Trucial Qatar Declares Neutrality in Bengali-Burmese War
Zhen Dynasty has surprised the international community by announcing that it will join Peoples Union of Bengal in its war against the State of Myanmar. Chinese entry into the war represents a significant escalation of the conflict, and spells a dire threat for Myanmar unless another major power enters the theatre to deter Chinese incursion. Zhen authorities claim they have entered into the war on humanitarian grounds, citing that the Burmese government is engaging in human rights violations against ethnic minorities living in the country; however, many analysts have interpreted the move as another step in expanding Chinese hegemony across Southeast Asia.
Emira Samia binti Massoud al-Nejd, the leader of Qatar, made a statement to the international community today on behalf of the country that Qatar will remain neutral in the conflict. The Emira stated that while Qatar is sympathetic to the situation of citizens living under Myanmar's current government, "it is not our place to intervene militarily at this time." Emira al-Nejd emphasized that she will not send Qatari troops into combat unless unless the conflicts spreads to directly threaten Qatari citizens or businesses.
QIA Announces Plans to Invest in Mongolia
The Qatar Investment Authority recently announced that it is undergoing plans for several investment ventures in businesses located in Mngolia. The QIA is responsible for handling state-led domestic and foreign investments on behalf of the Qatari government. QIA officials have said that Mongolia is a market which is replete with untapped resources on which it is rapidly capitalizing, and that investment in the country will greatly benefit both Qatari and Mongolian businesses. Planned investments are targeted at developing natural resources such as cloth and minerals, and backing industries such as manufacturing.
Mngolia has been the location of many such oversea investments, both private and state-sponsored, as the country is continuing the process of industrialization. The influx of money from Qatari investors in this case will likely help Mongolian businesses to finance industrial ventures within the country.
Islamic Banking Question Debated in Consultative Assembly
Debate continues on the floor of the Majlis as-Shura- Qatar's Consultative Assembly- over a proposed bill which will offer equal opportunity between Islamic and traditional banking firms. Islamic finance currently dominates the financial sector in Qatar, with traditional institutions struggling to gain a market share. The bill will eliminate preferential legislation favoring Islamic banks, as well as requiring that state-owned companies provide equal consideration to traditional banks in financial transactions. Proponents of the bill argue that many financial companies are unable or unwilling to render their Qatar-branches Sharia-compliant, which is necessary to gain a foothold in the country, which has the effect of driving off potential overseas investors into the economy. Critics claim that the bill panders to Western markets, and undermines Qatar's traditional values. While the Assembly is still debating the bill, final approval will be at the discretion of Emira al-Nejd.

President Trump off to Ankara, then Beijing
President Trump announced on social media,
"Heading to Ankara to meet with the Turkish Govt. for the U.S.-Turkish Summit! Looking forward to it! Nothing better than the Turkish. This is a fact. Deal with it. Afterwards, i'm off to China to meet with the Zhen Empress to discuss several important issues, especially Burma! The U.S. will not let the Chinese bully the Burmese!"
The meeting to Ankara comes only days before the 2020 Olympics are to be held in Turkey & the Bastille Day Celebrations in France. Some geopolitical analysts believed that this could signal a reassurance of close U.S.-Turkish ties amidst the recent chaos within Europe over the situation in Bosnia. Trump has repeatedly made it clear that he wishes to strengthen U.S. ties with the Turkish. At one point even saying,
"I believe the Turkish have done it right. They are leagues ahead of other countries in the Middle East. They are the Americans of the Middle East. I like them. In fact, I think they should BE the America of the Middle East. With all that entails"
His comments received criticism from the wider Muslim community within America. Muslim Politicians Ilhan Omar & Rashida Tlaib were especially vocal in their criticism of such an allegedly divisive statement. They released a joint statement,
"Of course Trump backs the fake Turks! They renounced Islam ages ago! Why would they be helping Muslims? They are nothing more than heretics who diminished their Islamic ties for American Influence. Ridiculous!"
Nonetheless, Trump has engaged with the Turkish Community before. High profile American-Turkish businessman Salih Enveroğlu was previously Secretary of the Interior for a period of time before resigning to return to his business career. Thus many political experts point towards these actions as being behind Trump's reasoning for strengthening ties with Turkey.

Secretary of Defense, Jim 'Mad Dog' Mattis to meet with key U.S. Allies over Defense Issues
On social media, Defense Secretary Mattis announced,
"I'll be on my way to meet with Key U.S. Allies to discuss several topics pertaining to Defense. Especially in South East Asia. Now is the time for the U.S. to start hitting back. COVID-19 may have knocked us out temporarily. But I, as Secretary of Defense, will make sure that our Allies understand. We are back"
The comments by the hawkish Secretary of Defense raised alarm amongst Americans. The situation in South East Asia seemed to be deteriorating. Between the Burmese conflict, the conflict(s) in Thailand, & more. Many believe that this could signify greater American intervention in the region. Something which has been lacking ever since the COVID-19 pandemic. Democrat Politicians, specifically Nancy Pelosi & co., have raised concerns that it may destabilize the region further & prompt a devastating conflict with China. Nonetheless, Mattis has been firm on his resolute stance to begin pushing back against Chinese influence,
"The Chinese are trying to supersede us as the dominant power. We need to show them why the U.S. has been & will continue to be the premier world superpower"

Board of Revenues
The Board of Revenues has announced that it would encourage more "productive" workplace hiring systems, as it aims to mitigate the negative effects of the Zhen's employment problems.
As the Zhen grapples with rising unemployment and slowing growth, some say a needed economic boost could come from new business approaches to hiring. If youre thinking about, How can we get additional productivity? then you need to make it possible for people to move to where the productive jobs are, Martin Raiser, World Bank country director for the Zhen, Mongolia, and Korea, said in a phone interview last month.
The systemic challenges run deep. Many prospective careers can run into obstacles from employment structures that often prefer younger, or male, employees. Some local job listings also still go so far as to say applicants must be younger than age 30 or 35. If those requirements, implicit or explicit, remain unchanged, an increasing part of the workforce will be unable to find jobs, and will hinder the career advancement and earning potential for many citizens.
At the highest level, the Zhen Imperial authorities already recognize many of the problems that need to be addressed if the country is to keep growing steadily. That includes better allocation of labor. A recent report pointed out three necessary changes given expected declines in the working population:
Making it easier for farmers, whose residency status ties them to rural areas, to enter the urban labor system
Increasing female labor force participation
Enabling older people to stay employed
The Zhen's official urban surveyed unemployment rate remained near historic highs in May at 5.9%, which has caused massive concern amongst policymakers. The Board of Revenues has made striking amendments to the Zhen's retirement age policies, standardising retirement ages across the board from 55-60 years to 67 years.
Right now, businesses are very conservative about expansion, which is why theres a need to increase demand for their products. The Board of Revenues has also stated that it would seek more tax revenues from elsewhere, as it makes plans to halve income tax across the board. Such a move is expected to reduce revenues from $696.15 billion USD to $348.075 billion USD, although the Board has also made plans to cover the expenses by increasing its tobacco tax rate from 21% of revenues to 25%, increasing resource tax rates for NG, coal, salt, and crude iron ore by $0.5 USD, as well as customs duties from 0.1% of goods value to 3.5%. When the income tax rates are halved, the Board of Revenues will also ensure that half of the removed 50% will go towards the citizen's individual pension fund, while the remainder will be returned via tax rebate.
This move, which is expected to drastically increase the population's disposable income, should provide more impetus to spend.
The Board of Revenues will also change residency status policies to make entry into the urban labour system simpler. Instead of being subdivided by urban and rural localities, residency status will depend on the 1st-level administrative division a person resides in, i.e: the Viceroyalty of Liangjiang, etc.
The Board of Personnel, responsible for hires in government agencies, will also pledge to use a new "blind pick" method to determine new hires in state-owned enterprises next year, capitalising on the "veil of ignorance" concept to lead to the creation of a just employment system. Under such a system, the Board of Personnel will only record one's technical and educational qualifications, as well as any chronic medical conditions which could impede their work productivity. It is expected that this blind system will enable hiring managers to completely eliminate any chances of "age-ism" or sexism, thereby revolutionising new hiring practices and rendering it more attractive to skilled employees.

