On your nation tab, where there's all the tabs like "Overview, Factbook, Economy, Rank", etc. One of those tabs is called Nuke Control. Click on that one and somewhere in that tab, in green letters, there's the option "join faction". Press on that, and choose a faction. I think we're in the Augustin Alliance faction.
