I have no problem with that if no one else does. If there is something important that people need say for a factbook they should at least be given a small amount time before it goes bye bye.

So who will step up?

If you are going hard on the time being something like setting the region in the 1700s-1800s, I think there should be a distinct difference between "concepts" and "technology". As an example assume Marxism shouldn't have been invented yet, I think Marxism should still be a thing.