"We are in full support", Indonesia officially backs Bangladesh in its invasion against Myanmar
- | Jakarta - Yesterday, the state of Bangladesh declared war against Myanmar. This was the first time in the 21st century that a war has been officially declared. Myanmar, previously known as Burma, is a state filled with controversies. Notably for it's treatment against Rohingyas. Ethnic Rohingyas have been fleeing the country ever since Myanmar gained it's independence. The majority of them fled to Bangladesh, India and even made a perilous journey across the Andaman Sea to Aceh. Many Indonesians viewed Myanmar negatively, even Buddhist in Indonesia had condemned Myanmar, saying that the country has "polluted Buddha". President Jokowi also praised the action taken by the Pattaya Alliance and mentioned that the invasion is a "justifiable course of action". The country had officially showed it's support to Bangladesh, despite Bangladesh had been in support of the Thai Dai. KRI Jakarta, a destroyer of the navy was seen off the coast of Myanmar last night, supposedly patrolling the waters but is suspected to have gather intelligence data. Either way, the ICF-C had been in full preparation for any combat operations in Myanmar. Refugee camps were also set up in Aceh in case of a massive influx of refugees fleeing the fight. Only time and God himself will determine the course of this invasion.

US President Donald Trump: 'The Turkish have done it right.'
8 Temmuz 2020
ABD Başkanı Donald Trump: 'Türkler en doğru olanı yaptılar.'
US Pres. Trump before departing for Ankara / TRT Amerika
Turkish-American Summit Preview
WASHINGTON I believe the Turkish have done it right. They are leagues ahead of other countries in the Middle East. They are the Americans of the Middle East. I like them. In fact, I think they should BE the America of the Middle East. With all that entails said US President Donald Trump before departing Washington D.C. for Ankara, becoming the first US President to visit Turkey since the beginning of the Akşener Presidency.
Turkish-American relations date back prior to the establishment of the Turkish Republic, during the time of the Ottoman Empire. When the United States had just entered its infancy, it would soon find itself in the path of the lead super power at the time. By the early 1800s the Ottoman Empire had become the only nation in history the United States ever paid tribute, with nearly a fifth of the US government budget at time being sent to the Ottomans as tribute. Though things would change between the two people, with Sultan Abdülmecid the First donating not only $30,000, the largest single donation toward the construction of the Washington Monument. And would have the following inscriptions 'To support the continuation of true friendship' written on pieces that the Ottoman Empire had sent to construct the monument. Today the inscription sits at the 190-foot level of the monument.
During WW1 the two people would find each other on opposing sides, with the Ottoman Empire fighting on the side of the Central Powers, and the US despite the will of its own people fighting on the side of the imperialist Allied powers. During the Turkish War of Independence, the United States took a neutral stance. But would take part in the Bombardment of Samsun which soured relations be the two people until they were reopened in 1927.
The United States would become an early supporter of Turkey's democratic experiment, with US Presidents since the founding of the Republic praising the work done by the Eternal President Mustafa Kemal Atatürk. During the Second World War, Turkey would take a hard stance of neutrality, but would enter the war on the allied side in the last months of the conflict. After the war, Turkey would go onto become one of the founding members of the United Nations. In 1950 President Nihal Atsız would answer the US call to send troops to Korea, deploying a total of 49,239 Turkish troops throughout the conflict. Following the Korean War, Turkey would enter a period of neutrality despite remaining within NATO and the Western Bloc. In 1961 US President Kennedy would invite thousands of Turkish workers to the United States to fill jobs that Americans did not want to fill, mainly in the Southern United States. After the Immigration and Nationallity Act was passed in the US in 1965, it would only by 9 more years till the US and Turkey signed the 'Family reunification' agreement. Which would allow Turkish workers who had settled in the United States to bring their families over.
This allowed for a boom in the Turkish population throughout the late 70s, today anywhere from 4-6 million Americans can trace their ancestry back to Turkey. With the largest Turkish population being based out of Atlanta's 'Little İstanbul' district, most Turkish companies who have used Atlanta as a platform to enter the American market. Most notably Enver Organization who has invested billions in Little İstanbul, Turkish owned businesses in the United States, and TAC (Turkish-American Council) through Atlanta. Many Turks even refer to Atlanta as 'Atlankara', most recently Ezhel's song 'Made in Turkey' was filmed in Little İstanbul, with the line 'from Atlankara to Beyoğlu' highlighting how far the Turkish community has come in the United States. Despite an overwhelming majority of Turkish-Americans voting for Obama in 2008 and in 2012, polls suggest that 69% of Turkish Americans voted for Donald Trump during the 2016 election. Both due to Trump's own popularity in Turkey due to business ties with many Turkish organizations, and Salih Enveroğlu's endorsement of Trump.
Internationally the two nations have seen eye to eye on issues like Israel, and Korea, with increased cooperation between the two countries being the norm since the 70s. President Obama though had refused to sell Turkey the Patriot Missiles that President Devlet Bahçeli had requested, in turn purchasing the Russian made S-400. With the US President stating during a press conference in Washington that
'S400-F35 tension is 100% Obama's fault, not Turkey's fault. It is not fair to Turkey. They wanted to buy our Patriot Missiles, and he really wanted to buy it, but we didn't sell it. And then when the Turks made a deal with the Russians, for missiles they did not even want.'.
During the Covid-19 pandemic, the United States was one of many nations to request Covid Relief from Turkey. The Turkish-American Summit is to discuss the two nations unbreakable bond, and what the future holds for the two nations in the 2020s.
Looking back on President Nihal Atsız
President Nihal Atsız in 1973 / Ulusal Arşiv
HISTORY Born in 1905 Kadıköy, İstanbul, Hüseyin Nihal Atsız would graduate from İstanbul's University School of Literature in 1930. By the early 40s he was known across the country as for his literature that had drawn influence from the Turks pre-Islamic past, which would only go hand in hand with the aggressive secularization seen from 1938-1945. Following the Second World War, a conspiracy would run wild across Turkey. Convincing thousands that Turkey would face an invasion from the USSR or United States for 'not picking a side'. It was on the back of this that Atsız announced the formation of the CKMP, the CKMP would use play into the conspiracy that had engulfed Turkey. Winning in a land slide against the incumbent Bayar government.
Nihal Atsız would become the 4th President of the Turkish Republic in 1948, and serve till 1968. Becoming the longest serving President in history. In his time he faced large scale criticism for moving Turkey toward the United States, including membership in NATO, the establishment of Turkey's first 8 nuclear power plants, and nationalizing the Bosphorus. Though he still facing large scale to this day in regard to his stance on the Israel situation, reshaping Islamic practice in Turkey, the eventual construction of a total of 20 nuclear power plants, and most recently Turkish membership in NATO.
Many accredit Atsız for the boom period Turkey would enter in the 50s, in what has been described in recent times at 'Atsız Economics'. The Eternal President from 1923 till his passing from the mortal realm in 1938, Turkey had paid off its WW1 debt, and had begun mass industrialization.
It was in 1955 that President Atsız removed all barriers to international trade, and guaranteed rule of law and low taxes to all foreign businesses and investments in Turkey. The President would place his power behind companies like Koç Holding, Enver Organization, and other large industrial conglomerates.
President Atsız also placed an heavy focus on the nations educational system to promote entrepreneurship, after Turkish diplomats across the world had been given a 10 year assignment to see how nations were recovering the post war period, and reforms that were being made to focus on the next generation.
Among all the moves forward made by the Atsız, it included Turkish neutrality seemingly ended last earlier this year. This was a policy to make Turkey business friendly with his neighbors, and make it easier to navigate international waters.
Alas, Atsız's popularity reforms inside of Turkey made him extremely unpopular in the Islamic World. Though to his detractors in the Islamic World, his common response had always been:
'The Islamic World survived and became what it did because of the Turks. Islam did not bring success to the Turks, we brought success to Islam. We were great before Islam. If Islam was had been the key to success all this time, everyone would be as successful as the Turks. If there are still those who are brainless enough to be in pursuit of union and brotherhood with these people, all real Turks know that these are traitors to the Republic.'.
He passed in urgent care in İstanbul Acıbadem on the 11th of July, 1979.
AEW announcement trailer / Enver TV
SPORTS Two months ago Enver Organization had announced the acquisition of Impact Wrestling from Anthem Sports & Entertainment, and Ring of Honor from the Sinclair Broadcast Group. Causing shock waves across the Wrestling world, with nearly 1.77 billion Turkic Manat's (1.25 Billion USD).
However, no report had been made on what the future of both organization would hold. Despite no plans in place, CBS Sports said that 'Salih Enveroğlu is the first major financial backer to take a swing at WWE on a major level in not seen since WCW closed its doors in the early 2000s'. Similar statements were made on ESPN, Fox Sports, and even on Enver TV which only added flame to the fire of a possible 'Wrestling War' between Enveroğlu and WWE.
Everything changed when it was confirmed that Enver Organization had filled the trademarks for 'AEW, All Elite Wrestling, and Monday Night Dynamite' amongst many other terms related to wrestling. Which had been first reported by Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer. Enver Organization announced that it would be holding a press conference to announce the formation of All Elite Wrestling in Atlanta's İsmail Enver Paşa Stadium (Mercedes-Benz Stadium).
The press conference took place last night, with appearances from names that will be leading the future company like Chris Jericho, Kenny Omega, and Marty Scrull. Even Atlanta's own AJ Styles, and Bill Goldberg were announced as surprise signings for the company. The biggest announcement came when Salih Enveroğlu said that AEW Dynamite would air in direct opposition to WWE's Raw on Monday nights. With AEW Dynamite airing on the Enver TV international network, and WWE Raw airing on the USA Network. The debut episode of AEW Dynamite was confirmed to take place in the massive İsmail Enver Paşa Stadium. As the press conference was seemingly coming to an end, while Salih Enveroğlu was reading off the list of announced talent. The song cult of personality was heard in the stadium, massive cheers were heard from wrestling fans in attendance at the press conference. As the song could only mean one thing, CM Punk to AEW confirmed.

