Following the invasion of Morocco by Spain and the subsequent capitulation and collaboration of the Moroccan government, al-Jedida was on edge. Following the dissolution of the SGRI, it was in chaos. The Russian troops withdrew soon after, leaving the city on its own. Legally, it was independent. But would it last, wondered the city's leaders? Would they be steamrolled by Spanish troops or government forces. Handed off to a foreign power like Agadir? Without Russian troops to protect it, the city's ability to defend itself was in question. So they did the next best thing: they called the Arab League.

With its ego and reputation thrice bruised following Agadir, the failed invasion of Morocco, and Russia’s punitive strike, the Arab League was in a rough spot. Morocco had proved a stumbling block for the nascent alliance, and it sorely needed something to show for its involvement. So when the League Council received communications from al-Jadidah Mayor Karim Idrissi, he received their full attention. League Council Chairman Mohammad ali Alhakim was quietly flown to al-Jadidah to meet with him. A decision was reached and a plan was made. Next, Alhakim reached out to Spanish diplomats to inquire about the status of the city. He was surprised by their answer: Madrid had minimal interest in taking the city for its own, and supported self determination for the city. Pleasantly surprised by what was perceived as an olive branch, the League moved forward.

In a public address, Karim Idrissi announced the future of al-Jadidah. The city's government would be reorganized as a more traditional national government. The city would have a City Court and City Assembly for judicial and legislative purposes respectively. The city would be administered by an elected council of five, with Idrissi as the first Chief Administrator. Effective immediately, the government declared the Free City of al-Jadidah. The first decision of the Administrative Council would be twofold: to join the Arab League as a full member, and to sign a series of economic and security deals with the League. It was noted that all official references to the city abandoned the spanish stylization of ‘El Jadida”, opting for the Arabic stylization of “al-Jadidah.”

The city would ease economic regulations, taxes, and tariffs on Arab League and MECO business. League and MECO ships would also be prioritized in the city's busy ports and docks. The League Finance Committee also approved $100 Million for the construction of an airport in al-Jedidah slated to be finished in 2026. Another $50 Million was appropriated for a new hospital in the cities poorest district. As a temporary security measure, the League approved the deployment of the 3rd Security Regiment of the Arab Peace Legion. Roughly 2,000 strong, the APL’s force will work to maintain security at al-Jedidah’s border. Additionally, League advisors would assist in the creation of a gendarmerie force expected to be 1,500 strong. This is an additional security measure to the cities existing police force. It was stressed that the APL is not taking over policing duties for the FCJ, only assisting in its strengthening and supporting operations. Leader of the deployment, Iraqi Colonel Ahmed Yousif al-Qaysy said the top priority for the mission is the protection of the city's citizens, and continuity of daily life as unhindered as possible. Finally, an Arab League advisor would be granted a non-voting seat on the Governing Council to advise the Council on matters concerning the League.

Though only at Madrid’s behest, the Arab League had won its first diplomatic victory. Something had been salvaged of the intervention and condemnation, and League-Spain relations might be on a shifted trajectory. With League guidance, al-Jadidah was now a fully independent city on its own path. As a budding transport hub on the Atlantic, al-Jadidah has budding prospects and new opportunities in the post-SGRI and post-invasion Morocco.

CANADIAN NAVY BEING FORMED AND NAVAL ALLIANCE WITH INDONESIA IN THE WORKS

Last month, the Commonwealth of Indonesia, asked us (The Commonwealth of Canada), to have a stronger naval alliance with the Indonesians. And in response to this, we welcome them with open arms! We would like to have a strong arms alliance with the Indonesians, and this is still under wraps and we hope that the Indonesians will accept. And also, the first 5 heavy missile cruiser, with advanced systems such as powerful guns with impressive ranges and automated cannons are currently under construction. And also under construction in Canada, is the aircraft carrier Vancouver. it has impressive dimensions of over 700 ft. We hope to have a strong navy, and a strong arms alliance with the Indonesians.

NAVAL ALLIANCE WITH THE COMMONWEALTH OF INDONESIA

With the Commonwealth of Indonesia agreeing to a naval alliance, we will have a meeting a few months from now in Vancouver along with our other naval allies. And in this meeting, us, the Commonwealth of Canada, will agree to give the Commonwealth of Indonesia 1 type "A" class battlecruiser, 1 St. John class heavy cruiser, 2 Robert Spall class light cruiser, 2 destroyers, 1 frigate and 1 corvette. We hope to give these to the Indonesians by March 2026. Our prime minister, Justin Trudeau will be there and some other naval representatives will be at the conference. And along with this, some new artillery for ourselves is under construction, such as a 4 barreled turret with a caliber of 7 inches, a quad and triple mount anti aircraft gun and several new technologies that will be discussed at the arms and naval conference at Vancouver a few months from now.

