That sounds like life lol

I don't know, I'm not really hearing any enthusiasm from the rest.

Should we just make the poll?

Ferneus wrote:Should we just make the poll?

ok

I think 1920s Mob America won.
This RP is going to have to be very character RP, I think.

What could possibly make you think that?

I suppose New York is the more famous and crime-riddled. You guys can make up your own crime families and characters, btw.

Ok then. It'll be a while for me since school.

Or Chicago

"The Rich were temporarily unable to get richer" xD

I mean yeah, but Chigaco is like just Capone. New York is more split up, more open to everyone. So who will you be playing as.

I'll figure it out when I have time. My college classes started recently and the first exams/due dates are almost here, plus one of my professors was hospitalized and I had to switch classes and so now I have catch up work to do.

Idk still. I guess my family's thing will be a smaller family running a protection racket?

Ok.

I suppose my one will be a family in Manhattan, operating around protection rackets and loansharking.

STOREOWNER AND SUSPECTED RACKETEER SHOT DEAD BY 2 MEN

MANHATTAN | NEW YORK CITY | JAN 20TH 1920
It happened around 10:30 am yesterday. 2 armed men walked into the store of one Benny Summers, a suspected racketeer engaged in loansharking and other nefarious affairs. According to an eyewitness who was browsing the store at the same time, the 2 men walked up to the counter, where Benny Summers proceeded to ask the men how he could help them. Not one second later, they drew their pistols and shot twice at the man, supposedly killing him in an instant. They immediately ran out where they picked up by a car whose license plate no one could recall. Eyewitnesses described them as 2 caucasian males, both around 5'10", wearing black suits. Not much other details could be procured from the eyewitnesses.

Authorities believe that the murder was a hit ordered by the Lucatelli Crime Family, a new crime family which has recently established itself in downtown manhattan. Benny Summers was suspected to have owned a loansharking racket and his connections with the Burke family, an Irish crime family and longtime rival of the Lucatellis, located also in downtown manhattan, drew the ire of the Lucatellis, who took him out in a most spiteful manner. Many worry this may be the beginning of a new gang war between the Burkes and the Lucatellis, though it is still too soon to be sure.

Lucas Hull, a high ranking member of the Carnelli crime family, laid the newspaper on the table. "You know what this means gentlemen...." The other members looked at him expecting an answer. "We're gonna be stinking rich!" The others cheered and had a celebratory game of poker while drunk on an expensive German lager.

I love how Ferneus has turned into my main account now...