The Congo's Justice Minister Celestin Tunda has been released from custody just hours after his arrest in the capital, Brazzaville.
Tunda was questioned by prosecutors for several hours at the court of cassation after surrendering to police at his home on Saturday afternoon.
"He's been released," said Brazzaville's police chief, Sylvano Kasongo.
Authorities did not immediately explain the reasons for the arrest of Tunda, who also holds the position of vice prime minister in President Tshisekedi's government.
A ministerial source told the AFP news agency that the move against Tunda came a day after he clashed with the president over proposed changes to the judiciary.
The arrest highlights the growing tensions within the ruling coalition between Tshisekedi's camp and that of his predecessor, Joseph Kabila. Tunda is a senior figure in Kabila's FCC party, which holds a majority in parliament and controls most posts in the cabinet.
President Tshisekedis former husband, previously an opponent of Kabila, came to power in January 2019 after being declared the winner of an election that Kabila was ineligible to contest after 18 years in power.
"I think we are living a turning point in the relation between FCC and [Tshisekedi's] UDPS," said Fred Bauma from the Congo Research Group at New York University. "The Minister of Justice is an FCC heavyweight and his arrest, if confirmed, follows many turbulences over a few weeks now."
The proposed legal reform would give the Ministry of Justice greater control over prosecutors, which opponents and diplomats say would damage the independence of the judiciary.
"Undermining this independence would erode the protection of civil and political rights in the [Congo]," the embassies of Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States said in a joint statement on Thursday.
Hundreds of protesters rallied against the law at the parliament grounds on Wednesday. They were dispersed by police firing tear gas and water cannon. More to come on the rally later today.
RTNC - Radio-Télévision Nationale Congolaise
Police in the Congo's capital have fired tear gas for a second straight day to break up violent protests outside parliament over proposed changes in the judiciary.
The demonstrators, some armed with petrol bombs, blocked traffic outside parliament in Brazzaville on Wednesday, erecting barriers and burning tires.
Police first fired warning shots and then used tear gas to disperse them, AFP news agency reported.
The protesters were mainly motorcycle taxi drivers and supporters of President Tshisekedi's Union for Democracy and Social Progress (UDPS) party.
The UDPS is in an uneasy coalition with forces close to Tshisekedi's long-serving predecessor, Joseph Kabila. Only a third of the government ministers are from the UDPS.
The contested legal changes include proposals to define the powers of judges, which critics say is a ploy to muzzle the judiciary.
The proposals come from the Common Front for Congo (FCC), a coalition close to Kabila, who remains a behind-the-scenes force in national politics.
FCC chief Nehemie Mwilanya on Wednesday warned "those who think they have a monopoly on disorder and violence".
"Careful!" he said. "They must realize that everyone knows how it starts, but not how it ends."
Mwilanya also questioned the "inaction" of the interior minister, who is from Tshisekedi's party, without naming him, saying he failed to understand why some people were following "scorched earth politics".
Former parliament speaker Aubin Minaku, one of the people behind the proposed amendments, said the "aim is to define the authority the justice ministry exercises over the judges".
But Tshisekedi's party on Monday lambasted it as a ploy to "undermine the independence of the judiciary and increase the power of the justice ministry".
The opposition Lamuka coalition also said the proposals would "deal a death blow to the concept of separation of powers".
Separately, four influential grassroots organizations on Wednesday issued a joint statement warning that the country's next presidential elections in 2023 were at risk of "manipulation" because of moves to appoint a new head of the National Electoral Commission.
The present head of the electoral panel, Corneille Nangaa, whose assets have been frozen by the United States on suspicion of corruption, is stepping down.
Nangaa's organization notably validated the results of the December 2018 presidential elections, which opposition leader Martin Fayulu said denied him of victory.
The joint statement warned against any attempt by the FCC-dominated parliament to push through Nangaa's successor, and called on the public to oppose "any Machiavellian plan aimed at thrusting us into endless electoral crises".
Its signatories comprise a highly influential Catholic group called the Lay Coordination Committee as well as the civil rights groups Lucha, Filimbi, and Congolais Debout (Congolese, Stand Up).
Their supporters carried out a wave of anti-Kabila protests in late 2017 and early 2018 that were bloodily repressed by security forces, killing about 15 people.

Foreign Minister Zarif "disappointed in Pakistani response" to Afghanistan Situation
Following the execution of fourteen Pakistani nationals by the government of Islamic State of Afghanistan, The Pakistan State has severed all diplomatic and trade ties with the landlocked nation. President Yaqoub Ali Khan had ordered the closure of the Afghan embassy in Pakistan and recalled the Pakistani ambassador to Afghanistan. Afghanistan has also been deprived of its access to Pakistani trade routes, and access to Pakistani naval borders, as well as barred from using the Port of Gwadar for trade.
The Foreign Ministry of The Imperial State of Afsharid Persia, which had previously offered to mediate the situation between its two neighboring countries, released a statement today in response to the Pakistani government's decision.
"We are deeply disappointed by the Pakistani government's decision to cut ties with their neighbor. Unity in the Islamic world is needed now more than ever, and Pakistan's actions have served to prevent this cause. Regardless of the Afghan government's decision to hand over the Pakistani nationals in question or not, it is clear that these men needed to be executed. Contrary to the claims of the esteemed President Yaqoub Ali Khan, these men were no saints, and were far from innocent. The detained men had extensive ties and connections to the Taliban. There was no denying the evidence. We see no reason for the Pakistani government to create such a fuss over a few terrorists." said Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif.
"As always, we stand with Afghanistan, as we stand with all our allies. By order of the King of Kings, Light of the Aryans, and Pivot of the Universe, Ardeshir Shah Afshar, Persia has granted full access to Chabahar Port to the Afghan government to make up for any losses in trade they might be faced with following Pakistan's decision. In coordination with the government of Sistan and Baluchistan Province, we will work hard to ensure that little to no harm comes to Afghanistan's economy during these difficult times," concluded the foreign minister.
In addition to putting Chabahar port at the disposal of Afghan authorities, there is also talks about a relief fund being discussed in the Persian Majles to help the Afghan government in the current time. If the bill passes, it is predicted to be the largest aid package ever given to Afghanistan by Afsharid Persia.

