The government of 
Turco-Bulgaria would like to announce a progress report in the trade agreement between it and Roma secundum. The Turco-Bulgarian National Automobile Corporation (BG: Турско-българска национална автомобилна корпорация, TR: Türk-Bulgar Ulusal Otomobil Kurumu, RM: Corporația Națională de Automobile Turco-Bulgară) and smaller worker-run companies registered with it have been hard at work constructing cars and machinery with the parts obtained from Roma. Over the period since the agreement, Turco-Bulgaria has constructed 5,942 cars which will be shipped to Rome for sale within the country.

Condemning Actions
After a vote from the senate, and an agreement from King Ladislaus VI, the Kingdom of the Turanist Peoples of Hungary have decided to officially condemn 
-West Romania- due to its oppression of its own people and that of other cultures. These actions will not be left unnoticed by Hungary and further action will be taken if needed. Their blatant oppression of Hungarian people will also not be left unnoticed. President Albescu will also be listed as a wanted man in Hungary. In an official statement from President Halász Miklós "Albescu is a disgrace to the Romanian name and should his actions cannot, and will not, remain unknown. We will work around the clock with officials from Turco-Bulgaria to expose this man to the world.

Voting Starts!
Katarina Astrom and Johan Nilsson have begun a race for victory as voting has started a week early in anticipation of massive crowds. Both ministerial candidates held rallies before the voting started.
Following their fiery exchange during the debate, Astrom appears to be holding a 39% lead, with Nilsson closely following with a 37%. Jan Lind, to the dismay of many, has struggled with 24% of the vote, underperforming and shattering expectations of a close tie with the other three. As stations update, Lind is expected to catch up by at least 9% by the weekend.
For Astrom, it is a major PR victory. Shortly after the news of her lead came out, she held a massive rally in Stortorget, proclaiming victory. "I am glad to see that my words have indeed come true," she stated. Electoral commissions have warned the public to only listen to their announcements regarding the election, following a violent clash between supporters of Astrom and supporters of Nilsson.
While Astrom has been flaunting her apparent victory in the faces of the public, Nilsson has been much more closed-off, not making an appearance since his rally in the square, and vanishing from social media entirely.

We will even show photos of those who are imprisoned, as for some reason the world now cares about prisoners’s rights."
The broadcast then shows idyllic pictures of Hungarians and Roma living their day to day lives. Something about the photos seems unnatural however. Next a video of a Hungarian man in Tarcea describing his day to day life. He repeatedly asserts throughout the video that he has never been oppressed by the government and that the propaganda and the idea that West Romania is fascist needs to stop. Finally images of the prisoners are shown. They are specifically photographed in high quality prison cells and made to be smiling. It almost seems that they are wearing stage makeup.
President Antanasie Albescu: "As you can see, we are not oppressing our people. Dealing with nationalist and political terrorists is perfectly normal for any conservative democracy. We always expect criticism from the radical left, but we do not believe our actions deserve international outcry."

The attempts by his administration at convincing people, cinematography, and photo editing are all laughable. It makes sense considering that Albescu failed media studies and never studied the art of theatre.
Our count of people jailed by Albescu’s fascist government rises from 10,350 to over 22,000. These are the actions of a racist and fascist dictator! Citizens of West Romania, if you can read this we urge you to join up with the People’s Revolutionary Army and fight against fascist oppression! From history we know what a fascist dictator means to do by separating ethnic minorities from the general population and we cannot allow such an event to happen on our soil!

We have made recent breakthroughs in regards to NNEMP weaponry, as a study conducted by the Soviet Union 1951 shows that a Explosively pumped flux compression generator can be used in such a bomb. Though a nuclear blast produces a much larger EMP over a wider area, a NNEMP bomb can be localized and not put at risk large tracts of land or populations to the dangers of radioactive fallout. The following report on such a device has been attached to this memo for your purview:
The bomb consists of a metal cylinder (called the armature), which is surrounded by a coil of wire (the stator winding). The armature cylinder is filled with high explosive, and a sturdy jacket surrounds the entire device. The stator winding and the armature cylinder are separated by empty space. The bomb also has a power source, such as a bank of capacitors, which can be connected to the stator.
Here's the sequence of events when the bomb goes off:
A switch connects the capacitors to the stator, sending an electrical current through the wires. This generates an intense magnetic field.
A fuze mechanism ignites the explosive material. The explosion travels as a wave through the middle of the armature cylinder.
As the explosion makes its way through the cylinder, the cylinder comes in contact with the stator winding. This creates a short circuit, cutting the stator off from its power supply.
The moving short circuit compresses the magnetic field, generating an intense electromagnetic burst.
Most likely, this type of weapon would affect a relatively small area -- nothing on the order of a nuclear EMP attack -- but it could do some serious damage.
We hope to have a prototype ready in two months and begin production of said devices before the end of the year as the science has been already for decades at this point.

