Vladimir Usjkov and his delegation arrived with some anger at the traffic, they were stuck for a few hours in a traffic jam caused by a goat on the road. They shook hands with the other delegations and apologized for their late arrival. At the moment they are trying to get comfortable in the meeting room which is difficult due to the hot temperature and sweaty clothes it causes. They ask for air conditioning from the organizations that have to disappoint them that they barely have no air conditioning in the Roman Empire.

Vantier sends 
Oruzia an invitation to the GDP (Global Defense Pact), after 
Potenzia chose to embargo them. It is no secret that Oruzia is becoming more and more isolated as the war goes on, so finding new trade partners and nations willing to help Oruzia economically may let them thrive without having to face the consequences of this embargo.
However, if Oruzia accepts the invitation, at least 51% of the GDP must agree to let Oruzia join the Pact. Here is a brief overview of the GDP:
The GDP will always:
-Offer military support to member states fighting a war or conflict against a non-member state. It does not matter if the member started this war or conflict.
-Offer economic support to member states that have received any kind of sanction by non-members, allowing them to become more self-sufficient (or less reliant on non-members) in the process.
-Diplomatically protect members' interests, supporting territorial claims and defending them diplomatically when having a dispute with a non-member.
-Remain neutral if two members fight each other.
-Attempt to increase members' economic integration in the GDP, in order to let more isolated members export their goods to friendly nations.
-Offer lower tariffs to goods being imported from other members.
-Kick a member in case there is enough quorum to do so when voting for it.
For new nations to join the GDP, at least 51% of members have to agree.
The HQ of the GDP is currently in Ampuries (Vantier) but can be changed shall enough members demand a change.

The Greater Kingdom appreciates the offer but we still need time to decide, our greatest geopolitical as well as historical ally 
Sjevre has chose to side against the GDP.
If we choose to side with you we lose the trust of our dearest and closest ally as well as a secure border to the south, you shouldn't forget that the leader of the anti GDP faction is Romanum et Britannia Minor which whom we share the longest border with. Ironically if we choose the GDP we stand to lose more than we gain.
But if perhaps future changes and our fates intertwine then there may be a possibility for us to wish to join you.
