The goal is control over life. That must be our primary responsibility. Accipitridia is the leader of all Aviankind whether we want to be or not. And therefore we are the only ones that can preserve our existence. And to do that we must have strength. Accipitridia has never gotten in a war because the galaxy has been tangled in a string of alliances. Let us reaffirm Accipitridia's power and superiority. Let us work for dominance.

There is some who forgot why we even have a military. It's not to promote blind wars. It's to be prepared for the war that will put us Avians at the top as the species to rule all other species. And that war is coming closer than ever. Every day war comes closer to Accipitridia. We know only too well that when our species is threatened not when our enemies desire to enslave us. But it is when our forces are weak, that the inferiorities are tempted.

Of all the objectives we seek. First and foremost. Is the establishment of lasting Avian safety. But let our friends and those who wish us ill know that Accipitridia will fight to the very end to make sure that we will never be bound in chains. There are no words to express the very strength and character of us Avians. We're concerned, yes. But we're not frightened. We're disturbed, but not dismayed. We are the kind of tiercels and hens that the Holy Phoenix desired when he lead an army against the 100,000 Selachians nine thousand years ago.
