Humans are omnivores so I doubt that re-adding meat into your life would do much other than moderate discomfort as we by nature eat it
I'll have it a few times a year. We just never get any at home and I do not like supporting the meat industry of the US but if my grandma cooks or if all that's available to eat is meat based? I'll eat it.
The question is lamb from where. Not all lamb meat taste the same.

I’ve got the same attitude. I won’t really eat meat unless I crave for it or it’s cooked up. I try and look for “Cruelty-free Meat”
(Obviously click-bate) when I have to. Other than that, I could be considered Vegetarian.
