Humans are omnivores so I doubt that re-adding meat into your life would do much other than moderate discomfort as we by nature eat it

I'll have it a few times a year. We just never get any at home and I do not like supporting the meat industry of the US but if my grandma cooks or if all that's available to eat is meat based? I'll eat it.
