lined with trash and bodies filled with explosives ready to go off at the call of a phone or the slightest disturbance as ordinance destroyed in the bombings was replaced with ordinance hidden in the bush out side of the city along with thousands of fighters from inside and Moundou readied to kill every SGRI soldier to enter Chad. This was a war the SGRI couldn't solve by throwing missiles anymore as they destroyed lives of thousands of Chadians leaving them only one choice which is to fight the White Devil and False Christians. Thousands of Chadians in LURA territory would travel to Moundou for recruitment to join the fight for Chadian Christianity.

|Free Christian Radio Station {LURA Propaganda Radio Station}

    Adolphe Mesny: "Brothers and Sisters I'm sure you can see the smoke and destruction of Moundou from any part of LURA land. Your Family suffers in Moundou, not at the hands of Muslims, but by the hands of the White man and false Christians. They lie and say they come to bring peace, but if that's the case why do the children and elderly lay dead in the streets of Moundou? Were they a threat to the false Christians? They don't come for peace they come to fill their bloodlust. I urge the people man and women pick up the rifle, pick up the sword, pick up the bomb and fight for your land. The foreigners fear the strong as they're weak. They are weak in faith while we are strong in faith and with our connection to god."

|Forces in and around Moundou|
10,000X LURA Fighters
400X Dshk Technical Trucks
200X M40 Anti tank Trucks
3X M101
30X BMP-1
10X T-55
15X ZPU-4 Mounted Trucks
5X RAM-2000
3X WZ-523
5X ZU-23-2

|Moundou Airport|

    The missiles would kill some fighter, but would mostly be killing civilians in suburbs of Moundou surrounding the Airports as LURA would travel to the Airport to secure it with 1,000 LURA Fighters to fight SGRI movements into the airport also sabotaging it by blowing up the runways with improvised explosives along with placing IEDS and mines around the Airport. The 5 ZU-23-2 AA guns would be placed along the Runway hidden from the air with bush materials and would be able to start firing in a moments notice. The 1,000 LURA fighters would begin to rapidly build defenses on the runway and in the buildings around the airport. Trenches would be dug along with fox holes that hidden soldiers would be able to hide in covering themselves in plant materials and would stay there in rotations acting as sentries in a SGRI attack on the airport.

|Moundou City|

    9,000 Fighters built the City into a fortress utilizing the homes to hide their defenses from the air while almost every street covered by anti tank guns and the narrow streets lined by walls with murder holes all over possibly with a rifle on the other side. The roads now covered in rubble, trash, and bodies would be covered in IEDS and hidden fighters while around the city Fighters built defenses protected by viewing from the air. Small numbers of Technical trucks would patrol the city and outskirts while the vast majority of trucks would stay hidden around the city read to appear at a moments notice to blindside invading forces.

The visa policies could also benefit our economies. Whatever the contribution to the defense budget is, we will strive to reach it. Unlike those NATO bums who fail to contribute their fair share every year

    |President Mandrake| "I'm pleased to hear that! I'll have to present your candidacy to other members, but I'm pretty sure you will be accepted as our kin. And no worries, DOSA is alot more accomodating with contributions. Our tables are based on GDP per capita (nominal). The following table is based on GDP per habita and their requested share of GDP spent on defense:

    1$-5000$: 1%, 5001$-14,999$: 1.5%, 15,000$-24,999$: 2%, 25,000$+: 2.5%.

    As you can see, it leaves more money for national improvement in the pockets of poorer members while richer partners participate more in the collective defense. We believe that nations should be able to offer their population the capacity to feed their families before spending the money in defense. La Plata would be within the 2.5% of spending, but we actually spend 3.2% because of our strategic geopolitical position and diplomatic stance we took decades ago. As both members of DOSA and NATO, we make sure we are ready to fullfill our obligations, for all organisations."

Khartoum, The Republic of Sudan
January, 2023 - Salva Kiir Mayardit Inaugurated into office

The long-awaited transition of power between a 6 year long conservative rule in Sudan to the beginning of what may describe as the era of Progress in Sudan has finally arrived. As many believe with the growing trends of progressive like ideals among Sudanese cities and population centers in the country have lead to the growing movements for the decriminalization of homosexuality, the encouraging of further integration between north and south to the creation of a one people in one Sudan along with many other progressive ideas from the preservation of the Sudanese environment, combating climate change and poverty and discrimination to mantaning an open arms policy for the persecuted people of Africa. This era of progress has come with the mindset of setting Sudan up to be driven towards its goal of being an equal power to the prominent and highly respected nations of the world.

