Well, I'm putting forwards another resolution. Similar to the WA Resolution "Cultural Site Preservation". It focuses on creating an OASAS Cultural Heritage Board, as an organ of the organization's administration. Nations can submit cultural heritage sites and cultural artifacts of the like to the Board, which shall be reviewed for validity and passed on as an OASAS-Designated Cultural Site/Artifact. This will in turn help better expand the jurisdiction and make-up of the organization. An archive shall be created to categorize, and sort out the submissions. The archive shall be available purely in an electronic form. The Board shall assist in the preservation and management of sites/artifacts, to the betterment of the site/artifact. The Board shall have the authority to encourage all nations in the OASAS to assist in the preservation of each other's culturally relevant sites/artifacts. The members of the Board shall be elected to the Board by the national governments. The Board shall have the ability to mandate the national governments with the task of educating the people of each nation about their cultural heritage.

So basically UNESCO? I'm more familiar with (real) UN stuff than WA stuff.

Okay, may I suggest Levuka in Fiji? It is a world heritage site and Fiji is currently owned by us and it can be used to help educate the people of Fiji about their history. It will also help share culture with students from other parts of the Empire

Please tell me the name of your representative to the OASAS. I would also like to note that while you may have joined the OASAS before another nation, in my catalog it will only be listed as 1 September 2029 since the OASAS didn't really form before the Secretary-General was appointed.

Well, the Secretary-General would be my representative. Though, if you wanted a list of my representatives in the Asian Ministerial Council (appointed by national government), they would be Tohasa Kirisu (霧수 と하さ), Kōso Hamine (ハ미ネ 公소), Hamine Kim (김羽根), Mintei Gasuko (가スコ 민てい), and Atsumari Se-Hwang (世황集).
