Yes indeed! Sorry about your former region The fascist-corporative state of vamania, but if you want a good place to stay then Fifth Empire is a solid choice. We are very special and very unique in very many ways, some of those you may find out yourself in due time. But as far as my opinion goes, these are not negative, and people have only shared very positive experiences for the majority portion of the pie. The pie being the Empire you consume into you ;-)
I encourage you to be involved and invested, there are many options and alternatives for you to choose the one that suits you the best. And that doesn't necessarily mean a higher role in the hierarchy, you can be invested by being an active talker on the RMB. Or not. If you want to enjoy this at an easier pace and observe more often than comment, you are of course free to do that.
There is nothing wrong with simply reading or listening and enjoying the written or spoken/presented word if the quality holds up.

Before being promoted & appointed as the Chief of the IACS-STRATSEC in the capacity of the Director of Imperial Intelligence, Estado novo de marcelo caetano commented on how grateful he was to be given such changes and to have been treated as respectfully as he was, despite being a newcomer with no prior affiliation stated. I wanted to make a small comment on this feeling further, feeling it may be beneficial.
Each of us are of course, at some point and in some aspects of our very own personal life...neophytes. The value and importance of neophyte should never be underestimated, and I hope you all understand this. The state of being a neophyte in the personal continuum of time and story, is where our destiny starts to unfold. Destiny being that mystical unseen eventuality dealt to us by an invisible hand and the force of fate.
There are and there will be many neophytes in our brotherhood & our faith..our very way of life; at all times should they feel welcome and appreciated, meaningful in a sense. We should never fall into the spiked pit of malicious arrogance, that which is reserved for those who err to think that one's better ability with the philosophy and dogma, doctrine etc. would give the right to ill-treat those that are new on the path, for the very least their potential and level of skill and ability is yet to be revealed. And of course, whatever the outcome, does not deny the person his share of well-earned respect. People excel in different things, one's value should not be determined solely by one class. The individual is an amalgamation of many traits, characteristic, and inclinations, from which one doesn't necessarily outclass the other(s). True, some may have mastered themselves better, but that should only serve as inspiration and example for others to pursue towards that goal, rather than something for these people to gloat over and rub in the face of those who find their life's path extraordinarily rocky and hard to walk on. Masters do not exist without apprentices, and apprentices are bound to the railings protecting from falls into the mists of the mountain range by their masters, mountain range representing the heights self-discipline can let one soar. Masters may be further bound together to the powerful persona and wisdom of a Grand Master, or if such a single luminous individual is lacking, to collectively shared teachings and principles of wisdom. But as it is, if you are considered a master of something, don't let that blind you to your own der untergang, the duty of a Master is to be a friend and a mentor to those applicable, to help, to nurture, to grow in the parameters of human and spiritual life.
Furthermore, some skills may certainly be more important than others, depending on temporal or more permanent cultural social factors and circumstances, for example, and instance, but some skills are at least, more prominent in social life, whereas some others with different talents may be a bit more..shadowy for a lack of a better word. Skilled orators may get the masses moving, but there are many people not necessarily given due credit for doing much of the practical work with their own skill set behind-the-scenes. For example, someone talented in practical planning creating the schedules for campaigning politicians. I've seen people make the mistake of equating prominence or visibility with importance, it is not an automatic or default sum by any means. And while certain individuals in history and contemporary times may excel in things that are deemed important by time's standards, they may lack in other spheres. Vice versa, those who have power in these fields, should take pride in them and focus on their own strengths, and understand one's own weaknesses to do what can be done to mitigate them.
Hmm, I would say that one of my own weaknesses is probably the tendency to get lost in thought or planning/envisioning when being practically productful/productive would be more desirable or needed. Which is not to say I'm not a man of action (just came out of doing 2hrs of relatively hard-working gardening in the fresh-air because I wanted to and felt it was needed before logging in here), but with many ideas and roads mapped it can become overwhelming to pick yourself up and get down to business if that makes sense. Hmm, but then again, it is also kind of strength, that mind which can build intricate and deep worlds to lose yourself in. To this day, from the age of a small boy, every single evening I get myself to sleep in about 20 to 30 minutes by telling stories to myself in the limitless confines of my own head. I fly away from this world into my own(s), choose the one I want for that particular evening from a few living and breathing ones, and start continuing its own life where it had left of the last time. They exist dynamically like that, and their characters develop over time. More content is added to the history and lore, things change, renew. Events happen and their implications to the structures of the world felt, colors and smells re-arranged. If you wanted to know some more fun facts about myself, write that down on a note.
But back to the topic at hand. In any case, everyone has the potential of some value to give, a part to play. Society must give them the chances to impress the audience in the theater of life. Far too often do I hear of stories of people who for some unfortunate reason or another, were not able to pursue their passions and/or professions that best complement their own personal strengths. I personally put a lot of faith in Fascism to solve the problem, for one, by eliminating the forces and factors that truly oppress individuals and make internal obstacles for them to pursue their dreams as empowered individuals in a greater collective. What are these forces? They are the forces of decay and decadence. They are the manifestations of the trend of social downfall: consumerism, The cult of the supremacy of the individual, hedonism and rampant hypersexualisation, globalization and the death of virtue in face of the tyranny of tolerance are their names. And these, are but to point a finger towards a portion selected for research. Suffice to say, Fascism is more relevant than ever post WW2.

Thank you for the warm welcome, although I am not sure how long I hope I don't offend, just kinda using this as a placeholder while I region shop but nothing is looking enjoyable so this might be my permanent home, its sad that this is really the only Fascist region that's still alive, well at least a competent fascist region rather, most of the others have been raided.