However now Sudan sees itself both at an age of tremendous growth and recovery, Prime Minister Hatim Al-Sir will be leaving the executive office having left the country with jobs to fill and most importantly a war to fight in the west while insuring healthy and positive relations between Sudan and it's Partners in MECO, the EU, Russia, the 5 powers of Asia, and the United States.

As per tradition Salva Kiir was headed towards the old and small Presidential Palace, that has lost began looking like an ancient complex among the new and modern North Khartoum Skyline. He was transported on a white Toyota landcruisere and then arrived to the palace where he would be greeted by hundreds of his followers and supporters consisting of southerners, Libs, as well as other residents of downtown Khartoum along with other people from all over the country that have come to witness the inauguration of yet another Prime Minister of the Third Sudanese Republic who are amazed by the stability and success of the Democratic process of the Republic so far. The inauguration was witnessed by many in the country and abroad as it was being broadcasted on television showing images of the inaugurational ceremony but also filming the towering sky scrapers and renovated historical sites from Little London to the Republic Museum and many other landmarks and city cites that now surround and sit above the skies of Khartoum showing a symbol of how far the country has come under a stable, united, and hard working society. The Sudanese people have been a proud people of their momentous achievements to the motherland, they are proud of their country, of their flag, of their fellow countrymen. The Sudanese golden age is a time that Sudan will never forget. And will never let go.

Salva Kiir Mayardit walks up the historic stairs and then stands on the second floor of the palace accompanied by Sudan's Chief Justice Mariam Salah, former Prime Minister Hatim Al-Sir and her family, Fatma Nageeb and her daughter. Kiir's family consisting of his wife and one boy and girl ages 14 and 18, some of his close friends, some Members of Parliament, the ambassadors and delegates of many other nations, even political opponents that also stood on the steps of the palace or are seated on the palace's square including Osman Mosley and the other minor parties in Parliament.

Following the rising of the Sudanese Flag as the National Anthem is played by the Republican Band. Chief Justice Salah then turns towards Kiir, she hands over the Bible, which would be the first time it is used to swear in a Sudanese Prime Minister, that would be placed on a red pillow for his wife to hold out for her husband, she then instructs Kiir to place his right hand on the Holy Book while holding his left hand up and then instructs him to repeat after her in which he swears oath to the office and the country.

    Salva Kiir :| I Salva Kiir, swear my allegiance, to devote my powers to Govern and Protect, the Republic of Sudan, by the guidance of God, the People, and the Constitution of the Republic.

Many claps and cheers rung through the square as Kiir completes the final words of his inauguration, he is congratulated and hugged by all those who attended. He and his family then gather to wave at the crowds of people watching before they all enter their new home.

Salva Kiir has become Sudan's first acting Prime Minister of the Republic that is of both African ancestry and the Catholic Church. He will be inheriting the country in the midst of war and a diplomatic hiccup that has been overwhelmingly supported by the Sudanese people. However Kiir is certain he can steer the nation out of crisis all while insuring Sudan gets the best it can get.

SPANISH GUINEA REACHES NEW HEIGHTS FOR HEALTHCARE

https://youtu.be/rkXTlcGrkfg

JANUARY 2023

Having been in Equatorial Guinea for just over a year, it would be hard to claim many achievements in such a small time, however Spain has done just that in some areas where the quick rollout of changes was possible. Polio, which returned to Equatorial Guinea in 2014 due to a declining Healthcare System and decreasing implementation of Vaccines, is only one of the diseases which Spain claims to have defeated in the colony. While Equatorial Guinea had the worst polio vaccination rate in the world prior to Spanish ownership (39%), the Spanish Medical Corps has since raised this rate to 94%, stating that only the most remote of towns are now missing from the official target list for vaccination. The relatively small Population of the Colony has so far allowed for quick and efficient deployment of vaccines to population centers and groups, something which would not have been possible in a much larger location.

