If you've never been on the forums before, there is no account that needs to be deactivated. If you can't retrieve your old account's password, you can always click the 'forgotten password' option and reset your password via email. Finally, if you can't retrieve any of your old account information, you might just want to create a new one, proceed with the citizenship application, and simply notify one of the admins (Lethen) that you have had a previous account before. Hope this helps, and let me know if you have any followup questions!

Ministry review

This proposal seeks to protect grasslands and the native species within them. While the Ministry of World Assembly Affairs strongly approves of taking further steps to protect the environment, including grasslands, we find this proposal to be too restrictive. Line 3.d.ii. prohibits member nations from any "land development for any purpose in tall grass prairies". This is too restrictive. For example, if a very poor nation discovers a valuable mineral underneath a prairie, they should be able to choose to mine it. In addition, while this proposal would expand protections on the environment, its effect is limited, given the rarity of tallgrass prairies. Between the limited benefits to the environment and the extremely restrictive measures, the Europeian Ministry of World Assembly Affairs recommends voting AGAINST this resolution.
