Although I would generally agree with you on the matter of democracy.
In this case however, my personal opinion of this is that, it is going to be unwise to persecute such factions who are in one way or another, supportive of you.
In Cassadia The Union Of Cassadian Legions are one of our most dedicated pro-monarchy commoner organisation out of them all. The reason why there are only a few pro-monarchy groups nowadays is because most of them have been absorbed over time by this particular pro-monarchy organisation.
This organisation under the patronage of my father was founded in the early 70s by General going by the name of Hristo Lukov (Note:IRL guy look him up, very interesting) who was part of the bedrock of his power base along with other like-minded individuals, organisations and institutions.
Alot of their members are either active, reservist or retired Armed Forces personnel who from time to time fulfill paramilitary functions on behalf of the organisation such as in the role of an auxiliary police, riot control or a vice squad in cooperation with other police departments. On multiple occasions they have participated in counter-insurgency operations against A.R.A(Abolitionists Republican Army) on coordination with the members of relevant security structures who participate in these counter-terrorist actions.
The Union Of Cassadian National Legions are an disciplined, organised and cohesive formation thanks to no small part of their own chain of command and military training and education.
Currently as has been for a while now they have been dominating the local public offices in most of the territory directly ruled by the crown government.
It is not going to hurt you My King,to have a such an organisation yourself. In fact it is going to provide you with a great boon of strength internally.
I can ask First-Lieutenant Punchev Lukov(Grandson of Hristo Lukov) to send a couple of volunteers in helping you establish a like-wise organisation.
I am confident he is going to be delighted with being given such a quest.

I currently see no need for such compromises. The wast majority of my subjects accept their Godgiven positions, as good Christians. And I am fairly confident that the kind of groups we talk about here, still would support me against communists, liberals, anarchists and such rabble. The biggest of these organisations - ENF (Ejorikes Nationella Front - National Front of Ejorike) almost exclusively target groups that are even worse than themselves, even if I do not fully accept them.

Having such an organisation will greatly allivate the resources needed in suppressing riots and rebellions where heavy handed reaction of the state would not be needed, but still would be forced to spend an uncomfortable amount of resources.
We have been trained by the Cassadian National Guard in riot control and urban warfare.
Our veteran and more experienced members have also received counter-insurgency training by the GRB or from the various SOF units from the Armed Forces.
Because of that we've managed to participate and gain crucial experience from our participation in several operations against the Abolitionists Republican Army.
I very much doubt that the Ejorike-his National Front has the skills, capabilities and training that we have.
Throughout the entirety of our existence, Aristocrats have enlisted our help in crushing dozens of small to moderate-scale and even a couple of bigger slave/serf rebellions,riots and uprisings almost all instigated and led by A.R.A members embedded within those populations, making them very dangerous. We took this endeavour about killing off these rebels very seriously and have always liquidated these rabble with extreme prejudice
And the most important thing about this was that we have always done these kind of jobs for free.
Unlike the PMCs who require money, money that the Aristocrats may not have at such delicate moment. Or times when the fish is bigger and the Crown's response is as always slow when it has to mobilise in order to meet these situation head-on with an appropriate force of arms.
The fact that we serve the Natural Order is enough of reward for us.

I have no termometer here, but according to what I found at the Internet, it is supposedly -8 and -13 degrees Celsius in the two closest towns from here. Certainly not colder than normal for the time.