The task of improving the Healthcare System was a gargantuan one. Equatorial Guinea prior to annexation possessed 25 physicians, 40 nurses, 1 dentist, 1 pharmacist, and 2 midwives per 100,000 people. In the mere year between annexation and the current date, Spain has expanded this number to 36 physicians, 61 nurses, 4 dentists, 6 pharmacists and 7 midwives per 100,000 people. This is mostly thanks to the many male and female physicians and other healthcare staff from Spain volunteering to help staff and train positions within the Colony. Additionally, since taking possession of the Colony, Spain has temporarily removed financial requirements for medical schools within Spanish Guinea, which was seen as the biggest roadblock to more medical staff. The road for increasing the number of healthcare Staff still remains a long one however. While the increase from 25 physicians per 100,000 to 36 seems like a large one, Spain alone possesses 330 physicians per 100,000, with Belgium having an impressive 449 per 100,000.

HIV/AIDS presents one of the biggest enemies of the new Spanish Healthcare initiative, which was responsible for 1,800 deaths in 2018 alone. The HIV/AIDS prevalence within Spanish Guinea sits at 6.50 per 100 adults. Spanish Medical Corp Personnel are rapidly spreading both information on the Virus, and providing both male and female condoms free of charge at Population centers larger than 300. On of the goals of the Spanish Colonial Commission sets forth to reduce the rate of HIV/AIDS in adults to 4 per 100 adults to 2028 and 2 per 100 adults by 2035, by preventing further infections and thus reducing the overall average.

Infant Mortality is already one of the things greatly affected by the Spanish Presence, having stood at 91.16 per 1,000 live births in the year prior to Spanish annexation, this has been reduced to 85.2 per 1,000 live births and is on the decline. The Spanish Colonial Commission has declared that it shall aim to have this reduced to a level more akin to that in Spain, which sits at 2.6 per 1,000 live births. This is one of their long term goals with the estimated completion date being 2035 due to the relatively large scale of the task.

Economically for Spain, its initiatives in the Colony provide great benefits to the Spanish Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Industry as Colonial Regulations dictate that importation of medical goods and devices can only be conducted from the Iberian Federation. This has meant a large-scale increase in production and capacity in Spain, which has been immensely beneficial for medical stocks in the Federation as a whole. Bayer (from Bayern Kahla) is one of the many foreign firms taking advantage of this regulation with its production facilities in Spain. Spanish Companies seeing large rises in revenues include Almirall and PharmaMar. PharmaMar specifically is famous for inventing a quick-time-test for Covid-19 which allows a quick diagnosis, even before the patient shows symptoms.

Japan is committed to being the very first country to prove that it is possible to grow through innovation even when its population declines.To realize this new era, the Government of Japan is doing everything it can to encourage various players, including start-ups and “hidden gems” among small- and medium-sized enterprises, to come up with brand-new and innovative ideas, to provide the world with solutions.

Society 5.0 is Japan’s vision for the next step in human evolution after hunter-gather, agrarian, industrial and information society stages. It will enhance industrial competitiveness and help with the establishment of a society more attuned to individual needs. The focus is on the vast potential of accumulating data, and new technologies of the fourth industrial revolution, in order to find solutions to social issues such as the declining birth rate, an aging population, and environmental and energy issues.

Innovation is a key driving force for resilient growth. Overcoming difficulties drives the world to become more creative, and ever more innovative. Businesses regardless of size and scale never cease developing solutions in global markets as irreplaceable contributors. Japan supports such businesses, nurturing a resilient spirit. Continuous efforts fuel the cycle of technological development, and solutions are applied to every corner of society, foster the well-being of all. With the power of innovation, we overcome challenges and contribute to the betterment of human lives.

| NOURI FOLLOWS UP ON HER PROMISE |

20th of January, 2023

| Just as the new Prime Minister promised, she began militarisation once again. Releasing the updates on major new projects, Prime Minister Nouri has proven to Iranians but most importantly to the international community that her words are backed by actions. However, her opponents accuse her of taking advantage of getting into power through snap elections and therefore being able to release those projects, projects that were to be released by Nassfer this year.

It seems that foreign policy is very important to Mrs Nouri, with her recent Iraqi leadership meeting she was able to put through the MECO Defence Law. In the meanwhile, Mrs Nouri established very warm personal relations with the Biden administration as the Iranian-USP renewal was brought into light which results in extension of USP base presence in Bahrain and South Iran until 2030, creation of USP-Iranian Cultural Centres in major cities, official renewal of the Iranian-USP defence agreement and the creation of the Iranian-USP Cultural Exchange Program.

