Gaster manages to grab Astell.

And proceeds to shield himself from enemy fire he even uses telekinesis to throw the grenades back at them.

Gaster clutching the child in his hands proceeds to teleport out of the mansion.

And then summon a giant gaster blaster not to fire on the Mansion but to fire on the fortifications.

When Sebastián is notified of the incident, he quickly orders all his men who work for him to search throughout the entire 11nations to find Astell and return him to the Manor at all costs, because in Sebastián's eyes Astell was forcefully kidnapped by Gaster

Officers to see if Astell or Gaster show up on the feeds.

They even place a large cash bounty for Gaster and Astell encouraging civilians to keep an eye out for both Monsters.

The only ones who seem to be willing to help Astell are few, such as those two pizza workers, Kai, and The Driver but they won't be able to offer much help or aid.

When he's spotted by the camera feed or by an A.I. Officer, at least a squadron of his guards, or A.I. Police Officers would show up at the scene to subdue Gaster and question him for kidnapping Astell

Gaster with his power to disrupt electronics he does so with the AI causing their circuits to short out and blow.

For others gaster simply switches them off he looks into their programming to see if they know anything about Sebastian
