Rebuilding new and old Friendships

The Sycran Empire, a victor of the 3rd World War and an old communist nation.
it has for a few months now gone back to its Tsarist ways, of course, with a promise that it will return democracy once again, with the promised election.

Sycra was once a part of the Internationale, which connected sycra to a vast amount of new allies, one of which were the Jernoan Empire.
The Tsar has been looking to strengthening this bond once again, and has now gotten the opportunity. The Tsar had made a deal with the Jernoan Empire to supply them with money for the reparations for the war, and the license to Sycran Weaponry, Tanks and Ships. He had thus sent ships from Sevastopol to sail to Cairo with money for the reparations, which would be 10 million dollars, and engineers to help get the production started.
These ships would stop at Cairo and stay for a month, so that Sycra will not get the JN-71 virus with them back home.

Germany, also one of the Tsars closest allies, was also in need of help for reparations, as they had undergone a civil war, and stood together with Sycra, During the 3rd world war.
the Tsar therefore offered the Kaiser of germany help from the Sycran Economic sector to rebuild the German nation, and make it once again economically stable.

New Nexon wrote:Naval movement

The Nexonan navy has been ordered to dispatch 25 Nice-class fast-attack submarines, 20 Occitany-class destroyers, 5 Marseille-Class battlecruisers, 8 Bordeaux-Class heavy cruisers and 18 Calais-class light cruisers to the international water surrounding the coast of Normandy.

Start of Naval Blockade
The Nexonan empress Celistina Leoni, in her capacity as the Commander in Chief of the Nexonan Armed Forces, orders the naval fleet stationed off the coast of Brittany to start blockading the nation of Reorganized France. No ship is to get pass the blockade.

After having mobilised not long ago, the Nexonan military is now ordered to launch a full-scale invasion of Reorganized France. The soldiers are given the following instructions, so as to maintain goodwill among their fellow Frenchmen and Frenchwomen:

1. Do not harm non-combatants.
2. Do not forcibly deprive civilians of their properties.
3. Do not engage in the act of looting any artefact in museums or art galleries, unless it is to prevent them from being damaged.
4. Be civil towards POWs and civilians, as they are fellow Frenchmen and Frenchwomen.

Invasion of Ile-de-France
The 1st Heavy Armoured Division, 1st Infantry Division, 4th Infantry Division and 3rd Mechanised Division are deployed to take Ile-de-France, whereby lies the capital of Paris. Heavy fighting is to be expected as the enemy may defend the capital to the last man, although the soldiers are also informed that the enemy may end up destroying the capital in a scorched earth policy.

The 3rd Multirole Squadron and 3rd Tactical Bomber Squadron are deployed, with the former being utilised to aid the ground forces’ combat engagements, and the latter used to conduct airstrikes on air force bases and ground force bases around the area so as to neutralise military threats. In addition to that, the 3rd Fighter Squadron is also deployed to fight off any hostile aircraft that seeks to attack the multirole aircrafts and tactical bombers. After having completed their missions in Ile-de-France, these three squadrons are do the same in the region of Normandy.

A quarter of the 3rd strategic bomber squadron is also ordered to drop propaganda leaflets across Paris and Hauts-de-Seine. The propaganda leaflets encourage Parisians to take up arms against the government of Reorganised France. In addition to that, the leaflets also allege that the government of Reorganised France will likely implement a scorched earth policy to destroy Paris’s art galleries, major infrastructures and museums and that to prevent hardship, the Parisians should revolt against the government. A separate message was included for members of the armed forces, inciting them to mutiny and desert.

Invasion of Normandy
In addition to blockading the coastline, some of the destroyers and submarines off the coast of Normandy are also ordered to actively sink enemy ships. The 6th infantry division and 8th medium armoured division are given the task of securing the region. The 2rd multirole squadron is also deployed to assist the ground forces by conducting airstrikes on enemy combatants.

