No, Only Members of Parliament can propose however a citizen can pass it to a current Member of Parliament but may quote the author's Nation, Date & Year if requested.

But, I could not recall any clause in lasagna constitution that say that only member of parliament has right to present a bill or no citizen can present a bill. I mean yeah members of parliament can only vote on a bill that is why they are elected

i feel like i should run for a position but i'm not sure what. When i first joined lasagna from rfc i had high ambitions of beating Ile Morice in the presidential elections but i'm not sure that'll happen. And seeing all the changes i want to be in charge of something. But i know i'm not on enough to be in a super important position. Remember when we jokingly said i could be minister of italian food😂😂 i miss old Lasagna before all the Cartoons and Pie drama or the Ravana war.