This economic growth should secure Roma's return to being Europe's economic powerhouse, with the predicted GDP for this year going past 2 trillion Denarii.
Military Makes Several Announcements
The Praefectus Militaris has continued to make slow progress on the construction of their railgun defense batteries along the Italian coast. The plans have changed however, and certain locations have been scrapped. With the new strategic locations of Sardinia and Corsica, Roma has begun construction of railgun batteries on those islands to better defend interests in the Mediterranean. Roma now has two fully finished batteries, one at the mouth of the Adriatic and another guarding the port of Rome. The rail guns on Corsica and Sardinia will be completed in approximately two years.
As well, the Accipiter sight program has continued field testing in the Roman special forces to great success. Project leads estimate that the goggles will be ready for mass production in one or two years maximum. This news also comes as the Roman high command begins to reevaluate the C1 Ariete, the primary MBT of the Empire that has begun to show its age in recent training exercises.
Finally, the Praefectus Militaris has announced that they’ll begin integrating the Roman armed forces into one cohesive military. Tunesian legions will be merged into Italian legions, increasing the number of legions available to the Senate and allowing for greater unity in the Romanum Legio. The Tunesian Senate has approved of this action, and so far with Latin becoming the new common language of the armed forces it seems the change will go over smoothly.

Jan Lind has drawn closer with a 30% vote while Astrom's lead has vanished, going down to 34%. Nilsson managed to catch up and overtake the Sweden First Party, holding 36% of the vote. One of the most hotly-contested areas is Helsinki, the city being divided in three, dominated by Lind's Finnish Independence Party.
In other news, police will be guarding poll booths after a violent scuffle broke out between ardent supporters of Astrom and Lind. Two were arrested while five were taken to hospital with minor injuries. The LGBTQ+ community took to the streets in response to Astrom's lead, with quite profane signs expressing disapproval of Astrom. She joins them in the car shortly after, her staff getting into the vehicles further back with the staff of President Akbas. A brief security sweep of the route was made as a final check, and the motorcade was off. Escorted by Carabinieri on horseback, their 18th century inspired uniforms looking a little out of place in modern-day Roma. The route was straight to the Capitol complex from the airport, through the streets of the city. They did make a note of passing the Coliseum, and plenty of Roman citizens lined the route to greet the Turkiye delegation. A warm welcome from a beautiful city, as they finally pulled up to the series of buildings that made up the Roman center of government. The Senate chambers, a housing complex, Roman HIGHCOM and it's barracks, a series of office buildings, but notably no big palace like one might expect. The entire facility was guarded heavily by military police and Praetorians. In the center of the complex, between these buildings, was a statue of the Roman eagle centered on a water fountain and a small stretch of greenery.

Afterward the discussion part, a plan will be formulated. The plan formulated at each summit will be in place until the next summit. The plan will only be what has been agreed upon to increase economic cooperation between nations that each point refers to in the plan. After this, you are all invited to a dinner that has been prepared for you all for your stay in Hangzhou. Distinguished members of East Asian nations, I, Ma Hsiao-Tan, President of the Republic of China, stand before you to attempt an offering of peace in these trying times. The world sees conflict and chaos on a daily basis, and I fear it's only a matter of time before that conflict and chaos reaches the eastern portion of the Asian continent. We have our differences and we all rarely see eye-to-eye, but that doesn't mean we can't help each other and prevent that conflict and chaos from spreading to our respective nations. The best way to make sure that our people stay connected and that our nations can prosper is by economic investment and connection. Many companies in China are willing to move into the various diverse markets that exist within this region. China is willing to invest in nations that require investments of projects that are struggling to be completed or projects that are struggling to become a reality due to lack of funding. Any attempt to stifle these investments would be a detriment to the collective security and unity of the East Asian region. China is willing to make the commitment to a safer East Asia, and a safer world. I hope you all are willing to do the same in your own ways. Thank you.