- First Persian tanker docks in Caracas
DISTRITO CAPITAL, VERAPAZUELA - Joyous crowds have filled the streets of Caracas today as the country has received the first Afsharid Persian shipment of petroleum in the port of Caracas. Multiple people were waving Afsharid Persian flags around, as well as carrying and chanting anti-imperialist slogans such as, "MAGA - Make America Go Away!" and "Down with the USA".
The petroleum will be put into circulation immediately to alleviate any shortages that the unhumanitarian sanctions enacted by the imperialist -United-States of America- and his allies have caused. Currently, most of these shortages have raised the prices of petroleum in the more rural areas in southern Verapazuela, where the infrastructure isn't as well developed. The Verapazuelan Ministry of Petroleum estimates that all shortages in the country will be counteracted soon, as more Afsharid Persian tankers will dock in the coming days.
President Maduro has held a phone call with H.M. Shahanshah Ardeshir Afshar of Afsharid Persia and thanked him for his country's act of solidarity towards the Verapazuelan people, and promised to support the middle eastern country in it's attempts to limit the influence of the American imperialists around the world. After the phone call, a group of delegates from Verapazuela boarded a jet to Teheran, where they will hold talks with the government of Afsharid Persia regarding a number of deals.
TELESUR is a state-owned media conglomerate of the Verapazuelan government, and thus not all of the information in this post will be truthful.

National Assembly Dissolved
The Empress has decreed that a general election will be held, after the National Assembly was dissolved amidst chaos following the succession of the 2 Grand Secretaries. The Board of Rites said that voters will head to the polls in late July.
In a televised address, the Empress explained her decision to call for an election now. The Empress said that she was satisfied that voting can be done safely and political parties can campaign effectively as the situation in the Zhen is relatively stable. Speculation of a looming general election has mounted in recent weeks as the country had suffered the once-in-a-lifetime event of having both Grand Secretariat positions vacant. Such an event has not happened ever before since the inception of the country.
All 1,715 popularly elected seats in the National Assembly will be contested, while the 3,609 indirectly elected seats will not change. Experts in local media said in a note last week that the ruling government's vote share in the upcoming election could fall further, as factional rifts and strengthened opposition would mean that there is a chance of a minority government being formed.

Megafactory Project 4
A "Megafactory" project will go ahead near Sheffield, as part of a joint venture between the Zhen government and Seri Sayam (TSPR).
The "Megafactory" Initiative is an organized attempt by the government to rapidly industrialise, provide employment, and increase economic productivity. A consortium of companies would typically be approached to operate within the Megafactory, which functions as a self-contained complex of commercial, residential, and industrial buildings.
A 3.03 km² land lease was recently approved, with construction estimated to cost around $120 billion ZGD.
Megafactory-4 will comprise an 800,000m² 'Commercial' section and a 900,000m² 'Industrial' section. The 'Commercial' section is planned to include 6 office buildings, each which include 180 offices spread out over 22 storeys, various conference rooms, spaces for 40 restaurants and over 80 shops, 7 convention halls, a 'green' urban park, a 13-storey hotel with 190 rooms, 2 movie cinemas, 2 shopping malls (each with 120 shops), 1 1,500-car capacity underground car park, and 2 swimming pools. Meanwhile, the 'Industrial' section will include 9 factory complexes, each 100,000m² in size, which can be sold or leased to businesses.
Upon its completion in 2025, it is expected that it will massively contribute to the local economy, and provide job opportunities for around 130,000 workers. COMAC and ZTE, 2 Zhen economic giants, will also occupy 2 of the Megafactory factory complexes, with plans to convert them into medicinal manufacturing plants. Some other companies which will occupy the factory complexes include BYD Auto, which will open a battery plant, as well as Changan Automobile with a vehicle R&D centre, and a Changhong battery plant.
Peripheral Investments Act
It is hoped that the Peripheral Investments Act (CPIA) will be able to bring about benefit to the Zhen, Bangladesh, and the TSPR. By investing in the colonies' transport infrastructure and small businesses, the Zhen hopes to cultivate more demand for foreign goods within the regions affected by the PIA - as well as a safe network of ports to dock in for its merchant marine.
The provisions of the Act include:
The selling of $7.5 billion ZGD worth of Zhen Exclusive Bonds to the two nations by the Zhen Government Bank, with a 6-year long maturity period and an interest rate of 3.47% per annum;
A series of random investments made to different small businesses across both nations, wherein 30,000 small businesses shall be randomly selected. Each of the selected will be granted an annual sum of $122,000 ZGD;
A series of $50 million ZGD investments into Dhaka's container terminal;

Digital, Culture, Media and Sport Committee recommends video game loot boxes be labeled 'gambling' following lengthy investigation
On Wednesday, MP Julian Knight, the chair of the Commons Digital, Culture, Media and Sport Committee published the newest results of its investigation into video game 'loot boxes'. The so-called 'loot boxes' have featured prominently in video games over recent years. Loot boxes are virtual containers which players can unlock using real world money in order to receive unspecified rewards. These 'loot boxes' became a source of great controversy in 2018 when a report by this news network was published showing how a 10-year-old boy spent over £7,000 in loot boxes from the Electronic Arts sports title FIFA 2019. Another report by the BBC showed another case where a 12-year-old boy spent some £2,000 in an attempt to get his favorite player by buying loot boxes in the game. These two reports caused national controversy and triggered a Parliamentary inquiry into the nature of loot boxes.
In 2019, the House of Commons select committee on Culture, Media, and Sport chaired by MP Damian Collins conducted a thorough investigation into loot boxes. Hearings were held with multiple representatives from several video game companies and social media. American companies such as Electronic Arts, Activision, Epic Games, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat among others sent representatives to the hearings. Following the hearings, Collins declared that the companies had "provided insufficient evidence" in defence of loot boxes and "had been purposefully obtuse, vague and sometimes deceptive" when answering questions and providing explanations on why loot boxes should remain unregulated. The committee voted unanimously to open a separate investigation to gather evidence on the effects of "video game microtransactions and gaming in general". These investigation continued on until 2020, when a report was received by the Regulatory Reform Committee who was to evaluate and decide whether it recommended that new legislation be passed to regulate video game loot boxes.
After a months-long delay, the committee finally voted on the issue on Wednesday after Committee Chairman, MP Julian Knight put forward a motion and made the results of the 2019 investigation public. The committee voted unanimously to recommend that video game loot boxes be labeled as gambling under the 2005 Gambling Act. The committee also recommended the formation of a video games and social media watchdog that would "ensure that gambling is not promoted to children and other vulnerable adults." It also recommended that all video games containing microtransactions should fall under the 18 category of the PEGI rating system and contain explicit warnings for parents and guardians. The recommendation will now pass on to Parliament to be reviewed and eventually voted on.
British military base Diego Garcia to receive £2 billion expansion
On Thursday, the British Ministry of Defence announced plans to expand the Diego Garcia military complex in the British Indian Ocean territory. The expansion, which will cost some £2 billion is aimed at increasing the general area of the base. Approximately £1.4 billion will be used to expand base housing, storage units and other unspecified zones. The rest will be spent on a large expansion of a dockyard on the islands to house more ships, including the HMS Queen Elizabeth and the new Royal Navy Dreadnought-class submarines. Remaining funds will be used to build two new landing strips. The new expansions would allow Britain and the United States to house more than 10,000 soldiers on the island along with multiple aircraft and warships.
Over the last few months, the British Armed Forces have been expanding and increasing their presence in the island territories of the Indian Ocean, the Seychelles and the Maldives. Between January and June of 2020, British military presence on the islands grew from less than 3,000 to more than 6,000 today. The British Armed Forces share the base in the Indian Ocean Territory with the United States who also has a substantial presence on the islands and are set to also benefit from the expansion.
Colonial Neutralisation Mandate
The Board of Justice has decreed that all "semblances of colonial iconography, names, or symbology" will be removed from the public view in the port city of Loong Kong, as the country attempts to consolidate cultural control over the recently reintegrated city.
Under the new act, various location names across the city will be renamed, while some landmarks may be demolished or renovated to comply with Zhen cultural standards. It will also be illegal to fly the flags of the UK, US, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Austria-Hungary, or Imperial Russia across the nation, unless it is deemed to be a "cultural, academic, or diplomatic" gesture. The distribution, sale, flying, and/or glorifying of iconography from British Weihaiwei, British Loong Kong, Kiautschou Bay concession, Manchukuo, Mengjiang, the Wang Jingwei Regime, or the Kwantung Leased Territory will also be suitably made illegal. Punishments range from 40 to 60 beatings with bamboo.