_{As Putin the grand orchestrator of the SGRI was put to his eternal rest the SGRI would be put into a state of unrest as full independence was gained by the former member states. This would lead to a hasty choice to unite Central Asia into a centralized Republic. Political Chaos was made as Ethnic Nationalists made a screaming match in their capitals as a new political group The Unionists who promoted a Central Asian nationalism and quickly gained support of Military remnants in Central Asia with the Idea a united Central Asia would provide a bigger salary and power to their military. Under the SGRI Central Asia became even more interconnected. Unionists quickly secured positions in power in order to keep Central Asia united and this would become official in the Tashkent Conference on May 20th, 2023.}

|Military remnants secure the borders and get reorganized

_{As the Chaos after Putin’s death and the collapse of the SGRI, the military remnants of the SGRI in Central Asia made up of Central Asians would secure the current borders of Central Asia and be reorganized during the Tashkent Conference into the Armed Forces of Central Asia and into five Branches; Central Asian Ground Force {CAGF}, Central Asian Air Force {CAAF}, Central Asian Naval Forces {CANF}, Central Asian Paratrooper Force {CAPF}, and Central Asian Special Operation Forces {CASOF}. The Armed Forces were quickly put to use in suppressing Ethnic Riots in the Viloyats. The crackdowns on unrest were brutal and live ammunition was utilized at the Armed forces discretion and quickly covered up by the Central government.}

_{The Military quickly placed itself in a position of power in Central Asia as they empowered the Unionists to take charge. At the Tashkent Conference the Central Majlis was established with a total of 95 representatives, two from each Viloyat and one from Tashkent appointed by the President themself and this would be the Legislative Branch of the Government. The Supreme Court of Central Asia was also established with 6 Judges one from each of the 6 main ethnic groups Kazakh, Uzbek, Tajik, Kyrgyz, Turkmen, and Russian who are appointed by the President and stay in the position till they leave it or pass away. The position of President is chosen by popular vote, but a candidate would need approval by the Central Majlis for the election to be validated and official. In order to help ease ethnic tensions in the new nation the administrative regions would consist not of the five former states, but instead would be made up of 47 Viloyats which were the former administrative regions of the old states. Tashkent would be its own Special administrative Viloyat.}

_{After the Tashkent Conference was held a snap election was held within Central Asia electing prominent Military General Nurasyl Poliakov who was given leadership of the Birlashgan Kelajak Partiyasi {BKP} the Political Party supported by the Military and Oligarchs of Central Asia. President Poliakov was popular among the People for his perceived neutrality in ethnic and religious tensions due to him being a Bukharan Jew. President Nurasly spoke Russian, Hebrew, Kazakh, and basic English. He was born in Shymkent during the Soviet times and has built his career in the Soviet and SGRI Armed Forces stating he was a born Soldier and Leader ready to bring Central Asia to a strong bright future for all. Iran Invests $24 billion toward Zairean Mining & Agricultural Industries

Minister of Foreign Affairs Francois Bozize announced from outside the Ministry of Foreign Affairs that a comprehensive $24 billion package of $12 billion toward Zairean mining and another $12 billion toward Zairean agricultural development has been finalized and approved. With the BPRZ possessing large scale untapped mineral resources ready to be mined, exploited, processed, and used for the production of both civilian and military products, the $12 billion directly toward Zairean mining will be utilized for the modernization, construction, and expansion of old, present, and new mining facilities in addition to investments into mining technology, worker's pay and union formations, as well as new infrastructure for transportation and ensuring a safe working environment for Zairean miners. The $12 billion will also go toward ensure proper training and the official ending of child workers within the Zairean mining sector; further providing education opportunities to Zairean children and adults.

The second $12 billion will be moved toward expanding and implementing newer agricultural practices and technology to take advantage of the extensive fertile soil present within the Republik of Zaire. As part of the implemented policy to ensure no Zairean has to fear malnutrition and starvation, the government has begun the process of implementing new legislation to provide land property rights to farmers and Zaireans who wish to own land. With added property rights and investments into agricultural practices, such as drip irrigation and updated crop rotation practices, Zaire looks to become the agricultural heartland of the Afrikan continent, with the potential of not only being able to feed its own population adequately but also still have a surplus to sell to the world. The further support being given to farmers is expected to further provide jobs to farmers as Zaire wishes not to fall down the path of processed food and food mass production via factories and illicit slaughterhouses that utilize inhumane practices; therefore, spoiling meat from stressed animals. However, Zairean government has announced an initiative to expand the presence and uses of greenhouses that will allow for Zairean farmers to ensure longer growing seasons, weather protection, pest prevention, expanded planting options, and the ability to be portable and mobile. With the creation of communal greenhouses, fresh farmer markets are expected to appear around the greenhouses and farm lands, which will continue to spur economic growth.

