The Rebels have been expelled from Anatolia, beginning to be surrounded in Italy, and are being annihilated in Macedonia. The Rebels have no chance now, and whatever dream of the Roman Republic is dead. Unit by Unit, Rebels are laying down their arms, forcing Generals to surrender, defecting to the Royalist Side, or deserting. The Last Stand at Skopje is going poorly from the Hardline Rebel Forces, with Artillery pounding against them in massive numbers. Finally, the Prince-General, with heavy sorrow, orders the Air Force to destroy the City. The Bombs drop all over, straying to the populace and missing targets. But it is effective, and the Government of the Rebel Alliance, calls for Immediate Surrender by all Republican Forces. Most comply and lay down their arms, a few hold out but are captured by Military Police.
The Government celebrates the Victory, but the Emperor stops them, ordering them to reconstruct the Empire as fast as possible. Recaptured areas have already been rebuilding, but now we must do it en masse. The Partygoers agree, and the Emperor orders the entire populace to aid in the Reconstruction of Cities, Homes, and Defenses across the nation in any way you can. Captured Rebels and Convicts are ordered to participate in Slave Labour in repairing Cities. Resources are pulled from Elysia and The Neutral Zone to rebuild the Empire. 186 Billion Dollars are relocated from the Reserves into Reconstruction, and Spending on all other projects is cut by 2%. The Economic Ministry and Financial Department expect that Reconstruction will be done in 1-2 years.