President Meral Akşener: 'The 21st century will go down as the Turkish Century.'
9 Temmuz 2020
Cumhurbaşkanı Meral Akşener: '21. yüzyıl Türklerin yüzyılı olarak tarihe yazalacak!'
Republic Day, October 29th, 2019 / İzmir Metropolitan Municipality
The Turkish Century?
ANKARA Turkey's head on battle with the Covid-19 pandemic, now hailed by the international community as the great savior against the crisis. Proving once again that Turkey turned the worst crisis of the 21st century into a great advantage to show the world how far the Republic has come in the last 30 years, the unstoppable power of Turkish industry leading the nation forward to grant Covid Relief to nations across the world. Ranging from Iran to the United States of America. With most recently President Akşener and President Trump confirmed that Turkey will be sending its largest Covid Relief package to the State of California which is one of the few places in the world that is still losing the battle against Covid-19.
President Meral Akşener when the Covid-19 crisis began addressed the nation, with this message of optimism that has become the battle cry of the Akşener government in the post Covid reality.
"As we enter these unprecedented times, we are ready for the fight ahead of us. This is we will move full speed forward with Vision 2023, Vision 2053, and Vision 2071. The path to a a greater and stronger Turkey will not be abandoned. The path the world has headed in the past decades, we have come forward leaps and bounds. Our compass of the Star and Crescent entrusted in us by Eternal President Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, locked in the vision he set the Turkish Republic on. We will not only transform 21st century for the betterment of humanity. The 21st century will go down in history as the Turkish century!"
During the pandemic, Turkey continued its humanitarian efforts around the world as well, and is now poised to host the Olympics. Which begin on the 15th of July, with one clear message being sent to the international community that Turkey is ready to lead the world into the future.
This comes as trust in NATO has hit an all time low in Turkey, recent polls suggesting that less than 30% of Turks support NATO in its current version. Most sighting NATO's inability to directly prevent the crisis in Bosnia, and the French departure from the alliances military structure has only reinforced doubts in NATO. Only increasing calls within the country for Turkey to withdraw from NATO as well, many highlighting Turkey's ability to not only defend itself, but nations across the world. Most highlighting Turkey's renewed partnership with Seoul against the rouge Kim regime in Pyongyang.
President Akşener has yet to comment on this matter, however Foreign Minister Mevlut Çavuşoğlu said that 'all options are on the table', but advised against a full withdrawal from NATO. Though he did call on NATO members 'renew NATO commitments, or we risk a collapse of NATO as we know it'.
End of animosity between Ankara and Pekin
Pekin welcomes FM Çavuşoğlu/ TRT East
PEKIN The rivalry between the Turks and the Chinese goes back centuries, with the Turks oldest lasting alliance dates back millennia, which had come about do to an alliance with the Koreans against the Chinese in order to secure the sovereignty of both people. But things have changed over the past thousand years.
The long standing distrust between the two people began to come to an end after the Second World War, though it took another 50 years until ties between the two nations began to kick off. Turkey and China today enjoy a mutually beneficial partnership, with China helping develop the Turkish bullet train network, and critical investment in other fields.
With the rising of tensions between China, Bangladesh, and Myanmar, as well as rising tensions between Pakistan, India, and Afghanistan, in the background. It was announced by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs that Turkey and China would be entering a free trade agreement.
Within hours after this announcement, Enver Organization confirmed that they will be transferring their operations in China to '恩維爾组织'. 恩維爾组织 is set to exclusively operate in China, with its operation based out of Shanghai. Other Turkish companies were soon to announce that they would begin operations across Chinese cities.
It was also confirmed that Chinese foreign students will begin enrolling in Turkish universities for the 2020-2021 school year, joining thousands across the world who are coming to Turkey to receive world class education.
The goal of both states is to ensure that the future between Turkey and China is determined by the Turks and Chinese, rather than outside actors. Which has been the case for the past decades, but as Ankara continues its rise to prominence on the international community, Turkish self determination will seemingly only increase from here on out.
MLS IS BACK! / Enver TV
ATLANTA It was first reported by Enver Organization Sports President Medet Kırantepe that Atlanta United FC would be announcing massive new signings. Today in a press conference in Atlanta it was announced that three top players from the international football scene had been signed for the team.
The list read Mehrdad Mohammadi, and Milad Mohammadi, who both play on the Iranian National Team, and Arda Turan of the Turkish National Team. This comes as Atlanta United FC looks to win the CONCACAF Champions League by 2022. Since the club made its debut in the 2017-2018 MLS Season, it has dominated the MLS. Going onto become MLS Champions in the previous three seasons, but has failed to claim victory in the CONCACAF Champions League.
With the addition of the three international players, the club once again sets its eyes to follow in Galataray's footsteps to win the Champions League. Atlanta United FC is set to play its first game of the resumed MLS season on the 12th against the New York Redbulls.
Enver Organization Sports also confirmed that news signings would be announced for Galatasaray SK, FC Seoul, Tottenham Hotspur F.C., and Leipzig FC. Other major signings are expected to be announced for the Atlanta Hawks, AEW, and other Enver Organization Sports owned organizations.

- The Berlin Conference
BERLIN President Emmanuel Macron touched down in Berlin this afternoon to speak with German Chancellor Angela Merkel on matters related to the EU and foreign policy wise. Europe has managed to avert another crisis in the Balkans after the president met with the Egyptians in Cairo and reached an agreement to remove Egyptian personnel from Bosnia and a non-aggression issue in effect for a 5 year period. In exchange for no economic sanctions or financial penalties on the Egyptian economy. With this diplomatic victory, Merkel and Macron wish to keep the momentum by coming up with more ideas to make sure that Europe continues to push for a more collective effort towards bettering the continent's security. Macron has been a critic of the American-led NATO since they vetoed the Libyan peace talks in Cairo, he also publicly called for less reliance on America when it comes to Europe's security. Other matters besides security also includes the ongoing Brexit situation. Since the United Kingdom has left the EU in January, the EU's chief negotiator said his team would "continue working with patience, respect and determination" following talks with his British counterparts. If they are unable to reach a deal by the end of the transition period at the end of the year, the UK will leave the EU's single market and the customs union without any agreement on future access. President Emmanuel Macron says that Europe may need to prepare for a no real Brexit deal, in the wake of how current talks have been going.