Bourgogne-Franche-Comté
The 8th and 9th infantry divisions are ordered to take the region of Bourgogne-Franche-Comté. Particular importance is given to capturing the cities of Dijon and Besançon. As with part of the 3rd strategic bomber squadron, a quarter of the 2nd Strategic Bomber Squadron is also ordered to deploy propaganda leaflets across the 2 cities mentioned above, along with Belfort, Chalon-sur-Saône, Auxerre, Mâcon and Nevers. As with the leaflets deployed in Paris, the content encourage civilians to rise up against the government and soldiers to mutiny and desert.

Defense of Paris

The 1st Infantry Division, Currently Stationed inside of Paris has been notified of the enemy troops currently invading Reorganized France. Due to the extremely limited amount of Manpower and equipment available to the country at this time the Division is ordered to stay inside of and around Paris to protect the Capital City. Groups of around.

Infantry Squads begin setting up ambush points around Paris which include the creation of Foxholes that have Camouflage covers in an effort to disguise fighting positions. Mortars and Artillery begin setting up positions inside and outside the city with units inside the city setting up on roofs of tall buildings to better protect them from enemy infantry. Artillery units setting up outside the city prioritize setting up in wooded area's and make sure to avoid fields/plains.

Sniper Teams with Ghillie suits on station in the outskirts of Paris ready to attack enemy troops, They are utilizing Tree's, Bushes and man made fighting holes.

Note: Infantry Squads consist of at least 4 Rifleman, 1 Squad Medic, a Squad Leader, 1 machine-gunner and 1 AT Soldier.

The 1st Armored Division which consist of MBT's and IFV's are put on high alert while being stationed inside of Paris. The 1st Armored Division consist of 30 AMX-30 MBT's and 50 AMX-10P's

b]Yugoslavian Reunification[/b]
Josip Broz Tito and the Council finally made a move with the Reunification of Yugoslavia in mind he sent the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Federal Infantry Regiments to take the North East, expectedly the warlords put up nominal resistance and with the new Rocket Artillery they were sent fleeing after orders to chase them down the infantry fired Artillery at the fleeing Warlords while The fighters strafed the defences to a point many Warlords just gave up with the bullets shooting the puny Rebel soldiers and with the bombers taking down with minimal civilian causalities, but the leader refused to acknowledge the civilian deaths calling them expendable knowing that if they do not kneel before us they are the enemy. The soldiers were heavily supported by the bombers which bombarded the enemy positions throughout the day only stopping when it ran out of ammunition which is when the troops moved in to kill any survivors the provinces surrendered to us.
With the 2 provinces in the east under our control 4 Armoured Divisions were sent North to force the provinces under our flag, Yugoslavian forces have also advanced into the coastal province, along with the assistance from an air strike. During the Siege of the City, the entire village was mostly destroyed as the Tank went straight through the houses as they advanced. The inhabitants of the village were bestowed the responsibility of farming in that region, as they were expected to produce at least 100,000 crops a year, as they were to be surrendered to the local government. Speaking of which, Yugoslavia has set up a local government in that region which shall keep tabs on Local Affairs giving Yugoslavia 2 new Northern Provinces.
Today, the Federal Republics of the Yugoslav States has made the strides to reunify Yugoslavia. The Yugoslav Military has been preparing for this for hours. The warlords shall be integrated into the Yugoslavia once again. The Yugoslavian Council has approved such a incursion in a secret vote as to not alert the Warlords of the attack. Elector Primo Josip Tito delivered a speech to the nation convincing the Yugoslavian People that reunification is the only way forward and the new way of life should be endured. After 2 hours Armoured Columns with Jets flying over them thrusted into the provinces causing immediate surrender as a Yugoslavian Marching Song could be heard:
Lovely Unity
Marching song of Yugoslavia
Let peace shine beautifully in thy sky,
And nothing dims thine immortal glory,
For work is thy well-earned laurel
And honour is thy triumphal emblem!
Rain and sunshine ever sending
Fill her fields with crops and flowers.
Your emblem is a piece of the sky
From which a cloud gets its whiteness
And woe onto him who dares in blind madness
Your colours to stain!
It was our Ancestors blood that was shed
To hold our flag high.
See how the world marks the manner of your bearing!
Pledge to excel through love and unity.
Your qualities can never be denied!
March on oh Yugoslavia,
In the joyful throng,
Uphold the right and right the wrong
Where only peace and love belong.
Hail, O homeland! Your prodigal soil
Sweet shelter and sustenance gives us.
After some talks the 7 provinces taken were fully integrated into the new Yugoslavia
Glory to Tito and his Republic

Due to the lack of soldiers in the regions of Bourgogne-Franche-Comté and Normandy, these 2 regions were easily occupied.