Many experts point out that Nouri's military moves have brought Nouri into not only the Iranian attention but also the worldwide attention. Her words could be dismissed easily, but her recent actions, including the release of military project updates to the public and establishment of larger Iranian military presence on the border with Pakistan, accumulating to around 20,000 more men and women, have brought a spotlight upon her. Ahmin Abzar, the former adviser to Empress Farah and currently a professor at the Berlin University for Middle Eastern Politics, in an interview for the Berlin University publication stated that "...I've been observing Mrs Nouri for a long time, since her start in politics until now...her recent actions are a sign that she is getting started...Nouri, unlike other Iranian leaders before her, believes in confrontation and might but unlike Benin who also took that route, Nouri is more apt to react quickly and harshly...Nouri brings a new type of leadership into the Middle East and Asia, a leadership that hasn't been since in a very long time..." |

HITLER'S BERGHOF WILL NOT BE REBUILT - DECISION CONFIRMED BY THE MINISTRY OF INTERIOR

BERLIN - The Association for Historical Monuments, a radical right wing historical association, calls the decision an "insult to history". Its president, Martin Vernot declared upon receiving the news

    "Scheffner's Government is one that doesn't respect history and tries to hide it. The Berghof was the symbol of nazi power. Its not a propaganda place. Its part of the history of Germany because many decisions of power were made there. Otherwise, we might as well destroy everything the nazi regime did. Either we do it completely or we don't."

The case of the Berghof is one that dates since the debate to maintain it or destroy it. The Government of Zeiss decided to keep the building as a monument of dicatatorship. But in 1953, the Socialist government of Dieter Sieling decided to take down the site to avoid its reputation as a sanctuary for neo-nazis.

Since this decision, many have tried to restore the place as a monument with the same rank as the concentration camps of Auscwhitz, Buchenwald or Dachau. But the governments after Sieling decided to not take care of the issue. And recently, either Erman, Vernermann, Limburg did not take any measure about such a sensitive topic.

Yet again, there is a tension between history and safety. The decision will be appealed in front of the Verwaltungsgericht Gotha in front of a judge that may overrule the decision of the Scheffner Governement.

ICE 4 TRAINS TAKES ORDERS IN EGYPT AND SPAIN

Madrid - It was a bright day for Siemens and RENFE as the two companies sign the contract in Madrid with full celebrations for the new ICE 4 high speed trains to join the Spanish highspeed network.

Suprisingly, a month later came an order from the Egyptian railways from 8 new ICE 4 trains.

This start makes a new ray of optimism in Germany. There was cause for concern after the terrible debacle of the ICE 3-E train sold only to two countries and with bad records in terms of maintenance. Siemens hopes to give investors a guarantee that the mishap of the ICE 3-E was only temporary. Only time will tell...

[SAUDI ARABIA VOTES YES FOR MECO ECONOMIC DIVERSIFICATION PROGRAM]

| State Kremlin Palace, SRGI, Moscow |

24th of January, 2023

| Arriving at the Kremlin Palace, in Moscow, Prime Minister Nouri would be wearing a dark purple short dress under a white jacket, her hair flowing in the cold air and white high heels on. Making her way out of the limousine and through the large Palace, Mrs Nouri would smirk slightly. SRGI was only the start of her state visits she had planned ahead, with France being next. In agreement with Her Majesty, the Empress, to do such tour the Empress is taking a backstep in her foreign involvement after the major and very successful world tour.

Recently, Mrs Nouri shown herself to the world by her rapid militarisation of the country and her undenying charismatic presence. Her meeting with His Majesty Putin is very important as Nouri made clear that Iran will not be involved in any SRGI-EU situations, and will focus on Iranian interests primarily. |

President of the SGRI, Tsar Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, would be informed promptly that Prime Minister Nouri arrived at the State Kremlin Palace. As Mrs. Nouri is being escorted to the Presidential Office, Vladimir Putin would await in the foyer directly outside his executive office as he wore a black suit and red tie. As he awaited PM Nouri's presence, Vladimir Putin would coordinate with his front desk assistant to ensure that fresh fruits and tea be brought to his office. As Mrs. Nouri approached, Vladimir Putin would flash a smile and a kind, small nod gesture before extending his hand for a light yet firm handshake.