New military developments across Australia and her territories set to defend Australia's sovereignty
Nauru Joint Air Force and Naval Base (NJAFNB) was opened on the 30th of March 2019, and has become home to Hobart-class frigates NSA Wodonga and NSA Wodonga, Kolkata-class frigates NSA Kolkata, NSA Mumbai, Visakhapatnam-class destroyers NSA India, NSA Flagship, and NSA Warrior, and Avenger-class aircraft carrier NSA Carpentaria.
Talks are underway to move Australia's Visakhapatnam closer to the mainland, and instead sending Armidale-class patrol vessels NSA Childers, NSA Glenelg (II), and NSA Larrakia (II). This move, which is set to become finalized later this week, will mean that Darwin will host some combat ships - ANB Coonawarra currently holds all but 1 Armidale-class patrol vessels. The patrol vessels released to Nauru will engage in Operation Southern Safety, engaging in a number of tasks such as drug trafficing (in collaboration with the Australian Border Force), supervising South Pacific Islands, and ensuring China's promises to stay out of the region are upheld.
115km from the closest land form (Bird Inlet, Wreck Reefs) and 375km from the mainland, Cato Reef is the excellent location for a top-secret military base. The Australian Department of Defence has closed off the island and set a 100km exclusion zone around the Island. The 650 by 300 m island is not particularly large, but features a sizeable multistory hexagon-shaped building.
The base is armed by multiple marksmen, a Sikorsky MH-60R Seahawk, and Fremantle-class patrol vessel NSA Queensland, which is anchored offshore within the reef. A radar system ensures no vessels or aircraft enter within 100km of the island, with orders to shoot down any aircraft, vessel, drone, or any other civilian object that enters within 50km. This does interfere with Brisbane-Nauru, Brisbane-Solomon Islands, and Gladstone-New Caledonia flights.
The reason or happenings on the base are kept top secret. Although the base has officially started operations earlier this year, the existence of the base has been kept top secret. The aforementioned flights have not been rerouted, but cancelled altogether. The existence of the base is known by no one except for the people on the base, the President, and top military officials related to the Island.
'It is time to fix the NHS' - Prime Minister Boris Johnson delivers address to the country, to fix the National Health Service once and for all[/u]
Conservative Prime Minister Boris Johnson spoke to the nation from 10 Downing Street today in a surprise televised special message. The message was also transmitted live from the UK Prime Minister's Twitter account and for the first time, through video livestream service Twitch. In the message, Johnson spoke in length about the National Health Service, the challenges it faces and his new plan to tackle the issues facing Britain's most important government service. The Prime Minister emphasized the need for a change in policy regarding the NHS, stating that his Government would take an active role in improving the service, providing funding, increasing personnel and modernizing care. He also mentioned the importance of social care, particularly for the UK's ageing population. "None of us are getting any younger," the Prime Minister remarked humorously, saying that while the government would guarantee him a pension and good care when he eventually left office, a lot of Britons will not have that opportunity, something he said would "need to change." Johnson went on to say that he had met with multiple health advocacy groups, unions, and experts to advise him on what needed to be done to fix the NHS.
The Prime Minister outlined a set of specific goals during his message. Goals that, according to Johnson, will be achieved throughout the next five years.
- Coordination between London, NHS unions, and health advocacy groups to better understand the needs of NHS employees and trusts.
- Allocation of more funding to achieve a total NHS budget of more than £175 billion by 2022.
- Implement a new tax on income, specifically designed to fund the National Health Service.
Remove the cap on raises for NHS employees.
- Fund the creation of awareness campaigns for cancer, heart disease, diabetes, obesity, and mental illness.
- Extend funding to preventative care in order to properly address illnesses such as cancer and heart disease.
- Guarantee gradual extra funding for social care in order to improve the quality of life for the elderly of the United Kingdom.
- Expand and improve mental illness care.
- Expand NHS trusts in the British Overseas Territories.
- Maintain the current acquisition strategies for medications.
- Start an inquiry on the status of equipment used by the NHS and provide funding for upgrades where needed.
- Assign contracts to private firms to remodel and improve NHS medical infrastructure.
- Assign mental health specialists to deal with fatigue affecting NHS personnel.
- Increase sub-contracting of GP's and other specialist doctors.
- Promote the medicine field in UK universities.
- Provide NHS employment opportunities for doctors from abroad, particularly from Europe and the Anglophone nations.
At the end of the message, Prime Minister Boris Johnson stated that fixing the NHS will be his top priority during his time in office, calling it "the key to everything."
"Without a healthy populace, how do we expect to grow our economy? Or face other challenges? Reforming the NHS has become one of my top priorities as Prime Minister."

Turkish-U.S. Meeting a success! Trump off to Beijing
After the recent American-Turkish Summit in Ankara. It is an astute statement to say that American-Turkish relations are riding high & have been reinforced for the noticeable future. It started when Trump touched down in Ankara, he would visit the Anıtkabir (Memorial Tomb) & pay his respects to the Eternal President of Turkey. Afterwards, Trump would deliver a speech to the Türkiye Büyük Millet Meclisi (Grand National Assembly of Turkey) in which he would state,
"Mr. Speaker, Mr. Deputy Speaker, distinguished members, it is a high honor for me to be speaking before this body, the embodiment of Turkish sovereignty & the culmination of the heroic efforts of the Eternal President. I have arrived to express American support & solidarity with our Turkish Allies & friends amidst these trying times. In addition, I have come to reaffirm the bond between our great nations.
The U.S. was one of the early supporters of Turkey's Democracy & the Eternal President's efforts. With U.S. Presidents praising said efforts. I don't think words within the English Dictionary could even begin to describe his great efforts. An inspiration for Democracies worldwide. Truly, a 2nd George Washington. In fact, the Eternal President paid a compliment to America when he stated, "The United States is more acceptable than the rest." Once more enshrining the close relations between our countries.
Circling back to earlier today. I had the amazing privilege of visiting the tomb of the Eternal President. Honestly, I think I speak for all of America when I say that his tomb is a marvel to be in the presence of. A testament to the greatness that was characteristic of the Eternal President. However, the real testament to his great legacy is the Turkey I see today. The great, wonderful, & frankly amazing democracy that sits here before me. Really, it's a great democracy & a greater country.
Thus why we view Turkey as one of our closest allies. Especially within the Middle East. When we think of a friend to depend on, we know we can count the Turkish in that group & the same for us. Hence why I am here today. We now live in a turbulent time. A time of conflict & extremism. A time where repugnant atrocities are occurring the world over. But amidst all of this, our bond will not break. We will continue to support the Turkish in their endeavors. The U.S. will continue to commit itself to the great relationship between our great countries.
No Nation can stand on its own. That is why we wish to continue the deep bond between our countries. Together, we will continue to break obstacles & push the limits. Together, we will continue to rise throughout the world. It is together, that our countries will continue to prosper!
Even now, I am waiting for the 2020 Olympics to be held in this great Nation. I will be attending, of course. Not to mention, I look forward to meeting with Turkish President Akşener. But truly, in my time as President of the United States. I will continue to support & fully back our Turkish Allies & we hope to be able to count on them to do the same for us.
Thank you, I am honored to have been able to speak to the great Assembly. I am honored to have been able to reaffirm our commitment to our outstanding friendship. I look forward to working closely with our wonderful allies in the future.
Thank you very much. Thank you, thank you"
After the address, President Trump met with Turkish President Akşener to discuss the specifics of the U.S.-Turkey relationship moving forward. A general overview of what was discussed is as follows: Sale of Military Arms, Foreign Policy, & COVID-19 Aid Relief.
On the Sale of Military Arms, dialogue on such was facilitated. However, no specifics had been agreed upon. Nonetheless, the conversation is believed to be one of many as the U.S. begins to move forward with its plan to revitalize it's Turkish Ally as the "Policeman of the Middle East".
On Foreign Policy, Trump reaffirmed America's commitment to Turkey. He stated that America would support Turkey in several endeavors. All it need is ask. On NATO, Trump stated that he wished for Turkey to remain within the Alliance as a valued American Ally. Trump stated,
"NATO has faced some minor bumps. But, we will be spearheading the revitalization of the Alliance as a guarantor of peace & stability all over the world. Thus we wish for our Turkish Allies to remain in the Alliance. Together, we will continue to do great things for this world"
In addition, Trump agreed to a proposed visa deal between America & Turkey in which citizens of both countries will be able to obtain 90-day visa-free travel. Moving on to COVID, discussions heated up more here as Trump discussed the politicization of the cure efforts within America. Nonetheless, negotiations were very positive. Turkish President Akşener agreed to ship Turkey's largest COVID AID Relief Package to America. From which, the Package will be distributed to hot spots around the Country.
Overall, the Summit was very successful. Earning a very positive response from the Conservatives within the U.S., although the Democrats & affiliated groups were particularly silent on the Summit's results.
Trump later posted on social media,
"Just finished meeting with the Turkish President & Govt.. Great meeting. Very productive. U.S.-Turkish ties were reaffirmed. Honestly, I like the Turks. Great allies! Thank you Mrs. Aksener for hosting me. You should visit the White House sometime! Now, i'm off to Beijing!"
Once more signifying the productive, positive, & overall successful nature of the Summit.

