Status for this region should change soon from Holding Region to Matrix Puppet Storage Region. For now, I cannot predict when I will do that, so embassy offers will be premature at this time, but because I intend to make this a Matrix region, I will accept all embassy offers. Any offer sent will receive an embassy offer should they expire before I get to that stage of this region's development. Thank you for the offer. The timing all depends on how long it takes me to create a new play list (that region reshuffle really messed things up). This region will accept new members too. The delegate will not be given access to regional controls. Sorry about that. The nation that is delegate might later on.