Battle of Paris: The Outskirts
Having taken most of Ile-de-France without much resistance, all that was left was Paris. The Nexonans are near the outskirts of the capital. The 1st Heavy Armoured Division, 1st Infantry Division, 4th Infantry Division and 3rd Mechanised Division are each split equally into 3 subdivisions. The 1st Heavy Armoured Subdivision, 1st and 2nd Infantry Subdivisions and 1st Mechanised Subdivision were based at Paris’s borders with the department of Hauts-de-Seine. On the other hand, the 2nd Heavy Armoured Subdivision, 3th and 4th Infantry Subdivisions and 2nd Mechanised Subdivision were based at the borders with Seine-Saint-Denis, whereas the 3rd Heavy Armoured Subdivision, 5th and 6th Infantry Subdivisions and 3rd Mechanised Subdivision were based at the city’s borders with Val-de-Marne. This manoeuvre had the capital surrounded and cut off from the rest of the world.

While preparing for the push into the city, some casualties were suffered when hostile artillery units and snipers fired at the Nexonan troops. Soon, it was identified that some of the artillery units had set up operation in wooden areas. The Nexonans retaliated by firing mortar and artillery shells at areas where the snipers and artillery units seemed to be operating from, as well as by calling in air support from the 3rd Multirole Squadron and 3rd Tactical Bomber Squadron, which launched air strikes at the enemies at the outskirts. Soldiers armed with Schilt P4 flamethrowers were also used to flush out snipers from potential hiding areas. In areas where air support was not necessary, the Nexonans sent in sniper teams to neutralise the hostile sharpshooters.

Having accomplished its missions in Normandy by default due to a lack of hostile targets, the 2nd Multirole Squadron and 3rd Fighter Squadron were sent in to launch air strikes, initially with the intention of destroying as many of the enemy’s armoured vehicles (namely main battle tanks and infantry fighting vehicles). However, throughout their missions, hostile enemy units, particularly mortars and artillery units, were spotted on the roofs of tall buildings. The squadrons were then given an additional mission, namely to destroy buildings where these units were seen and any potential building that could be utilised to the Nexonans’ detriment.

Battle of Paris: Death or Dishonor

Heavy Casualties have been sustained in the outskirts of Paris with Military command calling the situation on the outskirts an unnecessary battle to fight causing troops within Paris begin setting up heavy defenses and ambush points. Troops on the outskirts of Paris have begun retreating into the city to assist with the defense. Units inside the city have been ordered to not retreat unless they are costly to lose (such as Armored Units/ Special Forces units).

Makeshift forts and street blockades are being created inside of Paris to help fight against enemy troops and Guerrilla tactics are being taught to regular soldiers by instructors.

Buildings inside of Paris are being garrisoned by friendly troops with Machine Gun Nest and AT Positions being setup on Balconies, Rooftops and inside of windows. with some AT units re purposing their AT Launchers for use against slow, low flying aircraft.

Armored Vehicles such as Tanks and IFV's are on standby and will move in to attack enemies once they have been spotted. They have been given strict orders to avoid tight spots such as streets in the downtown/suburban regions of the city. They have also been given the order to prioritize enemy ground vehicles in fights and to always travel with at least 2 friendly Infantry Squads.

Special Mission Unit Commando Jaubert has been ordered to conduct Ambush and Recon missions on Enemy troops to slow their advance into Paris. Their Ambushes will mainly consist of a Short Attack and then stop with Operators retreating from the area to avoid being killed/captured.