American Withdrawal from Iraq enters final stages
Back in April on the 7th, the Iraqi Government had delivered a notice to the American Government in which they stated that they had voted to evict the American Presence within Iraq. Although a process had been initiated, due to COVID-19 & other complications. The process had been stalled at the time for the foreseeable future. However, now the Department of Defense had released a statement on social media in which they confirmed that the withdrawal had restarted as seen in the following quote,
"The U.S. will be finalizing the withdrawal of all U.S. Personnel from Iraq within the following weeks. Although the notice had been delivered by the Iraq Government in Early April. Complications from COVID-19 & other matters prevented a full withdrawal from being organized until now"
Soon after, several pictures surfaced on the internet of U.S. troops leaving their installations & such. Shortly after the statement by the DoD, President Trump released his own statement,
"Fulfilling another campaign promise! Time to bring our boys home. If the Iraqis think they are fine with Islamic Radicals. So be it! But we better not have another Saddam!"
Although some celebrated the return of U.S. troops from a conflict that some in America have deemed to be in the interest of "Oil Barons". Others warned that this could be a sign of a potential to return to the instability that has gripped the region. Regardless, one thing is clear. The U.S. Presence in the Middle East has been lessened, the next steps fall upon these Governments.
NATO: The Ailing Alliance
Recently, NATO has been found to be weakened by several actions. The recent Libyan War & Bosnian Crisis proving to be the crucial turning points for the Alliance. In the Libyan War, intense conflict arose between the U.S. & NATO Allies when America decided to veto the proposed SC Resolution 2020-9579248 authored by Egypt. In addition, further conflict arose over the Bosnian Crisis when Egypt stationed troops in the country. Escalating tensions & inciting a panic within Europe. France, in a clear move to undermine the Alliance, took matters into its own hands to secure a solution to the situation.
This move led to a spark in conflict within the Alliance as Nations took differing viewpoints on the procurement of such a solution. This was further exasperated when France announced it would be withdrawing from NATO Military Command.
All of this has culminated in a sour taste for the Alliance. Especially moving forward. With events like the Bastille Day Celebration coming up. It will be interesting to see how NATO begins to shape up in the aftermath of the aforementioned events.
However, one thing is for certain. America intends to reform the Alliance into a deadly force. President Trump released the following statement on NATO,
"It's ridiculous. Frankly, ridiculous. We have the Chinese in Burma. The French undermining us for publicity points. Anger over the veto. Honestly, it's simply absurd. It is time we reassert America into it's proper role within the Alliance. That being the top dog. The leader. If the French continue to undermine us, then we will have problems. But it is in our interest to begin repairing the Alliance & present a firm & resolute wall of strength moving forward. At the Bastille Day Celebrations, I will make sure to talk to President Macron & communicate this. The U.S. & France are better off together than against each other. Conflict helps no one. Especially when the Chinese Dominated Pattaya Alliance & the Persian led Axis of Resistance continue to spite us"
President Trump's statement received support from Secretary of Defense, Jim 'Mad Dog' Mattis. Who believed it was the proper direction America should be taking to ensure that the "Evils of the East" do not remain unchecked.
From the wider American populace, many on the Conservative Side praised the comment. Believing it signalled a new era for America moving forward in terms of foreign policy. However, some skeptics did criticize the implied message that this could signify an enlargement of conflicts in which the U.S. is entangled in. Which would mark a contrast with Trump's campaign to end the foreign wars America is involved in.
On the Democratic Aisle, several politicians criticized the comment by President Trump. Labeling it as 'Imperialistic' & 'Belligerent'. Nancy Pelosi came out in appraisal of the French initiative. Although she would later be lambasted by Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, for her "traitorous" comments.
Overall, NATO has proven to be a hotbed of division. But President Trump has set out to reform the Alliance into a proper pact which will, once more, lead the world as a guarantor of stability & peace.

The Second Kra Civil War
A year ago, Bandar Singora's Merdaka Avenue was bustling with vendors, peddlers of food, luxury items, and simple crafts, legal and illegal alike. Today, however, the once-mostly pristine avenue was torn and riddled with potholes; the Walker Bulldogs of the traitorous Trang 5th still smoldering on the asphalt, as blackened as the road it rested above. The vendors have all fled; either having locked themselves in their homes, taken up arms against the Republic in the north, or fled south to join Humaidaan's rebellion, the ranks of their faux Parliament filled with the former upper echelons of Kra society. The Republic was now fast crumbling; efforts by President bin Shaahir to transform Kra into a modern, prosperous state were far too fast and stepped on far too many toes. His provocation of the Autonomous Areas incurred their wrath, while his discarding of laws bestowing preferential treatment to those that had backed his ascent to power. The upper and lower layers of Kra' societal pyramid, so to speak, have tore off into their own bickering factions, leaving what little remains of bin Shaahir's dwindling support base crashing into the ground.
The division of the Kra state could be seen in the territory each faction now holds; the impoverished, neglected north, past and presently a land of the Thai, have risen up once again in red rebellion, backed by a TPLA that has long outgrown the shell of the people's army doctrine, now a capable conventional army; the southern, Malay-majority states, along with a good chunk of the native upper class, have proclaimed themselves the true inheritors of the will of the Patani Elders. The Thai Dai seek to establish what they see as rightful domain over the south; while Humaidaan's National Defense League fights to preserve the special rights of the Malay minority, curiously drawing over nearly all of the native Thai upper class to his cause. Humaidaan is believed to have offered the various state enterprises the central Kra government operates to the Big Four, the biggest four family corparate dynasties that overall hold almost 70% of the national economy and practically all of the nation's overseas currency reserves among themselves. The Central government, meanwhile, is locked in conflict with the two simultaneously in a struggle for survival.
For a Better Life
The Provisional Government of the 12 Provinces of the Tai South
The two brief periods of economic prosperity the Kra enjoyed was just that; brief. The Bhumiputera policies of the Kra Government had been tolerable then, when all had food to eat and when all had jobs to work, nevermind the occasional injustice. The people were silent then. They were silent when Pulai did not withdraw, silent when Bandar Singora extorted the Siamese out of $25 billion for the recovery of what was legally and morally theirs, content and happy with their lives. There had been a time when across the northern boundary there had been nothing but paddy fields as far as the eye could see, and the Kra side were dotted with shophouses and stout, sturdy apartment blocks. The people had laughed, then, at the Siamese and their folly. Now, across the northern boundary lies towns several times larger than that of their provincial capitals, with roads paved with asphalt and houses stocked with mundane snacks and trinkets that had long ago vanished from the shelves of Kra stores.
Yet the people then had still believed in Bandar Singora's reign. When famine struck, call after call for aid went unanswered, even as the youth of the northern provinces raised the Kra flag dutifully, day after day, consuming vigorously even the Kra fable of the ancient extent of the Patani Sultanate and the supposed Siamese war crimes against them. Village headmen asking for aid were turned away from provincial offices, crying for their people as they were dragged out by equally impoverished Kra troops. Even then, the people blamed the issue on corrupt local officials, and assembled across the north to ask their government for aid. The Kra Army fired upon them, unprovoked, and without mercy. The people rose up, and blood bathed the twelve provinces. Yet as Shaahir was sidetracked and a council took the reins in the aftermath of the Great Tsunami of 2004, the people still believed it to be a time of rebuilding, and laid down their arms confident in rapprochement. The north continued to suffer, as vengeful UMTNL politburo memebers denied any and all aid to the north, whom they saw as traitors. Shaahir's sons took the helm, and once again answered the north's pleas with fire and steel, once again unprovoked, once again without mercy.
The Twelve have had enough of such abuse; her people have taken up arms against her oppressors, and with lessons past paid for in blood, tears, and lives, they will never lay it down again; till one or the other is dead. A simple, better life many seek will never be possible under the yoke of Bandar Singora, no matter the mask they don, no matter the lies they spout. The Thai Dai fight for the lives lost, the lives still here, and for a better life for future lives to come.
At present, Thai Dai fighters number a little over 120,000 in total, the vast majority of which are directly aligned to and commanded by the Tai People's Liberation Army in Khon Kaen. In recent months, large stocks of gear from the north has been delivered, and the bulk of the army are reasonably equipped, with AKMs, Soviet-era combat helmets, fatigues, and webbing. Some 80% of Thai Dai personnel are engaged in conventional warfare against combine Kra-Indonesian units, while the remainder are scattered across the Republic, engaging in guerrilla warfare to disrupt Kra, and how the National Defense League's, supply lines. Much of the Provisional Government's support base lies in the neglected and downtrodden north, with living conditions similar to those among the TSPR's mountain tribes, with the huge majority of the nation's wealth concentrated in the Trang, Phuket, and Patani states. Though it can be confidently said that the Provisional Government enjoys substantial degrees of support among the farmers that comprise over three-quarters of the Republic's population, a huge number of prospective recruits are unwilling to part with their families in fear of their well-being, especially in a time of a total breakdown of Kra Law Enforcement agencies and lack of a stable supply chain to rural stores. Furthermore, huge resentment from the rural majority towards the upper-class Thais who they perceive, to some truth, of having exploited them and de-facto ruled over entire districts, not unlike feudal lords, has completely eliminate any possibility of their support for the Provisional Government, cutting off their international contacts and wealth from usage by the Thai Dai.
Some, however, would argue that it would be better to fight and lose, rather than bow once again before those who had been instrumental in orchestrating their abuse. The intellectual capacity needed to effectively organize conventional offensives, adequately equip fighting units, and rouse the people are in addition increasingly being filled by the Red Scholars, highly-educated, elite members of the TSPR military leadership, and Siamese socialists pouring south of the border. Moreover, Highway 4 has been severed, and the road to Phuket is now open. The days of the Kra are numbered, and there will be no place for turncoats and blood-traitors in the new Republic.
Mass Dissatisfaction of Her Majesty's Government
Recent polls by independent newsmedia have found that over 62% of the population disapprove of Her Majesty's legislative Government, citing "unprofessional conduct", "inefficiency", and "constant infighting detrimental to the people".
This comes just after the dissolution of the National Assembly, after political chaos stemming from the assassination of Grand Secretary Lee Zhang-qing. Traditionally, the Zhen has always had 2 Grand Secretaries, who were meant to oversee legislative processes. Without a Grand Secretary, the National Assembly does not have any authority to pass, table, or amend laws, making the recent death of the Progressive-affiliated Grand Secretary especially nervewracking for many legislative members. However, her very appointment led to mass unrest in the Capital, signalling a catastrophic failure on Her Majesty's Government's part.
Traditional political blocs have shown signs of falling apart, as the once-strong coalition governments began to exhibit gaping rifts in the process of nominating their own choice for the Grand Secretary. Political, racial and religious fault lines have had a particularly destabilising effect on the countrys legislative complex since the nations inception in 1912, and they are now complicating efforts to improve a recovering economy. The fractiousness of the Zhens political class, as well as public distrust over the unprofessional and conflict-prone legislature, has led to an increasing ineffective legislative branch which struggles with social reform. Nominations of religious or military figures into the position have also led to massive worry, as the public saw it as an attempt to blur the lines between civilian control of the military, and the separation of church and state.
Recent riots in the Imperial Capital over the National Assembly's suspension in had also lowered public faith in the Board of Justice, while fighting in the National Assembly has become a new norm. The Public Order Act has also prompted many to see the Board of Justice as unrightfully encroaching on their constitutionally guaranteed rights, especially due to its particularly harmful effects on innocent bystanders.
Massive filibustering events had also showcased the unprofessionalism of MPs, some of whom danced lewdly, outright attempted to murder one another, or stripped naked.
In city centres across the Zhen, thousands have congregated to demonstrate against the National Assembly, praising the recent decision for a new general election. Several political parties had also held rallies, wherein they attempted to bolster popular support, as wars of words were tossed left and right on the Internet. Social media platforms exploded with mocking memes and insults, as millions threw dashing remarks at one another. Some have said that they would "continue to advocate for a new legislative government", while others would 'wait and see'.