 Bangladesh to build homes for the Rohingya

Homelessness due to the Rohingya crisis has always been a massive problem for the already overpopulated Bangladesh, the Ashrayan-3 housing program helped massively but only 100,000 out of the 900,000 had gotten a chance at a new life and proper housing but the acquisition of the territories south of the Chattogram/Chittagong division changed a lot of things, with the additional space and budget Bangladesh could provide housing for the rest of the 800,000 and also a large portion of the homeless population in the Arakan division. The jatiya sangsad voted in a proposal for a limit on the money which will be used to develop the Arakan division, the development budget for Bangladesh's newest and most underdeveloped division was set at $15 billion, Bangladesh had received additional funds of $451.5 million from fellow IPDEC members Indonesia and the Philippines. Following an IPDEC proposal and voting an observer committee made up IPDEC officials from member states was established to stop the possible misuse of important funds. The plan is to build housing around important parts of the Arakan division. The total budget of this housing program dubbed the "Ashrayan-4" will be $2,719,020,000 which already takes away a sizeable chunk of the development budget chopping it down to $12,732,480,000 from the original budget of $15.,451,500,000. The style of the houses will be the same as the ones built during the Ashrayan-3 housing program. The Bangladeshi government plans to build a total of 1,000,000 houses for currently 1.1 million homeless Rohingya and Arakanese in both Myanmar and Bangladesh. Empty houses from the housing project will be given away to other homeless peoples of the Chittagong division. This housing program is said to take about two years to complete. Foreign investment in the development program for the Arakan is more than welcome and will be highly appreciated by the government of Bangladesh. The government of the Philippines has also generously donated an extra $1,000,000,000 to the expansion of transportation in the city of Dhaka to free up the extreme traffic congestion in the city and curb the pollution in the overpopulated and polluted capital of Bangladesh.

Kuwait Joins Unification Talks As Tensions Growing With Tribal Leaders

In spite of continuing ISF violence in Iraq, the unification proceedings of the Provisional Command Council have continued well. Though kept under wraps, anonymous sources have leaked to Arab media that the PCC has made great progress in drafting a constitution. A major development has come out of the negotiations as well: that of Kuwait. Ever since the Iraq-Jordan Referendum, there have been back channel negotiations to have Syria and Kuwait join. Syria, still under the Royal thumb of King Assad, seethed to share power with the Jordanian Hashemites. Kuwait was a different story. Enticed by the autonomy and strength of union, as well as the lucrative business prospects of Iraqi oil, Kuwaiti Emir Nawaf al-Sabah was not hard to convince. Perhaps too convinced however, he declined the PCC’s request that he hold a referendum in his country. Instead, he applied his autocratic power and shortly declared that Kuwait would join the PCC. The Kuwaiti representatives to the Presidium would be Crown Prince Mishal al-Sabah and Ahmad al-Sabah. Negotiations would be complicated by the more traditional stances of Kuwait representatives.

The Kuwaiti entrance to unification talks has complicated them in another: Iraqi Shia Tribes. The Shia population of Iraq comprises a slim majority, about 60% of the population. Many Shia tribes have also been more resistant to the progress of the 2nd Republic since 2018, especially under the Khalil Administration. While already generally opposed to his progressivism, the Iraq-Jordan Referendum truly raised tensions. Jordan, almost entirely Sunni, would've put the Sunni-Shia divide at roughly equal in the new country. This threatened the sociopolitical power that the Tribes already felt like they were losing. The addition of Kuwait, another majority Sunni country, started uncomfortable discussions for some of Iraq’s top Shia Tribal Leaders.

Additionally, concerns grew over the status of the Popular Mobilization Forces should Iraq unify. The PMF were a collection of mostly Shia militias that fought the government during the Civil War. In the Basra Accords that ended the war, the PMF were given limited authority in the south of the country and promised 30 seats in the National Assembly, which they received in March of 2023. The PMF are the main organ of power for the Tribes, and their exclusion from a unified Arab government would shut down the Tribes power for good. Several lobbies had been made with Baghdad to create a Tribal Committee on the PCC, but all efforts were rebuffed. Prime Minister Khalil, as Chairman, was set on excluding the Tribes and diminishing their power. Those in the know suspect Unification without any Tribal accommodation would be a breaking point. Some even suggest that the Tribes would mount an insurgency against the new government, plunging the country immediately into Civil War.

Increasingly, the Shia Tribes of Southern Iraq and the PCC are on a collision course that seems more and more likely as time passes.
