The Dutch Confederation is a Representative Constitutional Union and a Technocratic Democracy located in Western Europe, The Southern Caribbean, and North and Central Brazil. The dutch maintain a small portion of the southeast sector of the Milky Way with an estimated population of 738 Million Loyal Dutch Citizens. The Confederation comprises of 5 technates, 1 on Earth, and the rest as separate planets.
| Etymology
People used the word Dutch to describe people from both the Netherlands and Germany, and now just the Netherlands today. The word Holland literally meant “wood-land” in Old English and originally referred to people from the northern region of the Netherlands.
The term "Confederation" is used to represent the equal status of each member technate. The standard way to refer to a citizen of the Dutch Confederation is either Dutch or Batavican.
| Political Geography
The Confederation is made up of 5 technates; Greater Nederlands, Cinton, Tri-Planets, Monomon, and Ci' Lanishu, with their Capitals; Amsterdam, Nieuw Oraanje, Compandor, Kneynsberg, and මහා ප්රාග්ධනය respectively. Other large cities in the Confederation include Central Hague District, Rotterdam District, New Utrecht, Oudesplein City, Manaus, and Belem.

The most widely spoken language in the Confederation is Dutch, the largest of the languages. Others include mainly Frisian, Portuguese, Tongstromen and English. There are a small number of other major languages spoken in the Confederation; French, Spanish, German, and Swedish.
| Religion
While their isn't an official Religion, the most commonly practiced religion is overwhelmingly Protestant Christianity. Atheism is next, followed by Catholic Christianity, Islam, Buddhism, and small amounts of the growing Baha'i Faith.
| Species & Race
The human population of the confederation is predominately white with blacks and asians following behind. Since the annexation of Ci' Lanishu, the rest of the population is entirely Aquatisch. The Aquatisch are a blue-skinned, humanoid species originating from their homeworld of Ci' Lanishu. They have little facial features apart from the eyes and mouth. They lack noses and instead, take in oxygen through microscopic holes in the area between the mouth and eyes. Instead of ears, the Aquatisch have small openings on the sides of their large heads that take in sound. They are very sensitive however, leading to the widespread usage of hearing cables among their society. They allow an Aquatisch to hear better without having to have sensitivity problems.