Maluku development projects
- The province of Maluku in the west is made up of thousand of islands scattering the majority of the Western Island Chain. The territory was ceded to Indonesia in 1948 during the Dutch East Indies dispute between Indonesia and the Netherlands. Previously before, it was under occupation by Japan, and came under Dutch control following the end of the war. The island remained relatively untouched during its first year with the Indonesian Republic. Until in 1963, after the end of the Papua War, the island came under the subject of development project similar to this. Aside from being one of the major tourist attraction, it houses the Ambon Naval Base, which was the headquarters of Western Fleet until it was moved to Sorong in 1998. Since then, the province received very few attention from the central government and regional development is often carried out by the province's government. Later today however, President Jokowi announces that he will be allocating several budget funds for the development of the province. He had also planned to visit Ambon to discuss terms with the governor, and coordinate the development carried out.
In addition, the province's economy had been in all time low, which was caused by the coronavirus pandemic. Although, the province saw few cases attributing to the Indonesian government fast response after the disease had reached the country. In the meantime, the projects announced are:
- - New airport for Ambon and other areas
- Creation of an industrial center in Ambon and Tual
- Investments by private or state-owned companies
- Lowing of corporate taxes
- 10 new medical centers to be build
- Designation of the Aru Archipelago as a protected natural reserve
- Altogether, these projects would allow Maluku to compete with neighboring provinces, attract more tourists, and especially investments from companies. It is expected to be fully completed by atleast 2026
In the mid-15th century, Turkish explorers and traders arrived at the mouth of the Congo River making contact with the Manikongo, the powerful King of the Bakongo tribe. The Manikongo controlled much of the region through affiliation with smaller kingdoms, such as the Kingdoms of Ngoyo, Loango, and Kakongo.
Overtime the Turkish presence, as well as Portuguese, British, and Dutch, grew in the region. Colonial powers setting up trading posts, logging camps, and even small palm oil factories This resulted in many conflicts between the rival colonial powers in the region.
The Europeans presence in the Congo paled in comparison to that of the Ottomans, for the Ottomans controlled the mouth of the Congo. Though the Ottoman traders could not reach far into the Congo by foot, they navigated deep into the Congo Basin. This constant exposure to the tribes on the river led to them being well versed in the Ottoman Turkish language, as well as the culture the Ottomans brought with.
Over time, the many river banks that formed the Congo Basin were changed from the once traditional practicing African tribes to those who prayed to Allah. With the rivers thick with the trade brought by the Ottomans, their cultured dispersed over many centuries further and further inland.
In 1836, the Ottoman Empire declared the Kingdom of the Kongo a protectorate. Though the Ottomans where the official protectorate other colonial powers in the region still sought to control the region and still assumed normal operations.
During the 1885 Berlin Conference, in agreements with the French, Portuguese, British, and Ottomans they would divide the Congo amongst themselves. Even though the Ottomans had a large established presence in the Congo, they gave up most of their colonial claims for the full sovereign rights over what soon became the Turkish Kongo.
If being black was not enough, the Sunni African population was treated harshly in the European controlled Congo. Fires were set to villages who refused to follow the Catholic faith and to speak their new leaders language. Though relative prosperity and growth was seen in the lands of the Turkish Kongo.
After the events of WW1 with a Turkish defeat, the colony was given to the French. Decades of work done by the Turkish was set back by the French. The people of the Turkish Kongo were seen as too rebellious and had to be put in place.
After decades of abuse by their colonial holders, the divided Congo received independence after UN Resolution 73 and the decolonization effort set forth by the UN. By 1962 the seven colonies that the Turkish Congo was divided into all were independent states of their own.
In a sea of Catholicism, and separated from their neighbors by their knowledge of the Ottoman Turkish language, they looked to each other as natural allies, tied by a common history. Adopting a common foreign and economic policies, their ties to each other grew even more.
It was the previously French colonies of the Kongo and Kundu to first form the Congo Confederation. As time went by the countries of the Congo slowly joined together, forming the present borders of the present Congo Confederation.
Due to more nations joining the Confederation with different pass colonial leaders, they decided to choose one common currency, the Turkish Manat. This was an homage to the days when they use to use Ottoman currencies many centuries ago.
Even though the Ottomans haven't ruled land in the Congo for more than a century, their presence is ever-present. From their language, religion, to even currency Turkeys presence can be seen throughout the country.
The most obvious presence though is the 883,960 Turks that live in the country, mostly in the state of Kongo. Many of them can be found in the coastal cities of Tiçiğua(Cabinda) and Niğdedi(Pointe-Noire), where Turkish companies own stocks totaling 25% of offshore oil fields and 25% of mines in the Kongo. Tiçiğua is the economic and tourist hub of the Turkish people in the Congo. With the region having a large wealth disparity but scoring the highest HDI in the country, even more than the country's Capitals downtown, Gombe.
Though the wealth disparity isn't only seen in Tiçiğua, even though the French set the state of Kongo back, they are still far ahead of the rest of the Congo. Those in the Kongo see a GDP per capita of almost $2,500 more than the second-highest GDP per capita state of Rwanda.
