When MossW loses the Battle of New Des Moines, the nation would soon fall apart, and when Niwae got to Mosia, MossW finally collapsed, and Hunetia and Iowa were soon to fall too. Niwae went from wanting a small part of MossW, to wanting all of MossW, but of course, it couldn't happen, the land MossW and their allies controlled was vast, so Niwae annexed a third of Hunetia, half of Iowa, and annexed the Bradhin Special Area of MossW, with the rest being puppeted as the Socialist States of Southern Iowa, Hunetia, and MossW in the Second Treaty of New Des Moines. This treaty caused civil unrest from annoyed capitalists and business owners wanting a capitalist economy. Niwae, however, would not transition to a capitalist economy even if it would fall not doing it. Cephas Aranaco V was not executed after the war and was allowed to live life as a normal civilian, but he would lead a violent protest against the foreign rule and Communist economic system. Aranaco would then be executed. More unrest from popular figures such as former Hunetian President Stefen Don and many others causes a civil war to take place, the Free vs the Niwaeño, the Free win and split up Niwae, Iowa gets back its full territory plus Niwae, Hunetia gets its land back and so does MossW.
