Johanns sat down, followed quickly by Zimmerman. Their actions were imitated by the delegation group, which gathered papers and documents from briefcases and the such.
- Marschallführer Zimmerman: "It is a true pleasure to be here, comrades. This building is most stunning."
Supreme Chancellor Johanns: "Shall we begin?"
THE SYRIAN-LEVANTINE FEDERATION MOVES FORCES NEAR THE LEBANESE KINGDOM
The Armed People's Forces of the Syrian-Levantine Federation have moved 685'000 footsoldiers, 12'000 tanks, 15'400 other armoured vehicles and 340 droid combateers to the border between the State of Damascus (within the Federation) and the Lebanese Kingdom - a small, constitutional monarchy declared independent from the Syrian Republic over 100 years ago.
This move was the first move ever in the Federation's 12 year history where the House of the Free People and the House of Lords was not consulted before an executive action was taken. In fact, not even President Bashaar al-Hassim was made aware of the move before the troops had arrived in a 2km proximity of the border, with General Sadam Assad moving the units under the guise of "military exercises". The President has been accused of being 'too soft' on responding to the move made by Assad, which was a clear constitutional violation after the ratification of the 1ST Constitution of the Federation in 2067. His excellency and the General had been good life-long friends during school, then university and through Hassim's short-lived career in the military, before he went into the agricultural industry. Indeed, it is becoming increasingly suggested that the President is not pushing Assad to cease his actions due to this friendship, and as a result the power of the military continues to grow in Syria. Others have suggested that it is due to the fact that 27% of the National Freedom Party in the Houses comprises of military personnel, another factor of the current administration that worries the Syrian and Jordanian public.
King Hashim bin-Hussein, the current political ruler of the Federal Territory of Jordania, has called for the Houses to act now before it is 'too late', in his words, and has ordered the closure of any military movement within the Kingdom.
Hello to NWU!
To my few supporters who voted, we fought hard. It truly was a hard fought battle. If you supported me in this election but did not vote, you still have an opportunity to vote. If you supported me in this election and still do not vote, why didn’t you? *Laugh*
In all seriousness, I am proud of the campaign we ran in this cycle. We pushed hard, and even though you did not see many ads from me, we attempted at least push on the Delegate, and I believe we did that.
Congratulations to Austrovik-Germania! You are the first Delegate since Agham to get a second elected consecutive full term. Agham got that in 2015. You are well on your way to getting the current era named for you. Way to go! I hope to work with you to make the Region reach ever greater heights.
In the future, to any future campaigns, if you are going to run against Austrovik-Germania, know what you want to campaign on and fight hard for it, push him hard for it. If you don’t like something he is doing, make it known. Tell him.
For my future, I am going to pull back on a lot of things and just focus on the Foreign Affairs front. I am still going to be there to be friendly and support the Region and work hard to make it better as I have always tried to do.
Thank you and goodnight!
ACT of PARTY ADVANCEMENT and INFLUENCE
- RECOGNISING that the party-based parliamentary system put in place by the 20th Administration can only be upheld by the strengthening of party influence from both the governing party and the opposition,
ACKNOWLEDGING the fact that the party-based system is being held back by members' reluctance to join parties, for perfectly valid reasons, and thus hindering the party-based system,
NOTICING that the cabinet of the Delegate is a mish-mash of various political parties, therefore again holding back the planned party-based system,
HEREBY causing myself, Austrovik-Germania, to put forward this solution:
Cabinets must be mainly based around one political party (non-binding)
Future Delegate election runners must be in a political party
Members of the Regional Assembly must join a political party initially, but can leave said party if one feels they cannot uphold the values said party has

ACT of the PROGRESSION of REGIONAL POLITICS and LEGISLATION
- REALISING that the Regional Assembly becomes stagnant of only one House presides,
The creation of the House of Commons (lower house) and the Regional Senate (upper house) within the Regional Parliament
Complete amendment of the Third Constitution to suit the new Houses
Amendment of the Third Constitution to show exactly what powers each minister should be granted
Creation of an application to allow members into the Regional Senate (50 maximum members)
RECOGNISING that more active players tend to have greater sway on regional affairs,
REALISING that one House can be easily corrupted and ignored by a future administration,
ACTING on the fact that the current Third Constitution has flaws, particularly around the area of legislation and executive powers,
HEREBY causes myself, Austrovik-Germania, to put forward this solution:

The Prime Minister smiled and nodded. In an upwards curve in the table where Vaiken was sitting sat an aged, brown paper folder with the word 'Marburg' inscribed by a typewriter. He tapped it slowly and turned his attention back to the delegation.
Prime Minister Vaiken: "Of course. Our nations and peoples share quite a number of similarities, its great to finally have a meeting like this. There are pressing concerns such as the situation in Europe and we would like to assure you of our support for your actions concerning the preservation of the rights of the peoples of the Kronerepublik der Donau."
Field Marshal Montgomery: "Indeed. His Majesty the King has also personally stressed upon us the importance of expanding upon our mutual relations."
