Did you ever hear the tragedy of Darth Plagueis the Tax Evader? I thought not. It's not a story the Galactic Revenue Service would tell you. It's a fiscal legend. Darth Plagueis was a Sith Lord so wealthy and so greedy, he could manipulate credits to influence tax laws to create... loopholes. He had such a knowledge of tax evasion, he could even keep the ones he cared about from paying taxes.

The dark side of the Force is a pathway to many abilities some consider to be... financially irresponsible. He became so wealthy, the only thing he was afraid of was losing his riches, which eventually, of course, he did. Unfortunately, he taught his apprentice everything he knew about tax evasion, then his apprentice reported him to the authorities in his sleep. Ironic. He could save others from paying taxes, but not himself.

Construction begins on both Crymenathean sanctuaries in Ntousanmpe and Almati. The Almati sanctuary is the first to break ground. Though construction was supposed to begin on both buildings at roughly the same time, the Ntousanmpe sanctuary would take almost another week to begin construction. This is because the Herald in charge of Almati, a member of the Order of May Fifth (OMF), had requested his city's sanctuary to begin construction ahead of schedule with the hope of earning it Grand Sanctuary status should the status be moved. Additionally, the Herald of Almati begins consulting architects to develop urban project blueprints worthy of a capital city to strengthen Almati's bid.

However, before the selection of a new capital city could begin, the College of Doorkeepers would first need to agree to move Meadrin's government seat away from Kavala and onto another planet. An OMF Doorkeeper proposes such a resolution following Katsaros' resignation as the pro tempore Swordbearer.

The College of Doorkeepers has 111 seats. 55 Doorkeepers are members of the OMF. 16 are members of the Order of the Archomaths (OA). 40 are members of the Congregation of Psanipano (CP). The OMF has always supported Meadrish accession into the Cosmocracy. The CP and OA, on the other hand, advocate for the traditional Meadrish nationalist approach to Salubrianism propagated by 25th century Swordbearer Parhenos II and thus oppose accession.

In the first vote, the OMF Doorkeepers vote in favor of relocating the capital. The CP and OA Doorkeepers vote against relocation, concerned it would shift political power away from the Meadrish heartland. The resolution is not passed, 55 to 56 votes. After half an hour of debate, the resolution is proposed and not passed again. Frustrated OMF Doorkeepers propose the same resolution two more times, but the result does not change. The College adjourns their session.

The OMF's leadership immediately travels to Earth in order to discuss the situation with the Swordbearer.

But your question before lol. Alexander Von Hresvelg is a Character to say the least. He was the God Emperor captured by OC, tortured for a century by experiments, and now presumed dead by most. He’s an old and complicated Character.
